Rotita.com / product returned
on the 4th January 2018 I returned a dress to Rotita for a refund, as of today I have had no confirmation of receipt of the dress and no refund to the card that I paid with.
I would much appreciate this matter being resolved as quickly as possible and your assistance in this matter is appreciated.
I have already e-mailed them on several occasions with no response, although they still keep sending me e-mails witrh money off coupons to entice me to purchase more goods from them.
