Rotita.com two blouses and one sweater = 3 items ordered from rotita

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is the worst online ordering experience I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED HAD TO DEAL WITH! Today, in the USA, it is Friday, 12/14/2018. I ordered these three (3) items from the USA on November 21st, 2018 AND PAID FOR THEM! I have STILL NOT received these items, NOR any communication from this ROTITA company as to when, where, NOTHING - NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!. I managed to pull in my order(s) to 'track' them and for the last week, it has said "IN TRANSIT". WHERE ARE THESE ITEMS COMING FROM? Did you guys just take my money and run? I have certainly learned one good lesson from this experience = I will NEVER, EVER order anything else AT ALL from your Company = ROTITA! And, I will never recommend your Company to ANYONE at all! And, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, OR someone in charge of online retail sales & distribution!
This is just TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE & I will be seeking CORPORATE help/advise from someone that is above the Company ROTITA to issue a full/unsatisfied experience!

HERE IS MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THAT WISHES TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY COMMENT = 'DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY'! 1) They take your money; 2) it takes WEEKS to get your item/products (if you even get them at all; AND 3) there is absolutely NO communication between customer and the Company! STAY AWAY FROM ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROTITA! So unfortunate & disappointed, as now I have three very special people in my life that will not have these items that I ordered WAY IN ADVANCE for Christmas gifts...

Rotita.com return problem

I talked with someone on the chat line regarding my return. (The top I bought was too small.) The order number is: WW1811130151433611. The tracking number was: [protected]. I was told to check my email for an email from you containing the return tracking number and photo of the postal receipt. I was also told to select "no signature required" at UPS.

I have not received that email from you. I have carefully checked my junk mail. Please help.

Rotita.com order cancelled — charge on card statement

I do not have order # or tracking--- Told I needed to send picture of credit card or they would cancel order--- I responded with--- I WANT all orders cancelled- and I do not deal with company that did not give phone # and you could only ask for tickect certain times of day(which is very little) ---- I did receive credit for one charge but not the other---- IRONICALLY I received 2 UGLY shirts same day as credit card statement

Mad how long it takes for something to be delivered? Most companies take 3 -5 working days if you do not pay for next day delivery. I ordered this on the 11/10/18 and received and email saying expect your parcel between 31/10/18 - 08/11/18? How is that acceptable? I need this dress for the 2nd november, you would think id of ordered it with enough notice as it was 3 weeks in advance! Will never order from rotita.com again!.

Rotita.com product not received - money not returned

Hi
I was chasing up delivery, when Rotita advised me that they had cancelled my order. Instead of refunding my money into my bank account they advised they have given me a store credit, which I cannot find on my account. Other than email there is no way of contacting them. Why did it take three weeks from payment for them to cancel order and why? When you order and pay you expect to receive your order. I just want to be paid the refund not a store credit. I did not even receive product so why would you give a store credit. Please do not purchase from Rotita.

Rotita.com scam!!!

They know the items are trash so when you request a refund they start negotiating with you. I never seen anything like it. First they offer you 20% back to keep the items. if you deny, they will offer you 50%. if you deny that and say you want a full refund and will be returning... they offer you 80% back to keep the items. of course you will take it because who feels like paying $26 to ship to CHINA and wait forever for a refund! And obviously they still make a profit. But goes to show you it's all a scam. The clothes are horrible! looks like they were sewn by a bird! DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA!

I wish I had read these complaints before I ordered a blouse from Rotita. The supposed button up blouse had the front sewn shut, no button holes, and the buttons sewn on top of the closed placket. I am getting the idea I won't get my money back.

Rotita.com bathing suit order ww1806142243371947

ordered bathing suit on June 14 2018 lastest to be received July 11. today is July 28 and have not received yet checked tracking number LY310595554cn states in transit.

I have a case at ther USPS Hq [protected] THEY HAVE TOLD ME THE SAME THING IN TRANSIT .

THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE MY VACATION Vacation is now over.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Rotita.com lack of return information or invoice with package

I need to return to swim suits that I purchased on July 2nd and received last week. There was no invoice or any information as to how to process a return. Neither of the suits fit and I would like to return them. It is Invoice ID WW1807031259167298 Trans # or240609gm341. I have sent a request to you through the PayPal app on 7-17. I will give it a few days for a response before I dispute it with PayPal and the credit card company. Rotita.com dresses I ordered and am only getting a partial refund after 30 days of fighting with them.

