Rotita.com won't be shopping with them ever

I ordered 5 items, 3 of them were delivered to me 2 months later (which long), and the other two were canceled due to an unseen situation. What might it be? Nobody knows. Well, if it happened - fine. But I requested a refund as it was logical. They started to behave very strangely. At first, they answered within 3-4 days, and they just preferred to ignore my emails asking them to give my money back.
Have been having this hassle for 2 weeks and there's no result. Sad story.
Stay away.

Rotita.com swimsuit returns

I returned 5 swimsuits in the amount of 141.26 and a other one for 28.83, all of which I am promised refunds to my original payment method.
I have still not received any credits.
I called the college park, .md postal service and gave them my tracking #, only to find out that the return address for this business is a personal business out of a home. And that they have hundreds of packages waiting at their post office!

Rotita.com don't throw your money away

Oh, their legendary customer service that doesn't exist in this universe. You'll be left alone with your issues, nobody will care.
I ordered 5 items, paid for them, but got only one. Called them many times and couldn't reach. It was simply impossible.
The only way to contact them was a dispute opened through the PayPal and only then I was offered a partial refund I didn't need. Why would I want a partial one, if I got just one item instead of 5?
Still trying to find a normal compromise with them, but it looks like this matter is absolutely hopeless...

Don't ever try to return something to this company. I have been in the process in May 2017 and it is now September and the issue has not been resolved satisfactorially. NO ONE is ever available to talk to. Their ticket system is enough to drive you crazy. They carry that sham on over and over. I'm sure they just want the consumer to give up. I fianlly got the adress of where to return the items and am cought between VISA/Paypal/ and Rotita to get a refund. I wish I had a nicel for all the time this has taken. I'd be able to buy myself a new outfit.

Je suis Santa MFWAMBA, j'ai passée une commande de 273, 36$ le 28/08/2017 et on m'a envoyé un email en disant que ma commande été effectuée avec succès et qu'on devrait le livre après quelques jours.le lendemain on je vois un email qui me demande de confirmer mon paiement mais avec une autre commande, et on me demande de cliquer sur Ticket-Link.maintenant je suis troublée, on me dit je n'ai aucune commande, je n'ai rien payée, le numéro de la commande n'existe pas.maintenant je ne sais pas qui contactée pour voir clair sur ma commande.

I ordered a lot of merchandise from rotita. I wanted to correct an order
i placed. can not get hold of them. they dont return calls. you leave messages and noone gets back to you. I just saw their customer responces re
this company and the reviews are very very bad. more than one person
called it a scam. people need to return items and they dont respond.
that was what every single person said or they were double or triple billed
and got no response. i wanted to change my order as i have duplicate items.
now, i just want to cancel everything & get my money back.

This is a horrible and inexcusable policy. I will pass this along to the world. Shame on you.
Since i am required to expand my complaint, i am finding it very dificult as i usually say it as quickly as possible.

Rotita.com bathing suits

I ordered for bathing suits and when I received them I was very disappointed. None of them fit even though I went by the sizing charts and the material was of such poor quality that I knew they would not last. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone by calling their phone numbers in order to make a return. The return policy is very difficult and they make it very hard for you to return anything. The 30 days will probably run out before anyone answers me so I will probably lose all of my money. I am very upset and very frustrated by the system. Apparently the items all come from China so it would cost a fortune to mail them back. No one has returned my calls from the company even though I have called three times now. I would suggest no one to use their products or buy their products at this point.

Received the bathing suit Tuesday of this week. It was not a good fit.
Wednesday I requested an address to return item. Going by your instructions is very difficult. It did not seem to go through although I received an answer but no address or instruction!
SEND ME THE RETURN INSTRUCTION WITH ADDRESS AND POSTAGE AS YOUR GUARANTEE STATES. I WILL RETURN AND THIS WILL BE COMPLETE.

Rotita.com do not use this company

My mother placed an order, similar story to all who have posted here. Received cheap item not equivalent to US sizes and package had no invoice.
Online website is not set up well it did not recognize the order number they supplied me with and an email I sent through their email was returned!
SCAM COMPANY AVOID! Pay pal had to help us out with this they were fabulous since we are members!

