I ordered a women's top, order #R[protected], priced at $30.47 and paid through PayPal from my Bank of America checking account #[protected]. It arrived directly from Shanghai, China. Upon receipt I found that the garment was too small and not the color I had expected.

Immediately I got on the internet and put in a claim "ticket" as requested. The message I got was that a representative would be "in touch" in one business day.

I have not received a call or email in regard to this matter and I am stymied as to how to next approach this complaint. Later attempts to reach them when asked for my email and password was not accepted.
