I bought cardigan and dress from the website www.rotita.com. It was horrible, ‘coz these items were too small for me. I was surprised, ‘coz I took all measurements before I placed the order. I tried to reach the seller, but this jerk vanished somewhere and I can’t get money from them. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice.

I made 2 order for 164.00 to Rotita on May 25 2017 and I have not received nothing yet. The payment was already charged to my bank. I tried to contact the customer service representatives on June 1 2017. and I still have not received an answer to my message.They also gave me atracking number that apparently doesn't exist.

Agree with all bad comments - company hiding behind social media not disclosing they are based in China - couldn't return horrible poorly made dress as cost over £10. No help from company themselves just poorly worded emails

I SPENT $134 with this company in May, its August and they have yet to give me my money back ! Its ridicules how horrible this companies customer service is they email back and say they will only give 60% when the problem was them I never received my items, I called my local post office they never had a package for me, then Rotita says it was returned back to them which seeks very odd that I didn't get no kind of notification from the list office and when I called they didn't have anything so how would it get sent back if it was never sent to me? And how is it I only get 60% back when I didn't even get my stuff! Wtf I want my money now! I'm ready to sue this company.

I ordered three jump suit outfits that I thought would look gorgeous for a wedding I will be attending in a few days. #1 they charged me way before I received the order #2 The outfits were 2 sizes to small and I ordered a XXXXL (4XL) #3 I am unable to contact anyone at the telephone numbers on the internet emailing the service department. I want a refund and return the outfit. I need a refund!

Just received a top I ordered - or should I say I ordered a top but got a completely different one. Judging by everyone's comments on here it's not worth trying to return it. Straight to the charity shop it's going! I paid £17 for it. On the customs declaration it has a value of US $6. Probably about right. Cheap and nasty!

I ordered a waist trainer from this company and what i ordered waa a latex waist trainer but i got a polyester one i paid $27 for it and that was about february i been trying to contact someone but have gotten nothing im very upset i have to spend more money on a new waist trainer

Hi - I am from New Zealand and ordered swimwear from Rotita as well and it's also too small and cheap material - not having any luck getting instruction from them on how to even make the return - very frustrating...

Why oh Why didn't I check reviews BEFORE ordering from this company. Everyone has the same story. The stuff on-line looks great and it's inexpensive. That makes sense, it's made in China and coming from China. Stuff at Nordstroms is made in China. The site says: they will pay to ship package back if it's their mistake on shipping (wrong item, wrong size, etc) AND they use PayPal, so I wrongly figured this was a trusted site. WRONG. Everything they shipped was so too small. Even the 'one size' stuff was too small and I wear size 4-6 (sm USA). Even if it fit right, it was horrid flimsy fabric, there was no stretch to the swim suits and no hooks, buttons, ties so virtually no way to get the tops over my shoulders. Complete trash. Paypal policy: if you receive ANYTHING, you want a refund? you sned it back. With tracking. I spent $90.25 and shipping it back would be $55. I went thru same bs with Rotita, wrong size, oh too bad, very expensive to return, you want a credit towards your next order? NO! You want $10 refund? NO! They told me to do the claim with PayPal cuz they know... no one is gonna spend the $50$60 etc to return that trash.
HOWEVER: this was May, 2016 I argued with PayPal, took 4 phone calls and messaging 3x a day every day for 10 days and PayPal finally gave up and PAYPAL refunded me full price, so now I can throw this junk out. Buyer Beware and if you google Paypal chinese scam or Ebay chinese scam you will see thousands of USA buyers moaning about the same thing... it is fairly cheap for Chinese to ship us junk, but they know we cannot return it. Last time I buy direct from China, scammers. Paypal was difficult to work with, but eventually I wore them down!

This company Rotita are a complete Scam, I would say to anyone wanting to buy from them DONT, they don't give refunds and clothes are shoddy also sizes are not as described

I am having the same problem. I have offered to send the goods back for a full refund including shipping & they are offering me 60%. this company should not be able to trade, they are scammers. I have now placed a claim with PayPal as well as raising a ticket on their website which they seem to be replying to. I am furious people & companies like this exist. I have fallen well & truly into their scam!

This store sold an item to me that looks nothing like the photo. They refuse to give me a Full refund & they sell items that are sold on eBay & light in the box for a fraction of the costs. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA

I ordered and waist trainer from rotita on 4/15/16.. they gave me an fraudulent tracking number. This website is fake and I pray nobody continue to order from them. I wish I would have seen all the comments before I order.

Ordered 3 weeks ago was promised in 3 to 5 days. Suit has yet to come I have contacted 3 times about suit but won't give me info just that they are looking into the issue. Ignores my request for refund.

I ordered from Rotita.com on April 3, 2016 and was told shipping would be within 1-4 days. It is now 04-20-16 and can't get any type of tracking, response, etc. I either want my merchandise or my money back.

