Rotita.com top-I received two separate orders. of the same top. I need to return one back

I placed a on-line order. I received my top I ordered last week. Then yesterday I received the same top. I don't need two of the same. How do I return this one I received yesterday which was July 18th. Please send a email back to me as soon as you can. I don't want to be charged for this top. My email address is: pattikirkorian. I received confirmation of my order 11th June 2017.
I Received the order during the week beginning 19th June 2017. See confirmation of order below.

It was the wrong size so I needed to return it.
I followed the procedure on Rotitas web site for returns and have heard nothing and received no return instructions.

I have been trying to return this product W [protected]
ATTRIBUTE. Button decorated navy blue straight maxi dress M
for some weeks now.

I followed return instructions and have heard nothing. I have re- ordered as instructed as I wanted the product but in a smaller size. NOT YET RECEIVED

Because I have received no emails about returning my original order I have tried again today.

The website just takes me round in circles. I have spent over an hour of my precious time trying to sort this out yet again.

I cannot get a ticket and there is no way of entering any info on the product.
I am extremely unhappy with your service!

Rotita.com rotita.com not refunding my visa credit card

I purchased $169.87 worth of clothing on April 30, 2017. I returned these clothes, as directed, on May 16, 2017. My ticket numbers, which were almost impossible to obtain due to the "unfriendly user site", are T8292438599 - T2908769985 - T3122161263 . I ended up with three numbers because, when I obtained the number and continued with the process they directed, I was rejected on line by their site, every time. I finally got an address and I used all the numbers. I have these 3 numbers because I printed EVERYTHING in my computer history log from Rotita. I will admit, I am not computer savvy and I did the best I could. After looking at other customer comments, and reading of how difficult it was to obtain a ticket number, I felt some vindication! I have not received my refund. I have not received an email stating that my clothing had been received. I have left two voice mail messages with my name, address, phone number, ticket number and dollar amount and have not received any response. I have made Rotita aware that I am prepared to report this illegal action to the Attorney's General, the Governor, the Consumers Advocate Agency in Washington DC. Should there be anything else I can do to obtain my refund, please advise me. Thank you for your consideration. Linda Cohen

Rotita.com customer service for refund poor and non-existent

I ordered four suits. One suit was perfect. I am trying to send back other three that did not fit. I started started my order 6/28/17. I finally got my third suit July 3, 2017. I have contacted customer service because they are ignoring me. I have threatened to dispute on credit card. I did not know they were in China. I have given them the benefit of doubt on the time matter but I don't want to wait 30 days. I started reading the Internet and found way too many complaints. I believe I have been ripped off. I don't know whether to return to company on bag or not because I have no packing slip on either package. I guess I will have to dispute on my credit card.

Rotita.com blue women's top

I have to return an item that was way too small for the size and there as no paperwork with the order so I cannot fill out a form with the required information. I have called the number [protected] many, many times and no one will return my call. This is the worst customer service I have had in my 75 years of living! I will never buy from you again and I want a full refund, not a credit because I will not be ordering anything in the future. My cell number is [protected] if you need to talk to me. How many times do I have to type what is the problem! I have left many phone calls because I need to return an item and no one will return my call. Since there was no paperwork with the order, how can I provide the information you are requesting! This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 75 years!

Rotita.com one star is one too many!

One star is one too many. This company is a complete scam. I can't wait a month for a swimsuit to arrive! Summer will be over IF my pkg ever arrives. International Flat Rate (quite literally a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA) shouldn't be a thing in today's age of Amazon Prime type shipping expectations. I don't care if shipping is free if it's going to take a MONTH!? I don't even want the damn swimsuit any longer.

Returned 2 items on 27/5/17 with a return ticket ID and still have not received a credit on my Debit card! What is going on? It's been over a month! Is this a SCAM? I want my credit. please at least respond to my complaint. I believe this may be a SCAM because I did not get any respond from company.
I need my refund today because I want to pay my fees !

Rotita.com returned 2 bathing suits on 5/8/17

Returned 2 items on 5/8/17 with a return ticket ID and still have not received a credit on my Master card! What is going on? It's been over a month! Is this a SCAM? I want my credit. please at least respond to my complaint. I believe this may be a SCAM because I did not get a packing slip or return invoice...What more can I say? May 14 I ordered a lace panel blouse, pink, order no.WW1705150620482445. Even though it was stated it would arrive 3-5 working days, it arrived a month later. I have emailed your company 5 times but have not had a response. The blouse even though it is beautiful is way too small I need to know how to return it for a refund. Please respond.

