Rotita.com quality of products and returns policy

Bought "Long Sleeve Open Front Grey Cardigan" for £30 including "free shipping" and "30 days easy return" The reviews of the cardigan from "verified buyers" state the material is "very soft", "quality materials" etc. Images show the cardigan to be well fitting.

On arrival it was very clear the cardigan is poor quality, rough to the touch and badly fitting. In short, the cardigan is such poor quality the only use it has is to mop the floor. I can buy a cloth for clean the floor for less than £1 - this cardigan was £30!

I contacted Rotita for a refund. At first they said keep the cardigan and they would give me a 20% discount on my next order i.e. no refund. When I declined, Rotita said they would only refund 60% of what I paid and I would have to pay for postage myself. Effectively, I would only receive around £10 of the £30.

I've also noticed their address is the same as other companies in China.

How Rotita manage to get good reviews can only mean one thing - Complete scam

Rotita.com long delivery time, product poor quality scratchy fabric, badly made

Ordered a long sleeved jacket and after 5 weeks of "tracking" it was still
somewhere in China. Reported to Paypal (who is well aware of the numerous complaints against this company). 10 days later article arrived. Not at all like the advertisement. Poor quality fabric, shape not as shown in the picture on the net, badly sewn. Phone number for complaints doesn't answer and I'm not forking out any more money to send it back, and there's no address to send it back to anyway. Put it in the bin and lesson learnt. Check the reviews carefully before buying, even when its advertised on a supposedly reputable internet site.

I lost £130 as I returned the sub standard clothes to the "return"address on their label. Rotita refuse to reply to my emails and won't give me a refund but I'm surprised PayPal won't issue a refund if they are aware of all these complaints . Aren't they supposed to protect their customers?

Rotita.com complete order for vacation did not arrive as the shipping information said.

On March 4, 2017 I ordered swimming suits, beach wear, and a dress to wear on my vacation. Nothing came 13 days later and I am unable to get satisfaction from the Rotita company for PayPal. I read on the internet that the company had a poor reputation after the fact. I believe the add came with my Yahoo email.
Had I done more research about scams I would have seen the problem first hand and not ordered.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

I had ordered 2 items on 3/16 2017 and 1 item on 3/18 and they informed me via email they had shipped on 3/18/2017 for First order items and shipped on 3/20/2017 for second 1 item but never receives and checked tracking but no place is my items or when to deliver to me(?).
There is not appears any contact phone numbers even they said call to them if I have a any questions! Is it scammers?
I will tried to call to my credit company about these scammers after I don't receives my orders.
I hope I had read this all consumers complaints prior to ordered this scammers product.
Should checked out by Pay Pal of these much consumers complaints of these scammers from China./
I will never order anymore these poor products and they will not concerns of their low quality and unsafe chemical to the products.

Rotita.com two dresses

Man, I wish I had looked at some reviews before I got seduced by the beautiful pictures!

Here is exactly what I wrote in my email to rotita after trying on the dresses:

I got my order today and I am livid. The one dress that fits, you sent in the wrong colour. Not even close to what I ordered. And btw, they look so much nicer in the ads. These are made so badly, horrible - the sleeves aren't even the same length!

The other dress which is the same size I can barely get on. How do you mess up so badly? Both are loose-fitting size xxl and I used your size guide - - and went up a size.

The bathing suit I am scared to try on because I am so upset by the rest of the order and frankly it looks way too big. I think i'm screwed...

I am going to tell everyone I know on social media to never order from you ever.

Thanks a lot. Rip-off site.

Ps - I know that rotita has a punitive return policy. Not even gonna try.

Rotita.com inferior quality of products and lack of returns information

I have received goods from Rotita of cheap and inferior quality which is not visible on line. I have tried several times to ascertain the returns address and they have not been forthcoming. The company sends you round in circles telling you to obtain and submit tickets in order to obtain returns information and then fails to give the returns address required. I strongly advise people not to use this evasive company.

Rotita.com can not get them to answer a phone call. I want to do a return but they don't give you any information

I placed an order no February 24 I just received it Monday the 13 of March
I ordered everything larger than usual and ''it's still way tooooo small
And the quality is the worst. I ordered :

1 Maxi dress navy
1 Asymmetric. Navy top
1. Blouse button closure black
1 shirt turndown collar black plaid long sleeve
There was nothing to indicate they were in China.
I would not have purchased from them I've already had
One experience with them(China products)

Rotita.com my order received as of march 13, 2017

I have tried to contact you on facebook in messages. I can't believe the terrible quality of the dress I ordered, and then you sent me two of the same in exchange for a top that was out of stock and cost less. I can wear xls easily. Not this! There are threads all over the place and it looks like a cheap child's halloween dress. I couldn't even get it past my bust. I have already contacted paypal twice and want to both send my order back to you and a full refund.

My case number with paypal is #pp-[protected]

I know you have contacted them, but not a word back on facebook. I refuse these items!

Rotita.com the company is not answering my request for their return shipping address.

I ordered 4 items from this company after thoroughly checking the size chart. The clothes run entirely too small. i have sent a number of emails to them and they will NOT send me their return shipping address so that I can be refunded. I should have checked out the countless complaints first. There is no address of any kind for this company. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

Rotita.com rotita is the worst ever!

