I ordered the long sleeve front slit turtleneck yellow sweater on November 3, 2017. I received the order on November 14, 2017. The sweater was damage. It had several pull areas where now has become small holes. I tried making contact with the company but all contact email information is now coming up as being denied. I would like to request a full refund of my $34.76 back . It will cost me more than the sweater to return this sweater back to China. Therefore, I am stuck and cannot get in touch with them for us to try and solve this problem. Thanks for any help that you may render to this matter.

I was trying to return a gray hooded sweater. I did as instructed and I still unable to get RA numbers to exchange this product. I think I have been scammed. I don't understand a company that it is this hard to return/exchange an item. No return address listed and no one seems to be able to help. I work hard for my money and I don't have it to just give away. Please help me

I have been trying to access site all day and get access denied. Want to return the terrible merchandise that I ordered from this site and need a mailing address I did get an RA number but of course since nothing comes with the products there is not any return address or order number I think this site is a scan since they make it impossible to do a return.

I ordered two sweater jackets over 40 days ago and have yet to receive them, however the credit card payment went through on 10/5/2017. When I check on the tracking info it shows that it was sent on the very day I check-so each different day I check the sending day shows that same day-something is not right here! Then when I try to look in another tracking area the screen does don't show or I am thrown into a sea of shipping advertisements for various companies. I would like to think I haven't been scammed, but it's sure beginning to look like it! Either send the merchandise or refer down my money!

I have received this order. It does not fit even though I went through the size guide. There was no paperwork with the delivery. I cannot now access my account and it will not let me re-set my password. I am extremely disappointed with your company and it seems that I am not alone. I need to return this item so would like some details on how to do so.

Septemner 2017, The item not as described in web site, Poor quality, uneven stitching, arm sleeves attached at different heights to body of garment. Only offered 50% of cost and no return in Canada making return of goods almost same price of purchase.
Yhios company should be banned for doing business in Canada and will discuss this with Canadian Consumer Affairs the possibility of a class action suit by government on behalf of all customers that have been defrauded of their proper purchase.

I received goods in advised time only to find they were far too small and not satisfactory
I want to return and receive refund
I have tried several times to try and find where to return too but have had no success
I now read this business is a scam!
Very disappointing and if I do not receive a reply I will be taking this concern further
It would get the most difficult unsatisfactory service I have ever dealt with

I accidentally hit PayPal Credit instead of Paypal and need to clean the PayPal Credit order but the system won't accept my password and also won't let me reset my password although it recognizes my sign on.

How can these two thing be fixed:

Cancel my order so I can reorder with PayPal/?

Sign in? (I can't change my password because I can't log in.)

I ordered a dress from Rotita online. I saw the ad on Facebook and paid the specified amount. I received an order number and receipt via email, and was told that I would receive shipping information in a few days.

Weeks passed and I didn't receive anything. I finally visited the website and found out that Rotita cancelled the order without notifying me. I tried to contact them, but realized that their customer service is non-existent. I have not received a refund, and there is no way to contact them.

I ordered 5 items, 3 of them were delivered to me 2 months later (which long), and the other two were canceled due to an unseen situation. What might it be? Nobody knows. Well, if it happened - fine. But I requested a refund as it was logical. They started to behave very strangely. At first, they answered within 3-4 days, and they just preferred to ignore my emails asking them to give my money back.
Have been having this hassle for 2 weeks and there's no result. Sad story.
Stay away.

I returned 5 swimsuits in the amount of 141.26 and a other one for 28.83, all of which I am promised refunds to my original payment method.
I have still not received any credits.
I called the college park, .md postal service and gave them my tracking #, only to find out that the return address for this business is a personal business out of a home. And that they have hundreds of packages waiting at their post office!

Oh, their legendary customer service that doesn't exist in this universe. You'll be left alone with your issues, nobody will care.
I ordered 5 items, paid for them, but got only one. Called them many times and couldn't reach. It was simply impossible.
The only way to contact them was a dispute opened through the PayPal and only then I was offered a partial refund I didn't need. Why would I want a partial one, if I got just one item instead of 5?
Still trying to find a normal compromise with them, but it looks like this matter is absolutely hopeless...

i placed. can not get hold of them. they dont return calls. you leave messages and noone gets back to you. I just saw their customer responces re
this company and the reviews are very very bad. more than one person
called it a scam. people need to return items and they dont respond.
that was what every single person said or they were double or triple billed
and got no response. i wanted to change my order as i have duplicate items.
now, i just want to cancel everything & get my money back.

This is a horrible and inexcusable policy. I will pass this along to the world. Shame on you.
Since i am required to expand my complaint, i am finding it very dificult as i usually say it as quickly as possible.

I ordered for bathing suits and when I received them I was very disappointed. None of them fit even though I went by the sizing charts and the material was of such poor quality that I knew they would not last. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone by calling their phone numbers in order to make a return. The return policy is very difficult and they make it very hard for you to return anything. The 30 days will probably run out before anyone answers me so I will probably lose all of my money. I am very upset and very frustrated by the system. Apparently the items all come from China so it would cost a fortune to mail them back. No one has returned my calls from the company even though I have called three times now. I would suggest no one to use their products or buy their products at this point.

Received the bathing suit Tuesday of this week. It was not a good fit.
Wednesday I requested an address to return item. Going by your instructions is very difficult. It did not seem to go through although I received an answer but no address or instruction!
SEND ME THE RETURN INSTRUCTION WITH ADDRESS AND POSTAGE AS YOUR GUARANTEE STATES. I WILL RETURN AND THIS WILL BE COMPLETE.

My mother placed an order, similar story to all who have posted here. Received cheap item not equivalent to US sizes and package had no invoice.
Online website is not set up well it did not recognize the order number they supplied me with and an email I sent through their email was returned!
SCAM COMPANY AVOID! Pay pal had to help us out with this they were fabulous since we are members!

I ordered and received two items from Rotita and although I have tried many times to get information on how to return these items, I have received nothing from the company. Both items are too small for me and I have tried to contact Rotita to get details about how to return them. I have completed an online form giving my details and phone number and expected to hear something from the company but so far nothing.
