Rose Wholesale Cowards

I purchased 6 items from RoseWholesale on November 25th, 2015. It is now February 18th and I received only 4 items. Things which did arrive were of a poor quality, but pretty nice looking. So I contacted customer service and asked about the rest part of my order. They have agreed that it was all their fault, they are sincerely sorry and they would refund me. After saying it, they completely shut down all communications and disappeared. They actually admitted their mistake, but in the end they just run away like coward. Very unprofessional.

Rose Wholesale Horrible!

I made a large order and purchased 6 dresses from Rosewholesale website. I spent over $200 in total. Three weeks passed since I made an order and I received only two dresses. They were of a poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I'm not expecting much from the rest. I contacted customer care and asked about other four dresses and was told that they have no idea where they are. I'm still waiting for the other 4. Very disappointed with the quality, the dresses I received were horrible. Better save your money and shop elsewhere.

Rose Wholesale Order never shipped

I made a couple of orders in early December 2015. It is now February and I received nothing yet. I was planning to take these items on a vacation, but it seems like that is not going to happen. I tried to contact Rosewholesale customer service but that was just a waste of time, because no one ever answered. I even tried to call but their line is always busy. They took my money and I doubt that I'll ever get a refund. I will not give up and will think of something. Websites like this should be shut down! I can believe they are allowed to run a business like that! Scam! Avoid Rosewholesale at all costs!

Rose Wholesale Waste of money

Most everything I purchased from RoseWholesale either doesn't get shipped when it's suppose to, or the item looks nothing like what I expected. I'm very disappointed with their customer service which is unprofessional and completely useless. I paid extra money to get my order delivered to me sooner. Shipping was extremely slow and I received only part of my order. I contacted their customer service and asked about the rest. They said that they have no idea where the rest part is. Not good enough. They are offering services that they can not meet, they let you spend your money and provide no help.

Rose Wholesale They sell garbage products

This website is just another scam. Don't order anything from RoseWholesale. I made an order and bought several items from them and they've charged my credit card immediately. Only later I realized that it was made in USA dollars! So the cost turned out to be 30% higher. When I finally received my order I was so disappointed because there was a huge stain on my shirt! So I contacted customer service but they really did not care. They refused to give back my money. Don't order from this horrible company!

Rose Wholesale I'm very disappointed

I purchased some jewelry in early December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Yes, I saw all the bad reviews about them but I did not believe any of those and it was my biggest mistake. I decided to give RoseWholesale a chance and now I regret. I received the jewelry and it was pretty cute but that was only one small part of my entire order. Several weeks passed and I still haven't received anything. I contacted customer support and explained that some items were missing from my order. But their rep called me a liar and said that everything was in the package. Horrible customer service! I will not be ordering from RoseWholesale again! They just lost a customer. At first I was so excited but in the end so extremely disappointed.

Rose Wholesale This business is absolutely horrible!

I made an order back in November and bought something from RoseWholesale. One month passed and I received nothing, so I contacted customer support and discovered that my items were shipped to the wrong address. Their agent told that is was not their problem because the info I gave them was incorrect. But I checked everything carefully and I'm sure everything was fine! They said they cannot offer me a replacement or a refund. This company does not care about their customers. Otherwise they would issue a replacement! These people are thieves and they don't want to take the responsibility for their own mistakes. I never received anything so why should I pay for it? This site is pathetic! Don't order anything from them and better save your money.

Rose Wholesale Totally disappointed!

I ordered something from RoseWholesale and when I received my order each item was completely different from the images posted on their website.This company sells garbage, and makes you pay an incredibly high rate for shipping. Those items were beyond disgusting and absolutely unwearable! Prices are rather high, but thing they sell are rubbish and look like garbage! Just imagine you bought two items and paid $20 for both and then you'll need to pay the same price for the shipping. Their shipping fees are ridiculous! I personally paid $200 for my order + $50 shipping. I immediately contacted RoseWholesale customer service and demanded a refund. That was a total nightmare. They offered me only $40 money back! They will take your money for items that are both unwearable and ugly looking. Don't order anything from this website, you will 100% regret!

