RoseWe.com a swimsuit delivered with damaged him on the tank top.

I ordered this swimsuit about 1 month ago...took 3 week to arrive. I have not worn it. The seam on the tank top is unraveling right out of the package. I have no return label. Where do I get the label and return this swimsuit for a full refund? I cannot find anywhere else to get help with this problem. I just want return it and get my money refunded please.

RoseWe.com merchandise orders that i've placed with the company

Trying to contact you for an order I place which, needs to be changed or something added to or taken off. I have not heard back from you all and i'm very intrested in purchasing the merchandice. I greatly appreciate if I could hear back from you due to the fact some of the items are duplicated on the orders so I have taking some off I recently sent another requests on asking if I can exchange different things on the invoice and I did not understand what you had expressed on your emaili or did not get any information on why how when, so please give me directions on which way I should take so I can go on ond order my clothes that i'm looking forward in purchasing from your company as soon as possible. I just want the orders to be clarified. I can be reached at [protected] thank you. I look forward in hearing from you as soon as possible.

RoseWe.com returns

I ordered a dress it was three strips of material stitched together no shape or anything with a belt. Nightmare to contact anyone for a return authority. Had to keep submitting Tickets that get ignored. Finally got through to someone on the online chat. So returned my goods ("a loose term for the trash in the parcel) on 18th April at a cost of £8.50 to myself. Had to evoke PayPal buyer protection as they ignored my request for refund. PayPal dented my request as they couldn't find the return company and said my Post office returns number was invalid. Finally got through to some one else on chat who assured me if I closed the PayPal case I would be refunded within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago and my emails are being ignored again. Rip off company [censored] from shanghi

RoseWe.com need to return items!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone about getting an RMA number to return a package. It is highly impossible to chat with anyone or get a phone number to ask questions. I have never gone through anything like this before. I need help and need it NOW. I can't do anything with these items and must be returned. It was mention that I must use a ticket to return items but no information was available to receive a ticket.

RoseWe.com dresses

Ordered 8 dresses and none of them fit! Refuse to refund my money and how to return items! Already paid them!

I have tried to e-mail them, but they keep telling me they do not have an order from me! I have sent tracking number; where the fund was taking out of my account, and they still say there is no record of my order! Been trying for 3 weeks now!

On the 11 Jan 2018 I order three swimsuit, they arrived about three weeks later . As they where to small, I sent they back, I have still not received them they maybe I was my fault as I may have not put my address on the package .You have taken the money out off my account it would be nice to receive them .The receipt no:[protected] and invoice id :rr1801111645571171 .My name is Bernice gray 11 Sylvan street muswellbrook nsw 2333 australia .

RoseWe.com return/exchange

I ordered the Asymmetric hem long sleeve white blouse, size small on 3/14/18. Order # R1803140229202865. I received the blouse but it was to small. I submitted ticket #T8409528128 to return and exchange for a size medium. I have made numerous attempts to get this processed but am getting nowhere. Your return policy is very difficult to get through. I've tried calling the company but that didn't work either. I like the blouse and would like it in a size medium but if that can not be done I want a refund ASAP.

RoseWe.com dresses I ordered

I have not received my order and I'm requesting a Full Refund ASAP! I don't want the dresses anymore. I need my money refunded back to my card immediately! I have tried contacting this company numerous times by phone but it's not a working number. I am highly upset and I need my money back. If this matter is not resolved in a timely manner, I WILL be contacting my lawyer asap.

RoseWe.com horrible quality, defective, deplorable customer service - refuse to issue refund

This is the worst company I have ever come across. If you are reading this complaint, do not order from them.

There are a plethora of reports from customers who have not received their items, received defective items, or not received refunds.

In my case, I received an item of extremely poor quality. The sizing was off, the seams were already starting to tear at the ends, etc.

I contacted their customer service. They are not accessible via telephone and their live chat is always offline, night or day, every day despite claiming to be available on weekdays.

They did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. Their replies to my messages were so cookie-cutter I doubt they even read them before copy-pasting some random generic response.

They're probably assuming that i'll eventually give up, leaving them with their profit in exchange for unusable clothes.