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding in May. I paid for extra shipping to get them to me ASAP. I received them 9 days after I ordered them which would be AFTER the wedding I needed them for. I sent them back with the receipt asking for a full refund. After many emails and much negotiation they are issuing me only a partial refund. plus I had to pay for my own shipping costs.

Rotita.com refund request

I am complaining of the lack of response from Rotita in sending my refund check for order returned by USPS around June 11th on order # W 1805211922066368. Basis for return was not package was not delivered timely for an event. Package was never opened and was taken to USPS per Rotita's instructions. USPS wrote on the package "rejected" since package was not tampered in anyway.

Rotita.com product never received

My name is Cindy Castaneda. I placed an order almost 4 month ago now (order # W1802110623114511 & DHL track # CNMMI1180323358844903 and I have never received this product. I have made several attempts for the last 2 months to contact you regarding this matter and None of the sources on your website work. DHL has informed me they sent my product back to china due to insufficient address. I want my money back immediately!

You company is a scam. I am giving you by June 20 to refund my money back onto my card or I will take legal matters.

Rotita.com my order

Hi,

My name is Zenia Morales i made a 2 separate orders and in total my 2 orders were over $400.. as you can see in the attached picture I ordered a lot of items and only received the 2 dresses that say "Delivered" on the attached picture.. however, as you can see on the picture there a whole list of the stuff i ordered and i never received anything else.. i need my items delivered to me ASAP or my money backkkk! thanks!

Rotita.com non-delivery of item ordered

I ordered a shirt from Rotita and although my purchase was acknowledged via an on-line receipt and a percent off coupon for a future purchase, the item was never delivered.

The item was a "Button up printed turn down collar long sleeve shirt" in a coffee color with a musical design in black. I do not have the order number but it was placed about 6 weeks ago.

I would like a refund on my credit card from Rotita.

Rotita.com two separate charges

Reviewing my bank statement, you pulled the total amount off my bank card and they submitted a 2nd charge of 1.02 this looks like the company is fraudulent. Why would you pull total then a second charge, even as minimal as it is does not leave me with very much faith this is a good company to order on line from especially since it is out of the US.

Rotita.com clothes

This company sucks. Stay away. I ordered clothes 3 weeks ago and received an email saying that I should be receiving some of my orders 1.5 weeks ago, and I haven't received anything. The tracking number doesn't work. Never again. I will stick with rosewe (received my order within a week). Rotita sucks. If I could give you a negative star, I would. And by the way, the number on the website is always busy, so customer service sucks.

Rotita.com partial order received..

on april 15, 2018 had ordered several outfits from rotita.
I just received one order and have not received or heard from Rotita or anyone representing this company. I have continued to call and call to no avail.
The money was removed from my account. I should have received both packages. I have read the reviews and I am in the same boat as the other complaints. This was intended as a Mothers Day gift. As we see, Mothers day is long passed and still no packages.
I have continued to call or contact Rotitia but to no avail.

Rotita.com return

I placed an order for three items I returned two of them Rotita acknowledged they received the items back and they wanted to give me a credit coupon I express that I wanted the refund to my form of payment which was my PayPal account rotita then reply they would refund my PayPal account after 2 weeks of not getting the refund I contacted PayPal, PayPal did investigation which was denied because rotita.com told PayPal that I had not returned the items and when I went into my Rotita.com account it did not show the back & forth conversation we had regarding the refund at all. The last one show the information that the representative gave me on how to make my return and the address to send it. I gave PayPal my tracking number they verified that rotita had received the items back and gave me my refund; my question is where did the correspondence back and forth from rotita disappear to when they told me they had received the items and then when I log back in those replies were deleted Rotita.com cannot be trusted !

Rotita.com bathing suit

I ordered 2 bathing suits in 2 sizes, neither one fit and the color of the bottoms did not match the top. Trying to return these is a nightmare. First my account address keeps saying is invalid and to find any other means of returns is unavailable. I wouldn't care if I had to pay them several $$ to actually speak with a representative but seems impossible too! I wish I had read all the complaints first before ordering.

Rotita.com I bought a coat and a sweater from rotita.com

I paid for the products and the purchase cleared, but the items didn't fit and they would not let me through their website to get a refund or an exchange.
Now Rotita has my money and I have clothes that doesn't fit that I can't return because the website has blocked me. I haven't even got to talk to anyone about anything.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I just want to return the merchandise that doesn't fit and get my money back.
There is nothing wrong with the items, they just don't fit.

As far as I'm concerned, this company should be shut down for all the ways they have ripped people off.
