Rotita.com delivery of clothing

On March 31, 2017, I ordered several pieces of clothing. I was not aware that the company was located in China. Two days later, the money was taken from my account. My order number is W1703310453393512. At this writing April 28, 2017, I have not received the items. I called the Customer Service number but no one was available. I called the Customer Service number three times, no one available. I left my name and no response. This is unacceptable and not a indication of how business is supposed to be conducted. I am very disappointed and will never order anything from this company again. I realized after not receiving the ordered items that there were numerous complaints of customers not receiving their orders, not being able to return items because of the size and the company returning only 60% of their money! According to the tracking system, I reportedly have received the items. I have contacted my financial institution and kept them informed of my concerns and request to dispute the claim for money. I have had numerous deliveries to my home and I do not understand what could have possibly happened to my order!

Rotita.com order exchange

I ordered a bathing suit, size was not trite to size, I asked for am exchange, but their exchange process of submitting a ticket does not work, it keeps going back to explanation of refunds and exchanges. I finally was able to submit a ticket, but layer received an email asking me to submit a ticket. They're just giving me the run around. I want an exchange or a refund at this point. I will be filed a complaint with the federal trade commission and the better business Bureau, I will not tolerate this!

Reading your complaints, I really don't think I should waste my time writing to you to complain. I ordered $124.00 worth of merchandise from you the
Beginning of april. You have my money and I have nothing. So what are you going to do about it? Nothing? Talk about fraud! I guess I fell for it? I am but a poor person, trying to make ends meet, now my children will go without food!

Rotita.com product and service

Hello,

I placed an order on April 5, 2017, on April 10th I received the 2 pcs, and
was so disappointed, the quality is horrible they don't look anything like
the pictures. I tried to send a message saying I wanted to return these
pieces and was given a ticket # and told they would respond by email, this was on the 10th. On the 15th I emailed again, they gave me another # with
the same response that I would receive an email. Nothing, I sent another
email on the 18th, and received a different ticket # and they would respond
by email...nothing has happen. I will never again do business with a co.
in Singapore. I would like to just send them back, but then how do I get my

Rotita.com clothing purchase

I ordered clothing from Rotita and the sizing wasn't what was listed on their website. I asked to return the items and was told I would have to pay for shipping to return items which is very very expensive. they then told me they would give me 30% back on what I spent. I agreed since the shipping was so high. Now they will not answer to any comments regarding the agreement, no correspondence at all.

Rotita.com yes it's true about what people are saying about rotita

I bought 4 items ... 3 were not bad .. One was ugly material and colour not the same a pic ... Unfortunately this is made in china .. If you are tall .. All your sleeves will be too short ... If you have a european build .. It usually doesn't work unless you are petite .. Small body frames ... The quality of 3 of the products weren't too bad but one was really awful.. But it is absolutely true about the return problems .. I have had 3 emails and they still haven't given me the address to return these items ... Its very frustrating ... To say the least .. Think before you get seduced by the pics ... Lol .. Sigh

Rotita.com status of return information

I have been trying to get information on how to return items purchased and noone seems to be giving me any answers. This is very unprofessional and I would like to get some help. They tell me to submit a ticket which I have done on numerous occasions and still no help.
Sizing of items purchased is horribly small and I would like to send them back.

Rotita.com 2 long sleeve v neck layered dress

I ordered my size. The items too big, poor quality material After numerous
e mails for a refund, they finally sent a return address in China, which they do not tell you about up front. The postage will take up all or most of your refund. This was the worst experience that I have ever had .Warning do not order from this company.Not worth it. HORRIBLE

Warning This company is crooks After numerous times trying to get info on how to return this order, I went to the post office only to find out that it will cost me $52..00. $2.00 less then I paid for the order because you're mailing to China, which I didn't know before, because they do not tell you that. This is the worst of the worst. So don't be fooled by these Crooks
Bad quality, bad contact, bad service, bad everything. But they was good at taking your money.

Rotita.com unethical company

Based in Shanghai, the website does not provide clear information on returning items and when I raised a ticket, I was not given that information then either. I returned 3 dresses, all too small and I had checked their sizing chart, to the address in the UK on the packet I received on 16 March 2107. When I didn't receive a refund I raised another ticket and explained that I had returned the items. They told me I had returned to the wrong address, send to an address in Shanghai at my cost and they will refund 60%. The package was signed for so I have no way of getting it back.

Please do not buy anything from this company - the dresses are shoddy and they do not make it easy to return items. thank goodness for good British companies like M&S and Phase Eight who do it properly.

Cannot track order. Submitted ticket. Response was slow 3 days to respond. Ask for refund because order could not be tracked. Still cannot be tracked after 2 weeks. Order was submitted 3/31/17, they received payment 3/31/17.. They refused to refund. Are they a legitimate company? No product received, want refund. I did not know company was from China. I would not have ordered.

