Rotita.com clothing poorly made and wrong size. do not look those shown on internet

The amount of $61.80 was withdrawn from my Credit Card acct. on 1/4/18. I placed the order on 1/3/18. I never received the items until three weeks later. There are no sizes or tags inside of the tops.
The brown top was just stuffed into a big bag that both items were shipped in. The grey top was in a small plastic bag with M0301L121.
These items were shipped from MASSO(HONGKONG) CORP. 20275 BUSINESS
PARKWAY, CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA [protected]. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND TO
MY CREDIT CARD, THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN WEAR THESE ITEMS.

I ordered 5 bathing suits from your company totaling $110.81 and one sent separately for $28.51. These suits are of poor quality and are not sized right. I need to know how I can return for a total refund to my credit card. I am extremely unhappy because this is a run around to try and get your money back and return the items.

I'm in the same boat with a bathing suit, of course there's no paperwork, hell, I can't even research the order. Big mistake. So has anyone found out how to return or get your money back? TIA

I've been reaching out for a week to make a return because there was nothing in the bag for returns and still haven't heard from anyone. Will NEVER order from one of these countries again.

I ordered some maxi dresses from here and I really need to return them for the right sizes and was told i would get a lable but have not seen it yet. That was almost a month ago. The items have not been worn. What can I do to return them?

Rotita.com order no. w1801210042312482 arrived as promised but 2 of the 3 shirts are not colors that I like

Two of the shirts do not look good on me. One shirt ([protected]) is too snug and resembles a maternity shirt since it gathers and then flares out and the other shirt I do not like is not the same as the color on the screen. It is a muted washed out cranberry color. #1026604 with brown triangles. The third shirt is fine and I wish to keep that one.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please call me back telling my what to do next to return these two tops.

Rotita.com tops/skirt/dress: material not what was displayed and not what I ordered. also took a month

I tried to cancel the order after it was already a month since I placed the order But Rotita would not refund my money, saying"the order had already been shipped from China"
Finally the ordered arrived over a month later. The material was cheap and the tops and skirt was not what I ordered. All the pieces in the order looked like they were thrown together or hurriedly sewn by an inexperienced person . DO NOT ORDER FROM THE JOKE!

ROTITA should be outlawed from advertising in the United States!

Rotita.com returning items and unable to access account

Hi
I am trying to return some items that I got however I am unable to get into my account. It tells me that my email address doesn't exist however I have reciepts and confirmation sent to my email from Rotita. I am also unable to submit a ticket and I am concerned that I will not be able to send my parcels back in time.
Could someone assist please?

I am not satisfied with my shopping experience here. I do not like the ordering procedure, shipping procedure & I have no idea how to make a return which I need to know to send back a top that is way to small. I am having the same issue. I am being sent emails daily asking for my delivery address to be confirmed by clicking on a link, but the link is not available. The I try to log on to be told my email address does not exist yet they are emailing me to that address.

I am getting very annoyed and frustrated and will be asking for a refund via Paypal.

Rotita.com jumpsuit

I purchased the black jumpsuit with lace upper body a few weeks ago. It is too big and I've been trying for ages to get hold of someone at Rotita to advise that I cannot find my account details therefore I cannot print off the info required for a returned item... it is so difficult to get in touch with this company ! I am now concerned about the time passed and worried I wont get a refund ! please could someone help sort out this query...

Rotita.com 4 women's tops

I ordered in USA size and item came so small that there's no way an adult could fit in. Tried to return it and they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items. What a ripoff! Continued to try to find a return address so I could see if taking the 50% was a better deal. No luck, I have to use the original bag and hope I can get a shipping cost. I can only assume that the items were made in Chinese sizes, but that doesn't help if they're selling worldwide.

Rotita.com website blocked after return enquiry

It took 6 weeks for the items (swimwear) to be delivered. I recalled easy exchange information on the site when ordering. I needed to exchange item due to incorrect size. After searching the internet for "Rotita return policy" the site was immediately blocked to both my desktop and phone. Now I can't contact them to arrange any sort of exchange or resolution. Very disappointed with the way they treat returning customers as I have ordered from this site previously.

Rotita.com this company blocked my internet access so I could not return an item on time to receive a refund.

I purchased an item and needed to return it within the 30 day return policy. I was blocked from the site as soon as I clicked on "My Order" as requested in the shipment notification email on how to request a refund. It took over a month from the time of the order until the time of delivery. I ordered the item on 11/03 and received it on 12/13. Now I have no way to request a return order slip. This Company is a fraud do not buy from them ever.

Rotita.com ordered a jacket on sale

After I ordered the jacket I realized I needed a size larger due to the fact of where the jacket was coming from, when I went on your site to see what I can do about getting the correct size I also found out you have the wrong mailing address. I can't seem to get this taken care of on your website I keep leaving messages on the phone number provided and no one calls me back therefore I would like to close my order and all other orders that I have placed and I'd like my money back

I received my three items on time and was excited to get them but after I tried them on none fit me. The sleeves are extremely tight and unable to get my arm through the sleeve on all three items. They fit other than that. It seems to me that the cutting department put the wrong size sleeves on the large items. Is there a way that you can measure the arm size and see if it is different than what I have? If so, then I would like to return these for exchange of 3 with the correct size sleeve. It is tight around the forearm, elbow and bicep. I can get it on but unable to wear it because I can't move my arms - it is so tight. Thank you and looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible.

Rotita.com never received the order

I am a first time customer that placed an order for a Pocket Black Asymmetric Hem Long Sleeve Hoodie in November. Order # W1711160740037385 I made payment by credit card for $32.97. I received an email the end of November indicated that a confirmation of payment had been made. I have not get to receive my order and it been about 4 week or more. I am requesting a refund at the time for $32.97 to be credit back to my account.

Rotita.com refund

Good Day. I am a first time customer that placed an order for selected items of my choice from October. I received an email on December 10 indicated that a confirmation for these was not issued by me so therefore the items were not delivered. I was given the option to receive my money back.
As of today Tuesday, December 12 i have not received my refund for order W1711251159094658. I left a message at the call center on Monday 12/11. I will like to know the current status and when I will be reimbursed for the items I have not received.

I ordered a dress on October 24, 2017. I have not received it. The tracking information never worked. I no longer want the dress. I am very angry. I want a refund. Here is the body of the email that provides information about this order:

Rotita.com order for 2 dresses and 3 tops

I received my package and one item was missing. I still have not received it.
I want to return everything but I have no idea how to do this. I have tried your website and it is the most confusing thing I have had to navigate. Please just give me simple instructions about how to return without a hassle.

I ordered on October 30th and still has not received it, I no longer have a need for the sweater as it was to be a birthday gift, so I would like to have my money refunded which was $ 30.92 my account ending with 2082 last name could be copes or green-copes Doreen or Larry. Rotita.com sweater order

I ordered this top, paid for it, received confirmation that payment went through but have not received the item. I did see that the order was received, paid for but not shipped. When will it be shipped? The order was placed and paid for on November 10th.

Please advise when I can expect to receive my order. It is a gift for someone and their visit to my home may end before the item gets here.

This is extremely poor service and very frustrating that there is no communication offered by the selling company.

They refuse to reply to emails you cannot contact them on their website or Facebook

I ordered over $ 400aud from your Facebook page over two months ago

I can't tell you where they are located as no indication was shown

I've checked tracking and it says could not be delivered which is rubbish as my business is open 6 days a week including 5 weekdays