I agree 100% something needs to be done I was just ready to pace a $200 order and became suspicious after I sent the many emails regarding specific items. When I never got a response to any of them I went back to the site and read the rewiews that other "supposed buyers" posted raving about how great the clothing was. T uh e first time I read them I got a bad vibe and didn't believe them. I started to place my order over 3 weeks ago and something just wouldn't let me. Something was just off. I am so glad I followed my gut. I would make screenshots of all these complaints and email to PayPal and better business bureau. I would email rorita and tell them you have created a group for people that have been ripped off by then andvyou already have over 80 people. And you will be filing a class lawsuit against them. I don't know if the will buy it but if the bbb sees all these complaints the will do something. Also I don't know if you could contact the China ambassador and tell them that the people have a business /factory their t uh at is ripping off people. They probably have minors working in these factories that's why the clothing is made so poorly. And the person in charge in answering emails probably don't even speak English. I made a purchase a few months ago for 3 outfits from this company. The outfits are not the size I ordered and they have all kinds of thread hanging from them from being very poorly made. I've tried a number of times through email to get information on how to return the items for a full refund with no luck. I have no choice but to report this company to the BBB, and I'm going to make it my business to shut this company down.

They are junk! I just received a bathing suit that I ordered and it is so misshaped that it looks like a 5 yr old made it. I am so disgusted! It was shipped from China. I paid extra to have it expressed and got it a month later! It is pure junk! Do NOT order anything from this website!

I have tried on countless occasions to get in contact with Rotita. The phone number always goes to voicemail and the online contacts never get a response. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON! I want my refund but dont know how to contact them.

Ordered on Feb 27 and finally received my items in April. The clothes look horrible, poor quality, thread and holes hanging in all my items. The color and style is not the same as described in their website. PayPay won't shut down this company . They only want to give me $20 out of my $69! To ship to China costs more than what I paid .

I ordered a swimsuit from Rotita.com on 27/03/16 I never received any emails or confirmation of the order from but I did receive an email from PayPal that Rotita had taken £17.69 from my account. When the swimsuit still hadn't arrived by 09/04/16 I emailed them- no reply, emailed them again on 12/04/16, again on 13th & 14th. Still no reply, no swimsuit and no refund!

I wish i saw this site before ordering from that website as well... I ordered 48.00 (2 Items) worth of clothes, so happy I didn't do more. I can relate to everyone on this site, everything that is described is exactly what i have experienced. After not hearing from Rotita after several emails I decided to go through paypal. My order was placed 2/17/16 received items March 25. Tried on clothing, it had a funny smell, missing the belt, short and poorly made. I contacted Rotita on Monday 3/28, to date no contact from them and I have emailed them at least 3 times. I am requesting my money back from Paypal. I would love to send the items back but no one will answer... TERRIBLE... Never Again

Ordered a coat from this company & whilst it took a while to arrive the poor quality & sizing of it was ridiculous! Have sent them several messages via website & Facebook page about returning for refund and completely ignore me. Not likely to ring China so what recourse do I have, none!

My order was made 3/18/16. I tried to check my tracking/shipment, my order just shows to be paid in full but shipment has NOT been sent out! I found this website on FaceBook and they have just ruined it for anyone selling anything off of social media.

My friend used my PayPal to pay for an order, but failed to provide the correct shipping address (on file@PayPal). So shipping was held up. Rotita sent us email asking to confirm a new shipping address. Each of us provided at least 5 tickets informing them of the change of address, but they kept sending the same email. We even tried to call their customer service numerous times and no answer. Some 3 weeks later, I elevated to a complain at PayPal, then Rotita responded that they were awaiting a item prior to shipping. Wait! First it was an incorrect address, now it's a missing item. Then 1 week later, they provided a tracking number, but in 3 days now, it hasn't left China... Umm, what's up with that... Believe, this company has the worst business attitude I've ever dealt with and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I may as well write this off as a lost because the items will probably not come.. I don't think it take 3-days to leave China. If I had known the location of this company, I never would have initiated the order.

I absolutely agree! I ordered 12 pieces and the quality of the clothing was horrible, looked nothing like the picture being advertised, and was way too small. I will do everything in my power to get them from being advertised on fb because that's where I saw their ads. I mean, I thought I was buying a pair of pants and they sent me a pair of tights... who pays $22 for a pair of tights?! I'm just going to have to get rid of $200+ dollars in clothing. I'm so upset! there clothing is made very cheap, I ordered pants that should have fit my figure and they where too short and would not zip the item was nothing like the picture they advertise they have very poor shipping and processing time they advertise 5-6 day delivery for an extra charge but then you don't receive the product for about a month the phone numbers they provide go directly to voicemail and it can take days before they respond to your complaint they make you submit just very poor business
