ln July or August of 2008, l went on www.rottencotton.com and ordered a t-shirt. They have really cool stuff there, such that you wouldn't probably find anywhere else. l usually hate to order things via internet, but because of the reason previously stated, l caved.

There is a disclaimer warning of a shipping wait of up to 6 weeks. Now here it is December of the same year, and l have not seen any sign of the package. l have e-mailed the customer service and they (a person called 'Shawn') continues to tell me that the package is 'on it's way.'

'Shawn' even admitted at first to making a mistake, and allegedly sent a replacement order to me, which, again, never came. After 4 months of waiting, l decided l had been ripped off. 'Shawn' to this day claims that the order was sent, even after l played his/her game and continued verifying my mailing address for weeks.

Long story short, www.rottencotton.com is one website who will take your money and not send you ANYTHING for it. Like l said, they have really unique merchandise on their website, which is enticing, but force yourself to look elsewhere. Anything you order from them will not be showing up.

They sell the cheapest garbage shirts you can buy, PERIOD! ONE wash and the graphics are already peeling off. And they won't answer my emails about my complaints. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!

This guy made me wait for 5 weeks for an order which I expected was arriving soon and then without any reason, refunded me. There was no email to explain why. Worthless company.

i have ordered at least 25 shirts from rotten cotton and no more than 2 shirts at a time and ive never had any issues. just saying, rotton cotton is awesome and legit.

Just now reading this and shaking my head. Shawn is very reputable, I've been a customer since the year 2000 and still have some shirts from back then. He's always been responsive to emails and packages go out within a few days. His company is always at trade shows on the west coast and the merchandise he sells is top quality, there's no need to complain because he's a solid guy.

I'd been buying from them for about 20 years. Never had any issues. Loved theirr quality. Realizing now they seem to have gone out of business. :(

definately shady people/ if not scam artists i emailed them 4 times in the last 2 deays with no response. i want to cancel an orer. maybe if he figures if he waits long enough he can get it in the mail and screw me outta some shipping instead of taking care of it in a timely manner...

I will defiantly be ordering from rottoncotton.com again! VERY fast shipping! I ordered the shirt on the 24th of July and it just arrived today, the 26th of July. I am very satisfied!

I hate buying shirts online I am very picky on how shirts fit me but they had some killer designs so i bought 2 shirts just to see how they fit. I gotta email from (SHAWN) saying my order went through and shirts should be at my house in 3-4 weeks, I live in Arkansas i have no idea where they ship from but I was rockin the shirt in no more than 10 days. Just put in another order last week got 3 this time you guys do a KICK ### job keep it up>> seven doors of death>> rotten cotton logo>> JUST ORDERED >>hellraiser>>mother's day>> basketcase>> for 14.99 I deff thought they would be rags in a couple wears not the case at all they fit great and I will deff be ordering some more soon

I have ordered from them twice. The first time it took 3 months to get my order and the second time it took 6 MONTHS it receive it. Yeah, they send you your products but who really wants to wait half a year?

My girlfriend had ordered them for me and she had even given me a good yelling at after I had posted todays earlier comments. So don't worry I'm getting my lashings as I write this. I'm an Impatient IDIOT.
Once again I am 100 % comfortable and happy with the services that ROTTEN COTTON offers.

I have been reassured that my package is coming. I have received photos of the package plus Shawn even threw in a few other T-shirts to make up for the whole confusion.
I can admit I don't order over the internet often and I may have jumped the gun, but in my defense I have been ripped off shopping online before. I DO NOT AGREE with my earlier comments stating that ROTTON COTTON is ripping me off. It is very possible that the POST OFFICE had made the mistake. PLEASE WHEN YOU READ THIS POST DO NOT JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS AND MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I HAVE.
Shawn is an honest business man who treats his costumers with respect and care. If you noticed at least he responded ASAP, and I can respect that.
I want to make it very clear that it was me who jumped the gun and that Shawn was being accused of bad service yet in fact it was the POST OFFICE who is at fault in this case.
I PUBLICLY WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO SHAWN AND HIS CREW FOR MY EARLIER COMMENTS FOR I WAS IN THE WRONG AND HOPE TO CONTINUE BEING A HAPPY ROTTEN COTTEN COSTUMER IF THEY WILL ALLOW ME TO BE.
You guy's make the best shirts and have the best graphics. I'm truly sorry I chose this forum to take out my frustrations with shipping services. ROTTEN COTTON DOES NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF. I personally admit that it was a POST OFFICE ERROR instead of Rotten Cottons fault.

You need to email me to clarify who you are. The person I assumed this was is claiming they did not post this. If you are missing an order and you have not received a confirmation from me that it has been reshipped you need to email me to clarify.