I corresponded with them for weeks trying to get them to do something, but I now intend to file a dispute claim against them.

Needless to say, I am still left with not a penny of my money refunded and clothes that I can't even wear.

Rosewe's business practices are beyond despicable and I would again advise everyone to stay as far away as possible and never try to purchase anything from them.

RoseWe.com jean bowknot dress

I am pissed because my product is a week late and they just keep telling me to wait. I asked for a refund because their policy promised a 50% refund if not here by the promised date and it's like they're trying to avoid it. It has been 2 weeks of me trying to get this issue resolved and I am getting tired of it. Customer service is poor and it's almost like an automated system because they keep telling me the same thing. I have tried to reason with them and wait, but they have not even apologized for my order being late.

RoseWe.com advertised discount of 20% never given.

So, I never would have tried to place an order if I knew that they would not process the discount. The order completed without the discount, and I could not cancel it. I immediately put in a request to have the discount credited or cancel the order. The company refused to do both. I have put in several requests to no avail. Will never do business with them again.

I placed an order for a shirt on the 31st of October I still havnt received the item but you have taken the money out of my account I havnt had any notification of the parcel being sent. I'm really in un happy with this and as I am a 1st time customer I will be leaving a bad review. I would like a full refund of £37

I ordered a dress from rosewe and accidentally gave them a wrong email. I have tried to contact them but no phone number! Gave the right address but no dress yet. And what the hell is this ticket [censor] all about?! I'm sure i'll never see the dress from reading all the complaints about them they are a piece of [censor] company! Be warned do not buy from this company!

RoseWe.com product not delivered / no tracking number

I ordered a dress more than 6 weeks ago, and I still haven't received the dress, nor a tracking number . I only have an order confirmation number: RR1709200810378739 ?
I've sent multiple e-mails at [protected]@rosewe.com and [protected]@rosewe.com, and no answer. I am not receiving any response to my e-mails: this is more than frustrating.
My only solution now is to request my tracking number by posting a comment in all the Facebook posts. They don't respond to e-mails, but they post at least 24 times a day.

I ordered 3 items of clothing 2 dresses and 1 jumpsuit and none of the item fit. They are so small only a child can fit the items. I contacted the company (RoseWe.com) 5 days ago and they have not returned any of my messages. They do not a have a phone number for me to call only a ticket system and I have put in 5 tickets every day since I received the child like items. At first I wanted to exchange for a larger size but there is no way a larger size will ever fit. So, I need a refund! I want my money back! What the heck is going on? I asked for an exchange 5 days ago and I have not heard a single word or received an email in reference to the size chart being incorrect and the clothes you sent me are missed sized. If you do not respond to my refund or exchange I am going to contact my credit card company and file a claim for theft and larceny!

RoseWe.com I bought a shirt

I bought a pink blouse on September 12, 2017. (long sleeve split neck lace panel curved blouse color pink size large) I got it on September 28. I didn't get a receipt or phone number nothing just the shirt, and it has a china address. Usually you get a receipt with the description and phone number where I could call. I don't like it . it doesn't fit me well. I want a label for return and my money back please

hi, my name is Ana G Pineda I bought a Shirt through the internet online from Rosewe I did get the shipping tracking on my email address which is: R170913648506442. but when I got my shirt I didn't get the receipt, no address no phone number nothing. I don' t like the shirt. it does not fit me well

This company was paid for merchandise that was not delivered.
There is no phone number to contact this company.
I have emailed several times about my order. Their response always we've received your inquire and here is a ticket number.
So now I have asked for a refund and so far no one has called me about this.
I will never order online again from a company that's not familiar to me or the entire nation.

RoseWe.com don't order from them if you don't want to risk your money

The only thing I got from them is a confirmation email. I was waiting for one month to get my package and there is still nothing. All automated, no response when you have an issue. What their letters say is not enough for me to understand the situation.
I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Can't stand when websites act like that. They said I will get the money within a week, but you guessed it, I got nothing. Moreover, I got this message with promises 3 weeks ago. Where is my money? Refund it as soon as possible.
