Rotitanever received product

I ordered two dresses in October 2016 which were immediately paid for via PayPal. In November, I emailed Rotita inquiring as to status of delivery.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in China, ME They responded that the shipment was held up in Customs and would be released in 10-12 days. In December I contacted them again, but no respinse and still no product. Since rhey are obviously in China, I do not know what recourse I have.

    were the same situation order oct.2016 waiting until now. No package coming.