Rose Wholesale Horrible items

I ordered few items from RoseWholesale, but when I received them they looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Only the colors are correct. Pictures posted on their website are obviously stolen from other sites. They make and sell horrible copies. I ordered a sweater, but the one I received was horrible. It was extremely tiny and thin, and looked more like a shirt. Things they sell is an ugly looking garbage! I paid over $50 for that sweater and $80 for the dress which was also rubbish. I also paid $60 for shipping. I tried to call them, but their line is always busy, so it is almost impossible to get in touch with someone from RoseWholesale staff.

Rose Wholesale Do not trust RoseWholesale!

I purchased some items from RoseWholesale, but I was very disappointed when I received the order. The quality was extremely poor and clothes did not look anything like the pictures on their website. The dress I ordered had several holes on the back and also one button was missing. It was very suspicious, but there were no tags on the items. Every item I received looked used and was horrible. And that was only ½ of my entire order. I am still waiting to get the rest of my order. I tried to contact RoseWholesale customer service through their website, but they completely ignored me. Then I tried to refer to my order in my account, and strangely enough it showed that I never made any orders. Better stay away!

Rose Wholesale Horrible website!

I ordered some items on November 25th. Waited for over a month for the items I ordered, but didn't received anything. So, please don't order from this website. Their items are not in stock and they will not tell you about that before purchasing. I ordered my items, they charged my credit card, I have waited over a month, but my order has still not shipped out! I even paid for expedited shipping. When I contacted customer support they promised to ship out my items right away, but of course they didn't do that! When I called again their agent told "items will be shipped out when they will be shipped out." Well, that was very rude thing to say! I filed a claim with Paypal and I hope I'll get my money back.

Rose Wholesale Scam artists!

This website is nothing but a scam! I ordered two t-shirts as Christmas presents for my sisters. They charged my credit card, but I never received order confirmation email. I wanted to check the status of my order, so I sent them several emails and tried to contact them by phone. But there was no response! Now I understand that this company is a scam. I found tons of negative reviews about them at many other sites on the Internet. This is not the end! Very soon an action will be taken against RoseWholesale. This makes me angry, because they just stole my money! This is horrible, because my sisters will be out of Christmas gifts! No thanks to these scam artists!

Rose Wholesale Product never received bad company

I've been waiting going on 3 months for 2 items ordered back in August and never got them. I emailed them multiple times and I am sure I got a robot response that stated wait until Nov 5th and we will refund you. I kept on stating I WANT MYY MONEY NOW. Needless to say they have refused to give me my T15093000685 this is the ticket number and since the last b.s. email I cannot get into it to show you the nonsense they have mailed to me. WARN OTHERS NEVER SHOP THERE THEY ARE ROBBERS! As stated, I requested a refund going on 2 months now.

Rose Wholesale Scammer and cheater

Rosewholesale or www.rosewholesale.Com is a scammer.
Dont buy the clothes or things from them.
They not only eating your money once you pay your order. And your order never come.
Once you contact the customer service
they will threatening you, ask you to send more money to pay the shipping cost, otherwise they will not send your order. You have paid the shipping cost once you make a payment, they have calculate the shipping cost with computerized for you what shipping method you have choose.
I have asking them to ship with the national post whiches is the cheapest way to send goods (cheaper than i paid for shipping cost), then they will find another excuse, and they will show their truly face as cheater, and they said, we cant send the goods unless you take picture for me your photo id, passport, and take photo credit card front and back.
Why asking for this?except they are the cheater!
please never give your id and credit card eventhough to merchant by personaly chatting.
You can see by the photo i have sent! they truly cheater! they are not clothes seller.

Rosewholesale is a truly scammer and cheater!

