One star is one too many. This company is a complete scam. I can't wait a month for a swimsuit to arrive! Summer will be over IF my pkg ever arrives. International Flat Rate (quite literally a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA) shouldn't be a thing in today's age of Amazon Prime type shipping expectations. I don't care if shipping is free if it's going to take a MONTH!? I don't even want the damn swimsuit any longer.

Returned 2 items on 27/5/17 with a return ticket ID and still have not received a credit on my Debit card! What is going on? It's been over a month! Is this a SCAM? I want my credit. please at least respond to my complaint. I believe this may be a SCAM because I did not get any respond from company.

May 14 I ordered a lace panel blouse, pink, order no.WW1705150620482445. Even though it was stated it would arrive 3-5 working days, it arrived a month later. I have emailed your company 5 times but have not had a response. The blouse even though it is beautiful is way too small I need to know how to return it for a refund. Please respond.

Order # 9261290980536704020357. Ordered 1 dress and 2 bathing suits but still have not received my order. And, of course, the money was taken out of my account within a couple of days. I have tried to track my order and can't get anywhere with that. I received an email telling me that my order was being shipped in 2 separate packages- the first one was supposedly sent out on 5/28/17 and the 2nd one was sent on 6/1/17.

Placed order for 2 swimsuits need to return they do not fit, I have gone to site and tried to enter a ticket it will not accept my email address or the order number which came straight from the order confirmation. Need reply on how to return. Order number w1705130125108622. Received shipment notification 5/15/2017 received order 5/30/2017. Do not want my 30 days to exp. They will not reply and I have no way to contact

My order number is W1705130106002082. When I try to submit an inquiry on your website- I get a message that the order number is wrong - even though I copied it directly from the confirmation email. I was told on the email it would ship in 2-4 days. I have received no notification of status. I have not received the product as of yet. If I am not contacted within 48 hours regarding this I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a ladies white top on 5/5/17 and I've not yet received it, however my complaint is that your company Rotita has charged me the sum of £66.81p from my credit card account for the one item which only should have cost £21.27p, this in my eyes is theft by your company and following the above I'm going to take this matter out your hands unless your company does the honest thing and refunds me the whole amount above and keep your item which I do not wish now . I'm disgusted that a company had the adocity to do such an dishonest act. One of the payments is via Pay Pal, the other two payments is recorded with a ref number and the country ( Madrid) should you not acknowledge my request above I will take this matter out your hands and put this complaint over to the banks fraud squad, So my advice to you is to act swiftly to save your company's embarrassment of being labelled thieves.

Unable to send photos of the merchandise that was being requested to return and refunded on ticket T5990114219, but did send Rotita's description of the merchandise printed on the packaged merchandise received.
I sent a email on how to return a swimsuit and I never heard back.
I want to return a swim suit. I got a ticket number and they were going to tell me how to return the suit. I have never heard back. The 30 days are going to be up soon. I want my money back the suit does not fit right.

I have the same problem. None of the items are as they appear and are too small. They sent me a ticket number but nothing else. I am afraid we have been screwed royally. I want to complain to someone but I don't know to who to address complaint. These people are not honest or ethical. They find ways to give a consumer the run around. I am so disappointed. Learned a huge lesson.

I believe this Rotita company is a scam. Can not understand why Facebook allows their advertising. There is no way to really contact this company. Product ordered May 6, and tracking order seems to have just disappeared. There is nothing being sent. Ticket for customer service is just a front because no one ever contacts you. I haven't heard anything from them except that I was charged for an item that they never intended to send.
unauthorized order, charges.
Ordered on 12 April 2017 2 clothing items. Then I read reviews so immediately cancelled the order and notified my bank. At that time the charge of $64.70 was reversed. Received an email from Rotita notifying me of the cancellation but I may incur cancellation charge if the order had already been processed. In 10 minutes? I highly doubt that.
Received the cancelled/unwanted items 22 April. I will gladly return them but why should I have to pay shipping for an acknowledged canceled item to China?
not receiving two orders
I ordered a blouse on May 12, 2017 and a dress on May 11, 2017, both items were paid on my MasterCard ending in 6816 amounts of $27.90 and 29.24. I was to receive them in 2-4 business days, I am still waiting. I ordered these for a wedding and need them by May 25, as the wedding is in another part of Ohio. I ordered in plenty of time. I bought my items in October for a Christmas present and still have not received them! Rotitas "customer service" doesn't care at all! Their administrator had the nerve to tell me back in the beginning of December "The fact is your order is still at the customs, once they release the package, USPS will deliver it to you." who says that to a customer! I want my money back I want a full refund and then some and if you can't do that I'm going to make sure my lawyer will get it, on top of my lawsuit I'm filing against you for theft!

I ordered two bathing suits on March 30th, I messaged on April 20th to see where my order was, I had never gotten an email or anything from your company, so I have no order number. I was told it's on its way, and a link to a carrier was provided. My order was filled according to the shipping date that day April 20th! You took the money out of my account on March 30th! I have been messaging back and forth with you all, I still on may 11th have not received my order. I want my money put back in my account! I am sick to death of the lack of customer service. JUST REFUND MY MONEY!
paid for faster delivery still no product I need a refund
I purchased item, order #W1705032149368998 on May 3rd, and paid nearly $9.00 for faster shipment. Today is May 9th and I have been informed according to the tracking information my order has been out for delivery for two days I have yet to receive it. I would love for the additional shipping cost be refunded.

poor professional service
I bought two bathing suits at a larger size because i know they provide smaller sized than in America. 3-4 weeks later it is still sitting in my account. I allow them to ship. 2 weeks later i finally get my order. Which while opening i could tell they were way big and didn't even try them on.
They want me to pay the 23 dollars to return them to get the correct size after they investigate, which are more than likely not going to give my my exchange.
Why?
Very unprofessional and what a way to stand by your product!
Not only will i talk about this terrible service. I will have to sell the bathing suits myself and go shopping elsewhere.
