Rotita.com denim coat

I purchased this coat and many weeks of waiting it finally arrived. However, when I tried it on it did not fit! There were no instructions on how to return and item and after sending complaints to them with no response I'm forced to call my CC company and complain. They will handle it. The coat was exactly as described but it did not fit.

Their lack of customer service has been enough to prevent me from ever purchasing anything from them again.

As far as I'm concerned they are a rip off company. They will not back their product nor allow returns. I woukd never recommend them to anyone.

Rotita.com long blouse shirt.

I wear normally a xl in usa sizes, when I got the shirt it was way too samall and it said it was a xl on the package, all I want to do is send it back and get it exchanged for the one that says xxl. I tried to submit a ticket and it would never go through. I am 77 and do not know a lot about computers so would you please send me the info on what to do to exchange the item.

Rotita.com winter coat too small

I ordered a winter coat from this company on 11/27/16 as a Christmas gift for my France. It arrived just before Christmas. She opened it upon arrival and to her dismay she could barely get the coat on, it was way too small. When ordering we used the "convenient" conversion table for USA / China sizes. This apparently is a farce. I ordered an XXL U.S. Size woman's size. We had her 12 year old grand daughter here for Christmas vacation, she is a lot smaller in size, it didn't fit her either. I then tried to call the phone number listed and it would not go through. Rotita does not state from where they do business from. But, the shipping label is in Chinese. The coat was also not a winter coat, too thin in material. More like a fall/spring coat. Before contacting Pay Pal I sent an email to the company. They did reply and stated that if I sent the coat back to them that they would issue a partial refund of $15.00, the order total was $54.23. To ship it back it would cost me in the neighborhood of $35. So for $89 and some change I was offered a discount of $15? I said no way. I then contacted Pay Pal
Luckily the purchase was billed through my Pay Pal account and through the resolution center. The first resolve was not much better than what the company offered. PP said that they would refund the full amount but, that I would have to ship it back at my expense.
So we called PP directly and my fiance spoke with the PP rep. They carried on a pleasant conversation for a few minutes and when my fiance got off the phone, she stated that the full amount had been deposited back into my account and that the coat was ours to do with what we wanted. We will be donating it to the homeless.
DO NOT purchase from this company, no matter how enticing their photos are. Everything is bogus here!

Rotita.com clothing and swimwear

I ordered my items Dec 29th and received my package Jan 3rd, rather quick. However I now need to return 3 of the 4 items and there is no proper way to to submit a request for refund like most sites. I have to now wait for 5:30pm ET to contact someone plus I opened a ticket. Order #W1612290524387715. Out of the 4 items I ordered, only 1 fits according to their size chart.
I want a full refund for the 3 items and some form of confirmation this will happen.

Rotita.com ordered 2 sweaters from rotita.com & need to return then for a refund

Do not... I repeat do not order anything from these scam artists! It is a fraud & sham of a business! Order# ww1612131713517532... I ordered 2 sweaters on 12/13/16 from the website rotita.com, which they charged me for immediately! When I received my order the sweaters were much too small & they were not as pictured in the photo! My total was $70.74, which they took from my acct. Immediately, but I never knew the sweaters were coming from china! I have been trying unsuccessfully for days to try & find out how & where to return them..,, only very confusing e-mail response, that is more confusing than ever! Please do not order from this scam & rip-off of a company! They should be shutdown immediately & prosecuted for stealing money from innocent people! Martha dupre [protected]

Rotita.com "pocket design hooded sweatshirt" in cotton material advertised

I ordered this 12/16/16 and received the item but this was not what was advertised. what came was a see thru polyester throw. They advertised a SWEATSHIRT in cotton. there is not one stitch of cotton on this entire throw. it wouldn't keep you warm unless you were in 85 degree temps or above!
their customer service takes days to respond by email, they want me to ship back to china for 30.00 at MY EXPENSE for only a 60% refund for their fraud! they actually stole 32.00 of mine. which means I have to spend a total of 62.00 to recoup 19.00 back. How fair is that?
I have reported them to the authorities for fraudulent advertising and am currently working with same authorities to recover my losses.
How can a company possibly do this legally?

Rotita.com appears to be scam

I just lost 75 lbs and am in great need of new winter coats. I ordered 2 from Rotita on December 21st 2016. They billed my Visa through a PayPal account in the amount of $110.20 but because I was not given an exact delivery date ( I believe they indicated it would take 10 business days) I decided to log on to their website and check the status of my order. I have been trying to contact them for several days. Today is now January 4th 2017. I discovered that upon trying to log in to their website multiple times, I kept getting a message that my password did not match. I put in my email address and requested they send me the password. Their site said it would be sent to my email immediateky. I have tried at least 5 times and have received nothing. I was careful to write down the email account I used and the correct password at the time of my order. I know I have been putting in the correct information as I was careful to write it down immediately. Yet they don't contact me. I only have my PayPal receipt, the amount charged and the order number. The phone number they show on their website appears to be a number overseas. I am concerned that this is a scam to get my credit card information, as well as my personal information and access to my email contacts. What if anything can I do to find out if they are real or not, and if I will be receiving my order. If they are scammers, then who do I contact?

