Rotita.com don't purchase anything!

This company is a scam, don't trust Rotita. I purchased two dresses. I also paid extra money for a rush delivery and received the products about three weeks later, not the 7 days as they promised. But when I received the dresses they looked nothing like the pictures. I was expecting to receive something cute and good looking, but those dresses were a complete trash! I bought a silk black dress but the one I received was just a cheap piece of green fabric! They have a 30 day return policy, but these thieves won't let you return anything. Rotita will do anything to keep your money. Ended up complaining to PayPal who said there were hundreds of people having the same problems. I will never buy from them ever again.

Rotita.com poor quality

I purchased a dress from Rotita on January 4th. I received the dress one week ago and it looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website. It was very thin, small and smelled really sour. The quality was extremely poor and material it was made from was very cheap looking. It looked like someone stitched the pieces together with a sewing needle. I tried to contact customer support, sent them many emails, but there was no response. It is not worth any more of my time or effort to attempt to return the dress. I don't recommend ordering anything from this horrible company.

Rotita.com false advertising & poor quality

I ordered a dress on January 14th. I received the dress on January 26th. The dress looks nothing like the picture. It is completely see-through and it smelled really sour. In a nutshell, the quality was extremely poor. It looks like someone stitched the dress together at home with a sowing needle and whatever fabric they could find. It is not worth any more of my time or effort to attempt to return the dress as I can see from my research that others have not had much luck with their attempts. I should have researched prior to placing my order. I don't recommend this company to anyone! Stay FAR AWAY.

Rotita.com unprofessional, cheap, scam.

Ordered a Gold dress with black lace. Payed extra for express postage (5-7 days). Received the dress about a 25 days later. The dress was white and black, not gold and black. emailed them and asked for a refund because it was false advertised and not the dress that i ordered and payed for. got a response saying "You know, the price of our products is quite cheap, so it's maybe not perfect, and I hope you could understand this and I could apply a bonus for your loss." .. Yeah they bonus they offered was 15%. then 25%. then 30%. then back to 15%. But that's not all, they wanted to pay for the item to be shipped back to them so i could get credited the 15% (or whatever) to my Rotita account and not my bank account. BOL like i'm going to want to buy from that website again.

Rotita.com never received order

Placed an order for a dress on 12/23. Paid shipping costs to have it within 5-7 days. It's 1/11/16 and I have yet to received it. The tracking system they use has said "in transit" since 12/27. Correspondence via Facebook Messenger was answered simply saying, "your order and been shipped and you will receive it soon." I would like a refund but am sure that is not possible!

Rotita.com clothing

I finally received my order after a long wait upon receipt of the order the dress i ordered was the wrong dress and oh the fabric is so synthetic it was un wearable! the other dress i bought again was such poor quality fabric you can see through it and a button missing from the front of the dress upon arrival! Neither of the dresses were fit for purpose! horrendous company do not waste your time, money or energy looking on this site. Be warned!

Rotita.com do not buy from this website.

I'm a first time buyer and I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress and it took them two months to deliver it. I was expecting it to arrive within 7 business days since I paid extra money for shipping. When I finally received the dress it looked nothing like the image on their website and it was damaged! When I tried it on for the first time zipper fell off! Who makes horrible dress like that?! When I contacted them asking for a refund they suggested I sell it to somebody, donate it or give it away as a present. They refused to give my money back. Do not buy from this website.

Rotita.com customer service after they send out the wrong size

I ordered 3 dresses (same dress in 3 colors) in medium and they took weeks to arrive, which I expected. However, the dresses were different sizes. 2 are medium and 1 is extra small. I sent photos to Rotita showing them the error with the white dress being inches shorter in the arms and length than the red dress and black dress. They keep giving me the run around saying the sizes are all a little different with their products. The white dress has no size tag but the red and black dress are sized on the label as medium. Rotita won't send me the white dress in medium that I ordered and they keep offering me a store credit but why would I want to order again from a company who stated in writing that their sizes are not accurate?

Rotita.com horrible!

Don't be fooled by their site, it looks much better than it actually is. I ordered two dresses and one sweater from Rotita three weeks ago. I paid extra for express shipping, but my items never came. Then I a received a message from them stating they'll send my package soon and it will be delivered on Monday December 21. I don't believe, because they didn't even sent me my tracking number! I even tried to contact them about it. They answered me only once! They have a phone number, but it's pretty useless. And their online chat does not work. It's impossible to get in contact with them! I hope I'll get my items. If no, then I'll be out of $80. I hate myself for ordering something from Rotita!

Rotita.com horrible company

Ordered dress a week ago, expedited shipping (paid extra). A week later and numerous emails from me asking where my tracking number is/where is my order (after they conveniently charged my credit card the day I ordered), I've gotten NO responses to any of my emails other than a "waiting for your reply" to me despite the fact that I contacted THEM. A week went by with still no reply to 3-4 of my emails/no tracking # so I submitted an inquiry through Paypal (which I used to pay them) and they asked Rotita for a tracking #. I later got an email from Paypal saying Rotita refunded me. No explanation of what happened, no response directly to me, no apology. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT order from them. Everyone I've read online that has reviewed them says they are a SCAM site that will take your money and either never send what you ordered OR sent you something totally different/not like their advertised pics.

Rotita.com disappointed

Before ordering I decided to read some reviews about Rotita. And unfortunately I red only positive ones. I wasn't ready for so horrible experience. I ordered some items and paid money. Soon I received a confirmation email telling that they got my payment and everything is fine. Their site states that orders get ready for shipping within 24 hours. I was so excited about it. Well, this was my first e-shopping experience ever and I was a bit nervous. It's been two weeks now and I didn't receive my order. And only now I've decided to read negative reviews. I tried to contact the via email, but that was useless. Now I know why. Where are my items? Two weeks later I got a message from them telling that they will give me a refund in 20 business days. I told them I don't need that money, I just want the items. But they told that items are probably lost and they can't do anything about it. I appreciate that they are ready to give my money back, it is very nice. That shows that they are not so bad. But I 'm very sad and money does not make me happy.

