Ross Dress for Lesspersonnel - store manager

a couple of weekends ago (1 or 2 July 2017) I was insulted by a cashier at the Forestville Maryland store who said her name was Kendra and that she was the store manager. she loudly continuously complained about my pre-school grandchildren who were active but not misbehaving, calling on the name of Jesus and saying that the children may do anything to her, even bit her. This individual was arrogant, embarrassing and insensitive to me and my family as customers and as human beings, not showing at least common citizen decency. She made our shopping trip a nightmare! I got the impression that she has angry with her job there. I told her that I found her behavior unprofessional and when it was my turn to be checked out she took the garment I wanted to purchase and threw it on the counter behind her, then yelled "Next!" to the person in line behind me, refusing to allow me to purchase the garment.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in district heights, maryland, MD another store employee apologized to me for what had taken place and asked that I pardon the manager for her misbehavior. the manager had apparently secretly called the police earlier. When the police came they told me I had to leave the store because the manager had the right to refuse me service. I think that this manager's behavior was awful and that she needs to be replaced by someone like the other clerk who apologized for her bad behavior. As it is now, I plan to NEVER shop at that store again if Kendra is still employed there. We visited the Oxon Hill Rivertown mall store the next day to purchase our goods and the experience was beautiful, grandchildren and all. that store personnel and the clerk at the Forestville store are to be commended! those individuals restored my confidence in the Ross stores- but a Kendra needs to be replaced! Please let me know when she is gone so I can resume shopping at this store. s.[protected]@icloud.com