No order number given no notice of shipment. pay pal # W1701020311396218.
I will be contacting authorities in this matter. Phone numbers listed which are [protected] and [protected] no one ever answers and no voice mail. there is not customer service number to call or even to chat with on line. Pay pal also is not so good, as they do not have a customer service for you unless you sign up for their services, I don't need their services. They seem to be part of the problem. Tried to find out how else to contact them but all I found was nothing. I did find several as in, 20+ complaints I could read about the same problem I am having. I want a full refund. I first contacted them on 1-1-2017 then again tried at least 8 times today, 1-3-2017. Never got a response or a pick-up on a call from numbers provided by the company.

Rotita.com charged for a product that I purchased online in october that has not been received and they refuse to offer refund after almost 3 months.

I ordered a sweater from this company in October 2016. I contacted them in December 2016 to inform that it has not been received. They have charged me for the product. They provided me with a usps tracking number which has no update since December 4, 2016 and just says it is being processed by the origin of shipment. I have asked for a refund and they refuse.

Rotita.com have not received my order

I ordered my item December 16th, and paid extra for 5-10 day shipping, and still have not received it. So far I have been very patient, but I'm running out of patience, honestly. The order # is : W1612170714562602.
I would appreciate a quick response, or I will be forced to dispute the charges with my bank, so that you do not get paid for my order.

Paid the extra money to have shipment expedited and the item still has not shipped.
Have since seen numerous reviews and complaints on this company from people experiencing the same thing. There has to be something that can be done. This company should not be allowed to continue ripping people off. I am very upset and would very much like a response from this company!

I ordered cardigan from this company and paid for this on Dec.2nd through
Pay Pal.In 2 weeks I figure out that my order never left China I politely asked them do not to send it but return my money. But anyway they sent it to me,
but when I got it after Christmas my first wish was put it in trash. Size is maybe
S but not L which I ordered, on label -L.Totally different from the picture on their site, colors are pale and shape is ugly. So I wrote my opinion on support center and they offer me 20% refund if I shut up literally. After that I promised to contact all Internet in order to help other customers not to be fooled and they stop to answer me.

I am writing in regards to a order that was placed on December 9 th, 2016 .I paid with a bank debit card . The number issue it's not correct .Evertime I've checked throughout the United States Postal service tracking it's states the number is incorrect. I have not gotten any response back to see if product has even been shipped from Shanghai, China, I am only giving them til January 9, 2017 cause by then it will be 4 weeks that it was ordered and paid for.
If by this date I don't receive it I am requesting my funds immediately back into my bank account and I will not wait another month to get my funds back either .I paid extra to get it quickly but no luck. I need an answer ASAP ! Not happy customer thus far. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get answers immediately.

Rotita.com paid for dress and never received

I ordered from Rotita on Nov 11, 2016 and never received my dress. I have sent 4 emails to customer service regarding my missing order that was paid for in full and not one response back. The phone listed on their site is also no good. I posted about it on their Facebook page and they blocked me! I reported them to the FTC and Facebook. Facebook should not allow this to happen and I've now read that this company is notorious for doing the same thing to me to many others.

Rotita.com am I going to receive my item???

I have heard and read horrible things about your company. Am I not going to receive my item that I purchased on Invoice# WW1612191214172897. Let me know and if not I would really like to get my money back. I wanted the dress that I ordered before the holidays and even paid the extra shipping and yet my order says that it hasn't shipped yet. I would really like it if you could please explain to me the lies that I was promised and please refund me the 23$ that I paid to get this outfit in time for Christmas. I hope you are genuinely happy with yourselves.

I would like a respond back as soon as possible because otherwise I am going to have to spend more money and find a different outfit. Also select a category...what the hell is that!

Rotita.com defective, cheap products. terrible customer service.

You appear to be a sham company, selling defective goods and refusing to refund or give compensation.
I am reporting you to UK trading standards and will continue to leave negative online reviews along with all the of other unhappy customers.
People need to know you a scam company, selling rubbish items and refusing to give any refunds or compensation then blocking any communication with unhappy customers.

Order were placed, credit card info was obtained by the merchant, deducted right away... confirmation sent... waited 5 business days, nothing! searched, trying to find out who can help.. online, no reply!
made a phone call, answering machine to leave a message, no call back.
What the Hell! Company from China, I have dispute the charges, still waiting for result. DO, NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT AND WHERE THE COMPANY IS FROM... lesson learned.

Rotita.com frauds!

Ordered a "coat" from this company and it is a jacket, not a coat. Ordered this 2 sizes larger that what their size chart says I wear and it did not fit. This "coat" had 4 1/2 stars on it's reviews. I asked for a refund and all they want to give is 60% back of the purchase price claiming that the other 40% is for shipping but yet they advertise "free shipping". Oh and I also have to pay to ship it back to them in China.

This company needs to be shut down. They ask for information they don't need. They delay shipping for this. Then they send product that is the poorest quality possible. No one would keep this stuff. What they send is a cheap replica of what is advertised with very cheap material. Then they make it impossible to submit a ticket which is required to do any returns. Then they claim to only refund 60%. They have no legitimate phone numbers and are unreachable. I have not been able to begin the return process yet because of this. FACEBOOK should ban them.

Rotita.com return

I ordered some coats from Rotita online. I paid extra shipping to have them shipped fast and I got them about two and a half weeks later. The quality of the clothing is so poor I don't want to keep any of the items. However when I try to go get a return slip it tells me my product number is invalid and it is the one that they sent me as a confirmation via email. The only way you can talk to somebody is if you give them your confirmation ticket number and it won't accept mine as valid. It also tells you you have to send it back within 3 days and I haven't been able to get in touch with any customer service representative. I think this clothing line is a fraud.