Rotita.com shipment

Order # 9261290980536704020357. Ordered 1 dress and 2 bathing suits but still have not received my order. And, of course, the money was taken out of my account within a couple of days. I have tried to track my order and can't get anywhere with that. I received an email telling me that my order was being shipped in 2 separate packages- the first one was supposedly sent out on 5/28/17 and the 2nd one was sent on 6/1/17.

Placed order for 2 swimsuits need to return they do not fit, I have gone to site and tried to enter a ticket it will not accept my email address or the order number which came straight from the order confirmation. Rotita.com I have not received an order that you processed payment for in 5/12/2107

My order number is W1705130106002082. When I try to submit an inquiry on your website- I get a message that the order number is wrong - even though I copied it directly from the confirmation email. I was told on the email it would ship in 2-4 days. I have received no notification of status. I have not received the product as of yet. If I am not contacted within 48 hours regarding this I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Rotita.com company's dishonesty

Dear sir/ madam
I ordered a ladies white top on 5/5/17 and I've not yet received it, however my complaint is that your company Rotita has charged me the sum of £66.81p from my credit card account for the one item which only should have cost £21.27p, this in my eyes is theft by your company and following the above I'm going to take this matter out your hands unless your company does the honest thing and refunds me the whole amount above and keep your item which I do not wish now . I'm disgusted that a company had the adocity to do such an dishonest act. One of the payments is via Pay Pal, the other two payments is recorded with a ref number and the country ( Madrid) should you not acknowledge my request above I will take this matter out your hands and put this complaint over to the banks fraud squad, So my advice to you is to act swiftly to save your company's embarrassment of being labelled thieves.

I was unable to send pictures of the merchandise on my computer but I did list the description of the T shirts and I closed the ticket by mistake

Rotita.com I sent a email on how to return a swimsuit and I never heard back.

I want to return a swim suit. I got a ticket number and they were going to tell me how to return the suit. I have never heard back. The 30 days are going to be up soon. I want my money back the suit does not fit right.

I have the same problem. None of the items are as they appear and are too small. They sent me a ticket number but nothing else. I am afraid we have been screwed royally. I want to complain to someone but I don't know to who to address complaint. These people are not honest or ethical. They find ways to give a consumer the run around. I am so disappointed. Learned a huge lesson.

Rotita.com swimsuit

I believe this Rotita company is a scam. Can not understand why Facebook allows their advertising. There is no way to really contact this company. Product ordered May 6, and tracking order seems to have just disappeared. There is nothing being sent. Ticket for customer service is just a front because no one ever contacts you. I haven't heard anything from them except that I was charged for an item that they never intended to send.

Rotita.com unauthorized order, charges.

Ordered on 12 April 2017 2 clothing items. Then I read reviews so immediately cancelled the order and notified my bank. At that time the charge of $64.70 was reversed. Received an email from Rotita notifying me of the cancellation but I may incur cancellation charge if the order had already been processed. In 10 minutes? I highly doubt that.

Received the cancelled/unwanted items 22 April. I will gladly return them but why should I have to pay shipping for an acknowledged canceled item to China?

Rotita.com not receiving two orders

I ordered a blouse on May 12, 2017 and a dress on May 11, 2017, both items were paid on my MasterCard ending in 6816 amounts of $27.90 and 29.24. I was to receive them in 2-4 business days, I am still waiting. I ordered these for a wedding and need them by May 25, as the wedding is in another part of Ohio. I ordered in plenty of time. Rotita.com two items I ordered in october 2016, and as of today I still have yet to receive it as of may 2017!!!

Order # WW1610290954505507 Silver Sterling Bird Pendant Leaves Lariat Necklace and Love Infinity Decor Black Braided Bracelet. Rotitas customer service is completely awful! I bought my items in October for a Christmas present and still have not received them! Rotitas "customer service" doesn't care at all! Their administrator had the nerve to tell me back in the beginning of December "The fact is your order is still at the customs, once they release the package, USPS will deliver it to you." who says that to a customer! I want my money back I want a full refund and then some and if you can't do that I'm going to make sure my lawyer will get it, on top of my lawsuit I'm filing against you for theft!

Rotita.com I ordered a top and pants they took the money out of my count several weeks ago. still hasn't shown up

I ordered a few weeks ago a outfit of pants and top. Color blue and white. I got something saying it was sent out. You've got my money. If not receive by Friday I am having my lawyer file a suit against up and I will be contacting every agency to shut you down. I've worked in courts to many years and I know how to get my outfit or my money better be refunded by Friday the 19th of May 2017. Betty Adams