Rotita.com returning items

I purchased a dress from Rotita. When it arrived it was of poor quality and I did not wish to keep it. However after a number of emails I was told that I could return it but would have to pay postage as per "returns policy". Unfortunately there is nothing on the website to state that these goods are being sent from China (private address) and that it would cost over £10 to return the dress. I have tried numerous times, quoting my consumer rights, but just keep getting unhelpful broken English responses. Had the company stated on their website the return address was China I would never have purchased the dress. Company have not tried to meet me half way - just badly worded emails. Very poor business. I feel that this company are not being open and honest with their advertising as there is no mention anywhere of them being based in Shanghai

Rotita.com poor quality. impossible to get a refund

Never buy from this company!
This is a China base company.
That means it’s no good for anyone outside China for at least two reasons:
- It takes forever to get the package,
- It’s too expensive to return.
They promise to give you only 60% after they would receive the items. You have to prove the reason for return as well. They may suggest to keep the items, and get 15% as the store credit.
After several weeks of emails they offered me 20% which turned out to be $6.92 out of $83.
As for the store credit, it’s useless if you do not intend to ever order from them again. I definitely won’t after seen the actual merchandises: the quality is very poor, the colors are very dull.
I agree, that many models look attractive on screen, but in real live they are not at all what you’d expect.

Rotita.com clothing

I ordered an orange cotton maxi dress and yellow blouse, size Medium, from Rotita and neither were as pictured on their website.

The orange dress was not a solid color but two toned and of a flimsy chiffon material. The buttons are simply sewn onto the front flat material not gathered material. It looks like a rag.

The blouse also did not have the fullness in the picture and was so small that I could barely get it on or off. And I am only a size 8 medium.

This company is a scam, not replying in one day to requests or complaints as they claim on their website. All the tags are written in Chinese and no receipts for the items are in the shipping paper bag. I am asking my credit card company for a refund for these awful items.

I purchased 2 jogging sets and 2 shirts 2 jeans from this website and i went by the size chart which clearly was wrong even the color that i chose was wrong. the items they were too small definitely not the right sizes. I ended up giving them away to my neighbors kids . I spent $200 and I called customer service not to get any money back but to just get an exchange to see if I can get a bigger size couldn't get through to anyone very horrible website I will never ever order from this website again. SCAMMERS!

Rotita.com dress received was not the one ordered

Am in the UK and last week I eventually received a small poorly packed packet containing a dress from Rotita. The item appears to have been posted from Germany.
The dress inside was definitely not the one I had ordered from their photos. It was really shoddy and very creased. I hung it up to take photos and then put it back in the bag, I had no interest in trying it on.
There was not any paperwork in the bag.
I then started a round of emails asking for my money back and an address to return the dress.
I received a mail saying it would be expensive to return as it had to go to China ( no mention of this on their website) by internet tracked post and I would only receive a 60% refund.
I wrote again saying this was not acceptable (their website says "full refunds") and I told them I was going to hand the complaint over to PayPal.
Rotita then suggested I keep the dress and sell it for a lot of money (I would not even offer it to a jumble sale) and accept an £8 credit towards my next purchase. I declined this too.
I asked PayPal to get my full money back. After a bit of toing and froing PayPal said I would get the full refund as soon as I had proof of internet tracked posting. They said they would also refund the posting up to £15.
I tried to post the package today at my local Post Office but they said they do not offer Internet tracking on parcels to China as the postal system there is not reliable.
I called PayPal back with this news and they agreed to refund my purchase price without the need for me to return this dress. I have now binned the dress.
Although I have not lost out, only in time and phone calls, I am concerned that a great many people are STILL being conned by this company. I have posted about Rotita on the TrustPilot website along with many, many others. I am now blocked from posting on their FaceBook site and cannot log into my account.
I am very anxious that this company be stopped from trading. I have pushed PayPal to investigate them. I know that they still use pop up advertising on FaceBook even though FB are aware that they are a scam company.

I have tried emailing you and tried calling. I tried your live chat as well and on all accounts have not received any reply. Noone was available and no answer on live chat. You say you are open and available but that is not true.

I was interested in a specific shirt and needed to ask about it. I have read several of the other complaints and has soured me to order from your company.

I wonder if your company is legit!

Rotita.com bad dress!

I made a huge mistake when I ordered from Rotita. I did read the reviews but I still decided to buy something. I really liked their prices and designs and that time I thought that all bad reviews were fake. I don't know why but the good ones seemed legit, but I was so wrong!
When I received my dress I was disappointed. It was very small and tiny, and it did not look like it was made for a grown up. I would say that was a dress made for a 10 year old skinny girl, bot definitely not for a grown up woman.
I contacted Rotita but did not receive a reply yet.
I will never make the same mistake again and I will tell everyone about my bad experience with Rotita! Never again!

Rotita.com top (blouse)

The item sent was not the color shown in the photo. I ordered the size as suggested; the sleeves are very tight and cannot be worn as illustrated in the photo. There were absolutely no instructions whatsoever regarding care and cleaning of item. There was no packing slip with order number, address of the company, return policy, etc. They want an order number in their complaint form; none is provided anywhere!

I checked the reviews listed on their site; there were very few reviews listed and were mostly positive.