Rotita.com cannot get information about how to return my items

I ordered and received two items from Rotita and although I have tried many times to get information on how to return these items, I have received nothing from the company. Both items are too small for me and I have tried to contact Rotita to get details about how to return them. I have completed an online form giving my details and phone number and expected to hear something from the company but so far nothing.

Rotita.com top-I received two separate orders. of the same top. I need to return one back

I placed a on-line order. I received my top I ordered last week. Then yesterday I received the same top. I don't need two of the same. It was the wrong size so I needed to return it.
I followed the procedure on Rotitas web site for returns and have heard nothing and received no return instructions.

for some weeks now.

I followed return instructions and have heard nothing. I have re- ordered as instructed as I wanted the product but in a smaller size. NOT YET RECEIVED

Because I have received no emails about returning my original order I have tried again today.

The website just takes me round in circles. I have spent over an hour of my precious time trying to sort this out yet again.

I cannot get a ticket and there is no way of entering any info on the product.
I am extremely unhappy with your service!

Rotita.com rotita.com not refunding my visa credit card

I purchased $169.87 worth of clothing on April 30, 2017. I returned these clothes, as directed, on May 16, 2017. My ticket numbers, which were almost impossible to obtain due to the "unfriendly user site", are T8292438599 - T2908769985 - T3122161263 . I ended up with three numbers because, when I obtained the number and continued with the process they directed, I was rejected on line by their site, every time. I finally got an address and I used all the numbers. I have these 3 numbers because I printed EVERYTHING in my computer history log from Rotita. I will admit, I am not computer savvy and I did the best I could. After looking at other customer comments, and reading of how difficult it was to obtain a ticket number, I felt some vindication! I have not received my refund. I have not received an email stating that my clothing had been received. I have left two voice mail messages with my name, address, phone number, ticket number and dollar amount and have not received any response. I have made Rotita aware that I am prepared to report this illegal action to the Attorney's General, the Governor, the Consumers Advocate Agency in Washington DC. Should there be anything else I can do to obtain my refund, please advise me. Thank you for your consideration. Linda Cohen

Rotita.com customer service for refund poor and non-existent

I ordered four suits. One suit was perfect. I am trying to send back other three that did not fit. I started started my order 6/28/17. I finally got my third suit July 3, 2017. I have contacted customer service because they are ignoring me. I have threatened to dispute on credit card. I did not know they were in China. I have given them the benefit of doubt on the time matter but I don't want to wait 30 days. I started reading the Internet and found way too many complaints. I believe I have been ripped off. I don't know whether to return to company on bag or not because I have no packing slip on either package. I guess I will have to dispute on my credit card.

I have to return an item that was way too small for the size and there as no paperwork with the order so I cannot fill out a form with the required information. I have called the number [protected] many, many times and no one will return my call. This is the worst customer service I have had in my 75 years of living! How many times do I have to type what is the problem! I have left many phone calls because I need to return an item and no one will return my call. Since there was no paperwork with the order, how can I provide the information you are requesting! This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 75 years!

One star is one too many. This company is a complete scam. I can't wait a month for a swimsuit to arrive! Summer will be over IF my pkg ever arrives. International Flat Rate (quite literally a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA) shouldn't be a thing in today's age of Amazon Prime type shipping expectations. I don't care if shipping is free if it's going to take a MONTH!? I don't even want the damn swimsuit any longer.

Returned 2 items on 27/5/17 with a return ticket ID and still have not received a credit on my Debit card! What is going on? It's been over a month! Is this a SCAM? I want my credit. please at least respond to my complaint. I believe this may be a SCAM because I did not get any respond from company.

Returned 2 items on 5/8/17 with a return ticket ID and still have not received a credit on my Master card! What is going on? It's been over a month! Is this a SCAM? Order # 9261290980536704020357. Ordered 1 dress and 2 bathing suits but still have not received my order. And, of course, the money was taken out of my account within a couple of days. I have tried to track my order and can't get anywhere with that. I received an email telling me that my order was being shipped in 2 separate packages- the first one was supposedly sent out on 5/28/17 and the 2nd one was sent on 6/1/17.
