Rotita.com want my money back!

I bought a dress from rotita. The dress looked gorgeous and I was so excited to receive it. I ordered it according to the size chart on their website. When it arrived the size was incorrect and it did not fit at all. I contacted rotita customer care and they offered me a 15% discount on my next order. I refused and then they offered a 30% discount. Absolutely ridiculous! I refused again and told that I want only my money back. Then they finally gave up and said I would get a refund, but I have to pay the return shipping costs. I sent the dress back and never got my money. Criminals! Buyer beware!

If i could give them a 0 star i would. These people are the worst. I wish i would have read the reviews before ordering anything. They take forever to ship out your merchandise and when you try and get in contact with them they never respond.

Rotita.com round neck long sleeve white dress

I placed an order for this dress after seeing it on line. I had no idea it was a dress made in china. It has been almost two weeks and my bank account has been debited. I have not received the dress and want my money back. The on line site does not give any options to speak with a person or track the order. Please respond. Since I ordered the dress I have seen all the negative reviews, never again will I order from this scam of a company. I am sending a letter to the fair trade commission and anyone else who can help me with this problem. It's a shame that this foreigners can use the internet to take advantage of USA citizens. I want be fooled again. But I want my money back. I don't have money to give away. They don't even provide you with tracking information or an item number.

Rotita.com terrible

I wish I’d read the reviews before I decided to order something from Rotita. I purchased a cute looking dress from their website a while ago. They charged my card and I received a confirmation email with the tracking number attached to it. I was told I would receive my order within 7-14 business days. It is February 16th and it has been three weeks since they took my money and still nothing. After reading all the reviews I'm starting to get nervous. I tried to contact them and asked them to cancel my order, but got no answer yet. I don't know what to expect from them. This company is terrible.

Rotita.com order shipment and fraudulent activity

I brought a single item from your website and I didn't and still haven't received my shipment within the time frame I was told. I will be taking this to another level because you guys are advertising false items. I'm very devastated because fraud has been committed on my account. I Will be taking legal action about this website and informing others about your fraudulent activity. It's a shame that I took the time to order something off of your website and you show me poor customer service. You have so many bad complaints from different people all over the world.

Rotita.com horrible!

I ordered a dress from Rotita online store in a size large. When it finally arrived it was way too small. I contacted Rotita customer care and sent them couple of pictures to prove I was not lying. They told me to send the dress back to them in order to get a refund. They also said that I will be charged a return shipping fee! Completely ridiculous! Their sizing chart is completely wrong. And when I wrote a honest, negative, polite review on their website, they deleted it! So all the positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. They delete all the negative ones. Don't trust Rotita! Everything about them is fake: photos, item descriptions, reviews. This company is totally unprofessional. Stay away!

Rotita.com the worst!

I purchased a cute looking dress from Rotita for $35. I really loved the dress and wanted it for a special event. But when it finally arrived I was extremely disappointed because the dress I received was not the dress I ordered. I purchased a long black evening dress with an open back, but the one I received was a short grey dress with blue straps. I also ordered a small size but the dress I received was huge! The quality was horrible, and it looked more like a Halloween costume than an evening dress. I have been arguing back and forth with Rotita customer service and the best they have offered me was %15 discount on my next order. I'm never ordering anything from them again!

Rotita.com fraud

Their products are horrible and extremely small. Before making an order I checked the sizing chart several times very carefully. I knew that Rotita is a Chinese company and there are often sizing issues, so I wanted to be sure that I was ordering the correct size. When I received my items everything was super tiny. I bought a shirt but is was too small to even pull over my head. When I ordered I was sure everything would fit, but unfortunately it didn't. When I contacted Rotita customer service they said it was not their problem and that it was only my fault. Their customer care is an absolute joke! They refused to give me a refund. I gave all the clothes to my little sister and she is only 10 years old! Well, that was the worst online shopping experience in my life.Terrible company.

Rotita.com never again!

Do not order anything from Rotita! I'm 100% sure they are just some scam artists! I purchased a product back in December and never received it. They charged my card immediately after I made an order and didn't deliver anything. I contacted them many times and countless times I've been told that my item is on its way! Well, two months passed and still nothing. I'm writing this because I don't want anyone else to get scammed like I was! Don't trust Rotita, better save your money and time!

Rotita.com extremely poor customer service!

This company is horrible! I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to buy something from Rotita. Please read the reviews before deciding to order from them! Customer service is poor, or rather nonexistent. I ordered back in December and paid extra for expedited shipping, and it is now February! I received nothing yet. According to my tracking number my product is still „processing”. I contacted their customer service many times and every time received the same response that I'll get my order in 7 days. I'll never use this site again! And don't recommend it to anyone. I'm so disappointed.

