Ross Dress for Less - horrible service!

HORRIBLE Service. In which trailer park they find employees? No MANNERS at all, not even basic business communication skills are represented. I have been a customers for years since I can always find a bargains there. I am not happy about this store, but I am OK to shop there because of bargains. Today they were unbelievable rude to me. I always shop with my yorkie girl (for those who don't know - yorkies are recommended for people with allergy problems) with NO problems at ALL. My dog is very intelligent and well behaved. She was in STROLLER that always is CLOSED inside any stores.

The security guy named W. (or whatever, with blond hair and short/ fat), SAW how my hubby was dropping me by the store, how my husband WAIT for us for a few minutes until we were gone inside the store. And after my husband left, he REFUSED me to come inside. As a result I was waiting for my husband by the door for next two hours.

When my husband came back, I went inside, asked for manager to show a store policy, and I was refused. She absolutely cannot communicate with customers. Trash! Interrupted me and didn't care a word I was saying. I don't know who is responsible for hiring peope in this store, they should be shape for hiring people like that, but I will make sure that those people, who were rude to me, will be hired. I am not that type of person who accept this service, and they WILL pay back.

It happened on Saturday, December, 9 appx. 12 pm.

I decided to re-post since I was overreacted.

This morning I and my hubby went outside and on the way back
decided to stop in a couple stores. He had to go to Costco, and since
I cannot take my yorkie dog there, I asked me to drop us by Ross store.

I have never had situation like that before.

HORRIBLE Service.

No MANNERS at all, not even basic business communication skills are
represented.

I have been a loyal Ross' customer for years since I can always find a
bargains there. I am not happy about those stores (they usually filthy
), but I am OK to shop there sometimes because of bargains.

Today they were unbelievable rude to me. I always shop with my small
dog with NO problems at ALL. My dog is very intelligent and well behaved.
She is in STROLLER that always is CLOSED inside any stores.

The security guy (named W)was waching how my hubby was dropping me by
the store, how my husband WAIT for us for a few minutes until we were
gone inside
the store. And after my husband left, he REFUSED me to come inside. As
a result I was waiting for my husband by the door for next two hours .
On front of security guy

When my husband came back, I went inside, asked for manager to show a
store policy, and I was refused. The manager Lisa absolutely cannot
communicate with customers. She interrupted me and didn't care a word I
was saying. Plus, she made fun of my husband when he said "you should be
shame of yourself to keep this women with small dog outside" . On top
of that, she told me something that dogs are OK in the store unless
they bite people or something like that...
And I saw a smirk on her face.

I don't know who is responsible for hiring people like that in that
store, they should be shame for doing that. I am not that type of person
who accept this service.

Next day, I had a hard time to reach corporate office, and called
directly to the phone # [protected] Paul Rich.

I was explaining situation. Yes, he told me that dogs are not allowed
to the store. I said that's fine, however they should have a sign
then!.

But I told that I have a complain about customer service and the way
how manager and security treated me and my hubby.

1. No sorry at all.
2. No questions about name/who did that/whatever.
3. On my question about how they punish employes, who make fun of their
customers, he...hang up the phone.

PERIOD.

PLEASE, don't think I was speaking like a crazy psycho, trust me . I
was not.

It just "a high professional" service.

Unbelievable.

Why do you think your husband couldn't take the dog into costco? It is common knowledge that dogs are not allowed in stores unless they are service animals. If you want to take your dog with you then go to PetSmart. That's the reason they pay millions in advertising its where the Pets go. Wonder why that is.

Youre going to take time to sit down and complain about your dog not being allowed into a store? Did u ever stop and think that maybe associates or even other customers could have allergies? Or Is all you selfish customers think about is how your being treated? Not how you treat employees?