Rose Wholesale Merchandise

I was just scammed out of 111.00 by these scam artists. They sent me un-wearable items. Wrong items and replaced items for what they didn't really have. The invoice has lies on it about how much was spent and total number of pieces is wrong. Not much info on the invoice. I have been trying to call them and send a complaint and all of a sudden the number shows up closed. How is a phone number closed? If you try to send a email complaint..There is a number to log in the box and it keeps kicking it out saying incorrect number when I know I am typing the correct number in the box. How is a number closed. I'm pissed and I want my money back. These people need to be on TV for what they are doing. It's disgusting!

Rose Wholesale Merchandise and returns

I bought a bathing suit and a dress for size larger than I usually buy but when I got them I couldn't even put them on! They had to be at least 2-3 sizes too small. When I contacted them they offered me a 10% compensation and I had to pay the postage which was expensive! I'm looking for a place to submit a complaint against them so I can get my money back. It is not right to take advantage of people, whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right?

The products are completely fraudulent. The products do not look like the pictures nor is the product as they said. the refund process is a joke. They take back coupon credits out of the money you paid, which is crazy. I paid the whole amount. I want the whole amount returned. They say the will send you a return label in 24 hours. Then send you an email saying 2 to 7 days to get one, saying they can't verify your payment. You send verification and they send you another email with another lie. This company uses PayPal and I am starting to doubt PayPal's process for dealing with them. Site needs to be shut down for all this fraud.

The fist dress I received was nice, after the quality was very poor. I tried to get customer support, but they claimed my order number was wrong, and I could not submit a complaint. The sizes are way off. I just want my money back on the three items of poor quality. I feel it is a total waste of money.

Rose Wholesale Scam, phishing scam, online shopping China

Buyer beware! This company is a scam. This unethical group of rip off artists goes by these names Rosewholesale, Sammydress, Rosegal, Dresslily, Rosewe, Choies, a happy deal, Globalegrow, Everbuying, fashiondresswholesale, Mart of China, Yeegow, on Ebay they are Global_egrow, probably more.
All part of a company called Yigou International Group, (with a ghost website)
Under that umbrella they are Everbuying, and Globalegrow
Located at various (real or fake) addresses in the 4th Industrial Zone, Shenzhen Guangdong, China under the name of Mike Yu

Read the negative reviews on those FB pages. (Update they have been deleting many negative comments)
All these people are getting ripped off!
I fell for their scam and I am trying to get my money back thru Paypal
Their idea of help: I should give the clothes to a friend, and they will give me a 5% discount on your next order! A bunch of BS
Every single company has hundreds of extreme complaints against it, varying from orders not shipped, orders placed - weeks later claimed not in production anymore,
broken or not working, wrong sizes, wrong color, wrong item, sewing that could have been done better by a child, fabric so thin it wouldn't make it through a wash, and numerous more!

The one thing in common is they always have your money in their pocket. Refunds are very seldom given, only partial refunds( I was offered 6.00 after spending over 100.00 Or 5% off my Next order )
Most complainants tell of waiting months to a year before finally giving up. Being blocked from phone calls, their account disabled, no responses to emails, even not refunding for out of stock items.
People who have tried to cancel their orders are delayed and not responded to until finally someone tells them "Oh that has already shipped we can't refund you"

File a dispute as soon as possible with your bank or paypal.. These guys will try to drag out emails and promises until the complaint time limits are up! Don't give them any chances. They have no problem lying.

Update:
This was sent to my personal email by '[protected]@intl.paypal.com' with all the details of my PayPal dispute. PayPal has confirmed it is a Phishing Scam!

OMG, I hate these guys. Someone should stop them from ripping off the customers and their terrible customer service. I purchased 2 products at the same time and under the same order. First off, they did not send me any emails that they shipped the products. I kept following up where is my products and they were saying it will be within 30 to 45 days so be patient. After about 40 days I received one of my product. I emailed them I have been waiting for 40 days, where is my other product? They said sorry it's out of stock. I said WTF? Why you did not let me know in the last 40 days that it's out of stock? When I purchased the product it was showing it is in stock.