Rotita.com don't purchase anything!

This company is a scam, don't trust Rotita. I purchased two dresses. I also paid extra money for a rush delivery and received the products about three weeks later, not the 7 days as they promised. But when I received the dresses they looked nothing like the pictures. I was expecting to receive something cute and good looking, but those dresses were a complete trash! I bought a silk black dress but the one I received was just a cheap piece of green fabric! They have a 30 day return policy, but these thieves won't let you return anything. Rotita will do anything to keep your money. Ended up complaining to PayPal who said there were hundreds of people having the same problems. I will never buy from them ever again.

Rotita.com poor quality

I purchased a dress from Rotita on January 4th. I received the dress one week ago and it looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website. It was very thin, small and smelled really sour. The quality was extremely poor and material it was made from was very cheap looking. It looked like someone stitched the pieces together with a sewing needle. I tried to contact customer support, sent them many emails, but there was no response. It is not worth any more of my time or effort to attempt to return the dress. I don't recommend ordering anything from this horrible company.

Rotita.com false advertising & poor quality

I ordered a dress on January 14th. I received the dress on January 26th. The dress looks nothing like the picture. It is completely see-through and it smelled really sour. In a nutshell, the quality was extremely poor. It looks like someone stitched the dress together at home with a sowing needle and whatever fabric they could find. It is not worth any more of my time or effort to attempt to return the dress as I can see from my research that others have not had much luck with their attempts. I should have researched prior to placing my order. I don't recommend this company to anyone! Stay FAR AWAY.

Rotita.com unprofessional, cheap, scam.

Ordered a Gold dress with black lace. Payed extra for express postage (5-7 days). Received the dress about a 25 days later. The dress was white and black, not gold and black. emailed them and asked for a refund because it was false advertised and not the dress that i ordered and payed for. got a response saying "You know, the price of our products is quite cheap, so it's maybe not perfect, and I hope you could understand this and I could apply a bonus for your loss." .. Yeah they bonus they offered was 15%. then 25%. then 30%. then back to 15%. But that's not all, they wanted to pay for the item to be shipped back to them so i could get credited the 15% (or whatever) to my Rotita account and not my bank account. BOL like i'm going to want to buy from that website again.

Rotita.com never received order

Placed an order for a dress on 12/23. Paid shipping costs to have it within 5-7 days. It's 1/11/16 and I have yet to received it. The tracking system they use has said "in transit" since 12/27. Correspondence via Facebook Messenger was answered simply saying, "your order and been shipped and you will receive it soon." I would like a refund but am sure that is not possible!

I finally received my order after a long wait upon receipt of the order the dress i ordered was the wrong dress and oh the fabric is so synthetic it was un wearable! the other dress i bought again was such poor quality fabric you can see through it and a button missing from the front of the dress upon arrival! Neither of the dresses were fit for purpose! horrendous company do not waste your time, money or energy looking on this site. Be warned!

I'm a first time buyer and I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress and it took them two months to deliver it. I was expecting it to arrive within 7 business days since I paid extra money for shipping. When I finally received the dress it looked nothing like the image on their website and it was damaged! When I tried it on for the first time zipper fell off! Who makes horrible dress like that?! When I contacted them asking for a refund they suggested I sell it to somebody, donate it or give it away as a present. They refused to give my money back. Do not buy from this website.

Rotita.com customer service after they send out the wrong size

I ordered 3 dresses (same dress in 3 colors) in medium and they took weeks to arrive, which I expected. However, the dresses were different sizes. 2 are medium and 1 is extra small. I sent photos to Rotita showing them the error with the white dress being inches shorter in the arms and length than the red dress and black dress. They keep giving me the run around saying the sizes are all a little different with their products. The white dress has no size tag but the red and black dress are sized on the label as medium. Rotita won't send me the white dress in medium that I ordered and they keep offering me a store credit but why would I want to order again from a company who stated in writing that their sizes are not accurate?

Rotita.com horrible!

Don't be fooled by their site, it looks much better than it actually is. I ordered two dresses and one sweater from Rotita three weeks ago. I paid extra for express shipping, but my items never came. Then I a received a message from them stating they'll send my package soon and it will be delivered on Monday December 21. I don't believe, because they didn't even sent me my tracking number! I even tried to contact them about it. They answered me only once! They have a phone number, but it's pretty useless. And their online chat does not work. It's impossible to get in contact with them! I hope I'll get my items. If no, then I'll be out of $80. I hate myself for ordering something from Rotita!