Rotita.com unethical behavior

On the 28th of November at 22:34 I opened an account a purchased 26 Items. I chose ILS (Israeli Shekels) as the currency. My total was 717 including expedited shipping. I paid via paypal. A day later I get a Email saying I need to send a copy of my credit card for verification. I responded that I pad via paypal and all my documents were verified by paypal already. I get a second Email Saying they need the docs also because my order was more than 700$. I replies stating that my order was 700 shekels and not dollars and I attached two photos one of the amount they deducted from my account and two of the total from my shopping cart. Another day pass and again the Email asking for my credit card. Finally I sent a copy. A day afterwards I get an Email saying that there was a bug on their site and my bill should be 700$ and I need to pay more. This is outrageous . I have all the pictures and they charged my card now I need to pay them more. Never! they are a Scam and lairs and I will sue them!

Rotita.com the quality was awful as is the sizing.

I ordered 6 items from Rotita, big mistake...one of the items fit, but all the others are of poor, really poor fabric quality and the sizes that they list are incorrect. These clothes would fit a 7 year old. I am trying to find a way to return them to at least get a size that would fit. I wear a US XL, and when these items arrived, I would have to wear by their standards a XXL or even larger. I spent a lot of money buying these items, and I don't understand how to send them back and I am willing to get an exchange however their policy of shipping to me for free, but I have to pay to send them back, is a small fortune and I need some help here. I don't know what to do? Can you help me? I have seen many complaints about this company, and if I can't resolve it, I will never buy from them again and I will be out money that I can't afford to loose. Terrible. I even sent them one of the numbers to tell them I want to exchange it and they thanked me for answering the question and told me to keep shopping?

Rotita.com they make impossible to return

I ordered a cape, coat. It did not arrive for a very long time. The size was so off. I ordered a extra large and it fits my 7 year old. I have lost the order number and don 't know how to return. They make impossible to return since ther is nothing in the packing or on line to make it possible. I would like a refund

Rotita.com stay far away!!! nice false pictures to lure you to buy!

I ordered a jacket to wear to an outting with my friends. I paid for expedited service and I did not receive the item I ordered. I received another item and I would normally just settle for it considering I was going out and needed the jacket however I don't even like the item that was sent to me. So now I have to run out in the rain and cold tonight to find a store that will be open to spend MORE money to get a jacket that I like. Also, maybe I should have checked before I placed my order however what is the toll free number to contact some sort of customer service? SMH, I can't even speak to someone to settle my issue now. I am very disappointed. After posting here and sending them a photo of what I received, I am horrified at the response I received and I am considering calling my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I am going to attach the comparison photo for what I ordered vs. What I received. Here is the response from Rotita "have send your photo to check,  they told us that they ship the correct item,  our price is so cheap,  so it is not so perfect like some expensive item,  pls undersanding if you are not satisfied with it,  we can apply some compensation for u,  pls advise" They better apply all of my money.

This is my recent email to this company to explain what i can since i have already wasted way too much time on this and not done yet: you made huge error in a dress for daughters wedding november 28! Rotita.com gray top-wrap

Rotita does not explain their Asian sizing well to other countries. In my country (USA), I normally wear L. I knew of the discrepancies concerning Asian clothing sizing compared to our "American" sizing but thought, well maybe an XL in this very loose appearing top would work. SO wrong. $20 more or less later.. I find this product in XL actually fits like our US size S. Crazy difference. Don't waste your money, unless you are in fact a very small person. On the positive side, I am going to cut this wrap apart and make my own larger size pattern from it. I adored the pic of this product and the fit, and by golly, I will make my own dang wrap that will actually FIT! Buyers beware of these Asian companies!

Rotita.com no refund, unethical behavior, fraudulent company

Warning...do not purchase anything from this website and ignore any promotions through Facebook or email. I made the mistake of ordering a black dress on 09-25-15, and when it arrived, it looked nothing as described. When I tried it on, it was too small and was poorly made (cheap material, bad stitching, uneven hem lines). When I tried to contact the company for a return/refund, no one would return my email or engage in an online chat. Automated messages stated that if I ordered the dress according to the their women's size chart and it didn't fit, then they would take responsibility; however, that was over a week ago, and so far, nothing. After further investigation, I have learned that I am not the first victim of this fraudulent company. The only reason I made a purchase was because payment was allowed through PayPal, and I've never had an issue with them. I trust PayPal and hope that they remove their services from this company. When I contacted PayPal today, they filed a claim in hopes of a resolution. Furthermore, the invoice I received from Rotita is very suspect, as it lacks information normal invoices have, such as return/exchange info, contact info, etc. Very disappointed, lesson learned.

Rotita.com denim dress

I purchased a dress from Rotita, when dress finally arrived, it was nothing like the dress in the picture. The material was cheap looking and thin. Thread was hanging from the dress, like they just threw it together. The holes on the dress where the buttons are suppose to go, looks like they took a knife and made the holes. I'm very disappointed, and if I'd known that this dress was coming from China, I wouldn't have purchased it. In my opinion, you purchase items from this site, it takes a while to get to you is because once you purchase any items, you have to give the Chinese workers time to put it together. So therefor, they go find some cheap material, needle, and thread, and piece you some bs together. If you pay attention, there are no tags in the clothes to basically tell you how to care for item, and no this not the first time I purchased from this site. First purchase, shame on you, second time, shame on me.
