I ordered a living room furniture by placing the order online on their site, using the Bajaj Finserve EMI option. I paid the downpayment of Rs.767 on the order but there was no provision of inserting my Bajaj Finserve Card details online. I called them up and they said they will review the issue and get back. I have called them up 20 times now, many a times they picked up and banged the phone down. Emails sent to their customer care id are getting no response. It is a scam site, please don't fall for it. The government authorities should bring this site down at the earliest.

Royal oak refusing to deliver furniture after full payment.
I purchased a royaloak amber computer table with honey brown finish - 1.2 m on 28th december 2016. At the time of payment they said it will be delivered within 48 hours. Since then they haven't called or contacted me. On calling the customer care they said they will not deliver the table, and now they are not responding about the refund.

Goods not delivered - fake statements
Hi,
I have ordered a queen size cot from royal oak CMH road. On a Saturday I went there to see the furniture and Sunday I gave the order. Even after telling initially that the furniture is available, at the last moment they changed it saying that it will take 2 weeks of time. I was ok with that and I placed the order for this and a sofa cum bed. While placing the order itself I mentioned clearly that I’ll be available only after 6PM in the evening, so that they can deliver after that time. The service person agreed to that over conversation and I felt they are genuine. They have promised the delivery on the very next day.
I started getting calls from 11 in the morning from the driver and he said he is near my place. Then I called royal oak office and told them to inform the driver as I’ll be available only after 6PM. They said ok and they called me back and said that the driver will call me at 6PM. I didn’t receive any calls after that and the same thing happened for the next 2 days. On Thursday I went to their office again and asked them why have you send the driver again in the morning time. They told that they have never promised anyone that they will deliver the stock after 6PM and they have never done that(But keep a note that the sofa cum bed was delivered at 9PM in the night. As per my experience and knowledge, 9PM is after 6PM, I don’t know how it is for royal oak). I was really shocked to hear this as they only told me on Sunday that they will deliver it based on my convenience.
It was so frustrating and I asked them when are they planning to deliver the cot. There comes the next shocking statement. Their reply was they said, minimum of 3 weeks and it can take more time. They have not promised that as well. In this situation normally people will ask for the cancellation of the order. But I said one condition before asking for cancellation. I asked them if you can deliver within 21st June 6PM(as they say they have never delivered after 6 and they will never do that), it’s well and good. Else I need a cancellation of the order. When I asked for that, the reply was, we will do that but we won’t refund your money! I don’t know what do you mean by cancellation then! When asked about the contact person whom I can talk to they told me that those people sit in Malaysia(I don’t know if phone doesn’t work there. Because when I asked the Malaysian contact details they said, there is nothing like that) and when asked for the details of the store manager, they said, there is no one like that(Then the next day I got a call from another person there, saying that the person whom you talked to yesterday is our manager!).
GIVE SOME VALUE TO A CUSTOMER. We were planning to purchase the cot and because of your very pathetic service and the customer satisfaction, we will never recommend your shop name to any other customer. I don’t want the same thing to happen to another person. Because I know the frustration when running behind these stuffs, wasting my energy and time. Hope you understood the concerns. Anyone reading this review, please don't go to this shop. specially in CMH road. Thanks

ongoing for over a year now. originally they phoned to confirm our address for an order we made (never actually made). then paper rolls USA currency conterfeit pens and swipe cleaner s apeared with a 300 dollar invoice. would not allow us to return items. wanted a 30% restocking fee on top. audio tape of address confirmation only. we called the police once we figured out it was a scam they took items as evidence. later returned to us. then we were told not to pay by the police. sent registered letter to express transactions telling them to come get the items or they would be destroyed. they have been harrassing us on a regular basis since. with rude, insulting and disturbing calls.

This senior complex is not honest! The administrator/property mgr will tell you this is a "Non-smoking" complex- that she abhors smoking- advertising"ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED" and writes up your rental lease under "PROHIBITIONS" no smoking shall be kept in or about the premises, and after you move-in you will find NUMEROUS cigarette smokers! You cannot enter/exit your bldg without passing thru smokers, so PLEASE ifyou do not want to be around smoking, as we do not, due to stage III breast cancer- breathing problems and a aorta aneurysm-STAY AWAY ! for your Health is in further jeopardy!

In May, my kids and I moved home to Lancaster, PA because we were told my husband would be sent to Iraq, and I had a job offer. My husband went into the apartment office in September to renew our lease. We wanted to do a month-to -month lease, but the person who did the lease told him that we shouldn't do that because we would have to pay $60 more a month for rent. He told her we would be moving out in November.
She told him to do a 6 month lease and when he received his military orders to leave in November, to bring them in and they would terminate the lease. He specifically asked if they would be able to do it if he didn't get the orders until a week or two before we would move out of the apartment, and she said yes. She didn't tell him that we would need to give a 30-day written notice. So, that is what we did. I called October 26th, and spoke to one of the agents. I told her that we would be moving out November 26th, and we needed to schedule a walk through. I was told that we had to wait to give notice until we received his orders. I told her that we did not get them yet, and that we may not get them until right before we have to move out.
She said it wouldn't be any problem to terminate the lease as soon as we got them, and again, said nothing about a 30-day written notice. My husband received his orders yesterday, (This can be verified through his unit) and took them right into the office. At that time, he was told that we would have to pay rent for next month because we didn't give a written 30-day notice. Needless to say, I was furious. I called and spoke to the manager, and she was very rude. I told her that was why we had wanted a month-to-month lease, as then we wouldn't have this issue, and that the agent didn't give us correct information. She replied that we would still have the problem, because we would have still had to give a 30-day written notice. However, my argument is that we would not have had to wait for his orders, had we done that, and when I called in October to give 30 days notice, I should have been instructed to submit it in writing, which I could have done. Even if we would have paid $60 extra a month, it would have been less than a full month of rent. The manager then told me (I don't even know her name, because she didn't introduce herself) that the Soldier and Sailor's Act states we have to give a written 30-day notice, and that we signed a military clause in our rental contract.
The Soldier and Sailor's act does state that, however, it does not require that we present you with the military orders at the time of giving notice. The military clause we signed, was for our first lease agreement. My name should not even be on the current lease, as I did not sign it, nor does my husband have a power of attorney. She said it still applies, as it is an addendum, however, in the paperwork for the current lease, the clause is not included in the addendums, so legally it does not apply either. We gave sufficient notice (in September and October) and we were given incorrect information as to terminating our lease. This was not our error, this was the error of the incompetent staff at that office.
Even when my husband first went in, he was told by one of the staff members that it shouldn't be an issue to terminate our lease with such little notice due to us being good tenants. When he brought that statement to the attention of the manager, she told him that the other girl didn't know what she was talking about, that she is new. That is not a valid excuse for wrong information. To be frank, it's not our responsibility to make sure that their staff is adequately trained. But there is a commitment from Morgan Properties to give excellent customer service and correct information to their tenants. My lease should be terminated without having to pay an additional 30 days rent.