The second and major problem was the jacket that delivered after 40 days. It passed colour to my expensive brand new bag and blouse after only one time putting this on . I tried leather cleaners, spoke with laundry and did everything but the colour did not remove. I emailed them a few times about this issue but they never replied me. I also attached the photos of my bag and blouse. I called to their company and asked why they are not replying to my email? A Chinese guy was on the phone and he apparently could not understand English. They still haven't replied to me .

So I would like to lodge an appeal against them.(I could only attach one photo. I wish I could attach more photos)

Rose Wholesale Bad product / customer service

I ordered 3 dresses from rosewholesale.com. All three were made so badly that they were unwearable. One had excess fabric around the neckline that had not been sewn in. The second had pull in the stitching on the hem that made it 3 inches shorter on one side, and also was made 5 inches wider on one side of the dress. The third had an elastic waist that would only stretch to fit a maximum of 24 inches, size L was ordered. By their own size chart it should have been at least 32 inches

This is their exact reply to my complaint
"As you know, our prices are very competitive and not considered expensive. Therefore the quality of a small number of the products may not be the same as full priced, more expensive alternatives. "

They offered me 5% off on my next order...AS IF I WOULD EVER ORDER AGAIN
A small amount is Not All dresses
Any money I pay for merchandise should mean that it works or fits, if not there should be a disclaimer about defects!
I have a pending dispute provided through PayPal for this disgusting purchase
Also beware that shipping takes over 5 weeks, will cost almost as much as you order, and there is a bonus surprise at the door for another charge for duty and taxes

Buyer beware! This company is a scam. This unethical group of rip off artists goes by these names Rosewholesale, Sammydress, Rosegal, Dresslily, Rosewe, Choies, a happy deal, Globalegrow, Everbuying, fashiondresswholesale, Mart of China, Yeegow, on Ebay they are Global_egrow, probably more.
All part of a company called Yigou International Group, (with a ghost website)
Under that umbrella they are Everbuying, and Globalegrow
Located at various (real or fake) addresses in the 4th Industrial Zone, Shenzhen Guangdong, China under the name of Mike Yu

Read the negative reviews on those FB pages. (Update they have been deleting many negative comments)
All these people are getting ripped off!
I fell for their scam and I am trying to get my money back thru Paypal
Their idea of help: I should give the clothes to a friend, and they will give me a 5% discount on your next order! A bunch of BS
Every single company has hundreds of extreme complaints against it, varying from orders not shipped, orders placed - weeks later claimed not in production anymore,
broken or not working, wrong sizes, wrong color, wrong item, sewing that could have been done better by a child, fabric so thin it wouldn't make it through a wash, and numerous more!

The one thing in common is they always have your money in their pocket. Refunds are very seldom given, only partial refunds( I was offered 6.00 after spending over 100.00 Or 5% off my Next order )
Most complainants tell of waiting months to a year before finally giving up. Being blocked from phone calls, their account disabled, no responses to emails, even not refunding for out of stock items.
People who have tried to cancel their orders are delayed and not responded to until finally someone tells them "Oh that has already shipped we can't refund you"

File a dispute as soon as possible with your bank or paypal.. These guys will try to drag out emails and promises until the complaint time limits are up! Don't give them any chances. They have no problem lying.

Update:
This was sent to my personal email by 'service@intl.paypal.com' with all the details of my PayPal dispute. PayPal has confirmed it is a Phishing Scam!

I bought a Butterfly wall clock, that arrived on Friday 4/1/2017. When I opened the package the clock was cracked in several places. I tried to call the customer service number it didn't work. I tried the on line chat it didn't work until today. So I am attaching a picture of the delivery list, a picture of the clock, and a picture of the package that it came in. I think that if the clock had been packed in a box instead of a plastic bag I wouldn't be writing this letter. I hope that this is the information needed to fix this problem, ]

I bought dress and sweater from the website www.rosewholesale.com. I paid for it about $250 and they payment went promptly, as well as I paid for express delivery. But it was three weeks ago and my order didn’t arrive yet. I called the customer services, but the agent spoke in poor English so I didn’t understand anything from his speech. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you had horrible experience with this seller.
