I ordered a dress it was three strips of material stitched together no shape or anything with a belt. Nightmare to contact anyone for a return authority. Had to keep submitting Tickets that get ignored. Finally got through to someone on the online chat. So returned my goods ("a loose term for the trash in the parcel) on 18th April at a cost of £8.50 to myself. Had to evoke PayPal buyer protection as they ignored my request for refund. PayPal dented my request as they couldn't find the return company and said my Post office returns number was invalid. Finally got through to some one else on chat who assured me if I closed the PayPal case I would be refunded within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago and my emails are being ignored again. Rip off company [censored] from shanghi

    I bought a dress but it was faulty on the right shoulder and this is the transaction ID: 8FD24252E23472435.

    I need a refund or replacement because l am very disappointed. Thanks