I am very disappointed with Rotita! I can't believe this company is allowed to do business. I ordered from Rotita only because of their cheap prices. Items on their website looked nice and prices were reasonable so I decided to give it a try. That was the biggest mistakes I've ever made!
My main mistake was that I did not see anything strange about them and did not read the reviews.
Everything I received (4 items) was poorly made, material was very cheap. Also I would like to mention that items were extremely small and there was also a nasty chemical smell. I sent a ticket and asked for a refund but they did not reply anything yet. Better stay away from this site, Rotita is the worst ever!

Rotita should be banned from trading. Their business practice is appalling. I received an item, poor quality, and too small. Usually with a mail order item you have a return address, not with Rotita. I asked them for a return address, it was not supplied. With no other option I returned it to the UK address shown on the label, and emailed them to say that was what I had done. Their reply was that they would not receive it. I had sent it Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and have confirmation and a copy of the recipients signature that they have received the Item! Still in dispute with them.

Good evening upon receipt of my order today I wish to return all of the order due to the fact none of it fits. I followed your sizing chart but none of them are the correct size they are all too small. I would like you to let me have your details so I can return them for a full refund of money I have paid via my PayPal account total amount of which is £85.28. Rotita.com have not shipped item after 3 weeks.

I ordered a dress in 2/4/17 as of 2/23 17. I have tried to email them but I got a message that "the email message was sent by website visitor while all operators were offline." So now I think that I was scammed. On the site I went to tracking today and it said ordered/paid/not shipped. Just like that and I can't get a hold of anybody anyway. I have been trying for 2 hrs and nothing works.

Rotita.com rotita stole my money!

I regret that I didn't do my research about Rotita! I had no idea this was a bad company. I simply wanted to buy a new dress, went online and found Rotita website. I really liked the items and most of all I was impressed with their super cheap prices. I was very happy that I found that website and thought that I was lucky. I paid for my order but it didn't arrive and I wasn't able to reach anyone from Rotita.
Then I decided to read some reviews about them and only then I finally realized what was going on. Really, I was so naive when I thought that online shopping was safe. Well, it's not. Better buy from your local shops, because there are so many scam websites like Rotita and it's easy to lose your money. I really hope that I'll get my money back but I don't expect much.

Rotita.com clothing size and return policy

I purchased two dresses (same dress two sizes) from this company. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because it was coming from China. I couldn't get either dress over my head. When I asked about returning the products, I was offered an $8 store credit. For a store that can't seem to get sizing correct. Then it went to 20% because of the cost to return the product. A whooping $12 value. PayPal was no help, they dismissed my case because I wasn't willing to send back two dresses at the cost of what would be the entire return.
Don't order from this company. They have horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.
This doesn't even touch on the fact it took over a month to receive my items!

Rotita.com quality of dress

I purchased a dress from Rotita, I was given a tracking number from DHL several times this number changed finally after over a month waiting for delivery, I was in the post office and there was a dress in a thin plastic bag from Rotita.
The quality the material is terrible and part of the dress is even a different shade to the rest and an even more inferior cloth.
after many e.mails which have to be done through the website and photos sent they have offered me 60% refund three days after they receive it in China. I have to pay postal charge.Their first reply was you get what you pay for!
And the second reply after checking the photos they confirm yes the top part is slightly different than the bottom part but it is the dress I ordered!

I returned on the 5th dec you have received it and am still having trouble getting my dress replaced or refunded I cant find email address to send you copy of receipt you are dragging this out keep asking for different things.

I purchased a jumper via a link this company put on facebook ...firstly the description was not exactly as described however this does happen when buying online ... my item took alot longer to arrive than it states ... the item was too big so i contacted them about returning it as states and within timescale... it took 5 days to get a response despite their site saying they take one day but i did eventually get one asking me to provide details and pictures... they then blocked me on facebook so i couldnt reply ! Will be reporting to ts !

Rotita.com 2 out of 3 shirts I bought are damaged.

so i recently bought 3 shirts for my mother, and it turns out they are damaged, they are strings, threads coming out of them, anything that can be done about this ?
i just bought 2 more just to show i'm a customer for this site and i'm kinda unsatisfied with what i get on my previous ones, hopefully the new ones i bought today will arrive in a better condition.

Rotita.com I bought 5 dresses totaling $117.00 us dollars received them on february

I received the 6 dresses on February 6, 2017. But the sizes I requested, XXXL was not true to size or close to it.
The size are for small person I can't wear a thing. The dresses look like the back should be the front . This was a waste of money. And the clothing does not look like what I saw on the internet. I did not get what I paid for. I wish that I had read the reviews first. Get the reviews before you order . It was money down the drain.

Rotita.com ordered three dresses and have not received. paid per pay pal.

On Jan.25, 2017 I ordered three dresses. This was paid from my pay pal account. I have not received the dresses. This is Feb.7. Also unable to contact Rotita. After reading complaints I am sure this is a scam.
Any help will be appreciated. Hope this will help others not to order from this company. The date of order was January 25, 2017. order number 58M65851A7717813B. Total amount taken from my pay pay $84.20USD. Payment sent to [protected]@rotita.com

I ordered a denim dress on 1/28/17.order number [protected].The site says 1-3 days.No company should be unreachable via phone.I sent a message two days ago with no response.They quickly withdraw the money out of your account but give you very poor service and lie about the shipping time.I want to know where is my order.
