I'm honestly not a complainer and I have lots of patience. I was a bit frustrated and felt as if I was being accused of something I didnt do. I like shopping at Ross when I get the chance always a great selection but I was displeased with the service I received for returning an item. It was a pair of pants I wanted to return because they didn't fit how I liked them too. They were 21.99 when I bout them and that day I spent $147 bucks. I had my receipt for the pants I wanted to return first the cashier who was returning them was saying the description didn't match for the type of jeans they were but the sticker was clearly stuck on the tag of the brand of jeans. So she called a supervisor to come over. The supervisor came over and looked at the receipt and the jeans and then started blaming the cashier that rung me up for using a different item but I explained to her she didn't she scanned the tag off the jean. Then when the supervisor was looking at the jeans she started to say that Ross doesn't carry that brand. I'm sorry but Ross carries many brands. Then she was telling the cashier they can check cameras and I was just thinking to myself really? Over 22 dollar pants you think I would steal or miss tag? I didn't even like the fact she accused the cashier first and then accused me. I've worked retail for a long time and I get it it can be frustrating but the supervisors customer service was poor and you should never accuse an associate and then a customer without finding out what happened. If you want to see the cameras check them. I really don't care you will see that she scanned them like that. I will also not shop at this Ross anymore because you want to feel comfortable where you shop. I understand everyone has a job to do but I was not treated very nicely and customer service is key cause customers keep stores open.