Also, there is NO TRACKING or DELIVERY CONFIRMATION available for items shipped outside of the usa. If you are in Canada, I cannot provide a tracking number, they simply do not offer it. But I do insure all my shipments going overseas in case something is lost or stolen in the mail. If something is lost, stolen, or returned to us, we take care of it immediately. We are here to make our customers happy so they return and buy more. thanks -shawn

I realize you did not receive your Xmas gifts. But that was out of my control. I shipped your items. They were returned to me. I am reshipping them. If you want to ### at someone ### at your post office. Do not accuse me of ripping you off on a public forum when I have done nothing like that.

did you get a christmas gift last year?, or maybe a birthday gift?
well I didn't, and the shirts I ordered from you were suppose to be a gift from somebody close who put up the money to buy them.
I'll wait, and I'll stand by my word.
I'm the customer, I placed the order and paid the full amount. I think it's a bit unfair to me. I'm not in the business of making and shipping/delivering clothing, you are.
Like I said I will retract my comments once I have successfully received my order.
When I receive my shirts I plan on being an active repeat customer. I have many friends and band members who are interested in your website, I would hope not to disappoint them.

Once the package leaves us its out of my hands. Mail to Canada gets returned to us all the time. I get a package returned at least once a month and usually its mail shipped to an apartment. But mail to offices and houses also gets returned as well for various reasons.

When mail is returned all I can do is contact the customer and reship it, which I have done.

Calling me a rip off for this is unfair and completely uncalled for.

The package had never came though I check the post office daily not only for this package but for work as well. I would have been informed if it had arrived.
I'll wait for the package just because i'm still very excited about the shirts. But this is a tedious process i'm having to go through.
I will stick by my word and remove the negative post once i actually receive my package.

Your order is from the 6th. It went through fine. Your package was shipped on DEC 20th and it was returned to us Jan 18th. So it came back to us a month after we shipped, That is all I am saying. If the package is marked UNCLAIMED it means it was not claimed by you. This usually happens when the post office fails to give the customer a slip and it is never picked up. Eventually they return it to us.
Your package is being reshipped. Global Priority mail. I will forward you the info later today.

All I can do here is take care of you, I shipped your stuff, it was returned and I am reshipping it.

I disagree, invalid response by Shawn. I have email proof and credit card proof that the order and payment went through on the 6th of Dec 2011, and another email stating that my package was sent Dec 20 2011.
I'm a little upset at the fact your blaming me for not picking up a package that never came?
I really dig the shirts you guys make, but I feel like i'm getting the raw end of the deal.
When my package arrives I shall remove my post and repost a comment saying that I have received my package and that I'm happy with the product I ordered.
I ordered over 20 shirts. Thats how impressed I was with the selection on your website. Please don't let me down.

Just dug through the files and I see who this customer is.

Your package was shipped, then it was returned to us with an UNCLAIMED stamp on it. Which usually means that it sat in the post office and was returned because it was not picked up. I email you, let you know that it was returned so we can clarify the address and I can reship it. You clarified the address, and I am reshipping it to you Global Priority mail. And for that I am called a RIP OFF?

Please explain.

###. I do not rip customers off. We had 3 packages returned to us from the busy holiday season., 2 were from customers that did not pick up their packages at the post office, the third customer gave us the wrong address. None of these were our fault, but all three were taken card of right away. I have reshipped all three. If I was going to rip you off I would not contact you. I am not sure who you are but all you need to do is email us, and I answer all emails within in a few hours if not right away. Please just email the site, I will take care of you. There is no real tracking number for USPS mail, there is a delivery confirmation number that we can add to a package but it is not a real tracking number like fed ex or ups. If you email us we can take care of that, no problem -shawn

you guys are ripping me off right now. I placed an order a week before christmas and have been getting the same emails from you saying it's on it's way, lol but I had just received an email stating that my order had been sent back to you a month ago ? I hadn't even placed the order a month ago. I'm not impressed with the service they are providing.
Rotten Cotton has a really nice variety of shirts on their website, but fail to make the grade. I'm very let down and sad that as a horror fan myself, I'm being taken advantage of by SEAN. ps. WHY IS THERE NO TRACKING NUMBER? a bit suspicious

WE DO NOT rip off customers. You don't stay in business for 20 years ripping off your customers. We are in business to make customers happy so they will return and buy more and tell their friends. Taking customers money and not delivering the product is just stupid.

We made a mistake, when the mistake was realized we corrected it and the customer now has their product.

Fyi you didn't make me happy. Making me wait 5 weeks then refunding me without any reason when I wanted the T-shirt for Christmas. Well done for ruining everything for me genius. I'll never buy anything from you again, nor will I recommend you either. Fright Rags for me from now on.
