RoseWe.com Rosewe Review: Confusing Exchange Process and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with Rosewe. I mean, the whole exchange process is just a mess. First off, it takes forever to get your order in the first place. And then, when you try to exchange something for a different size, the website is just confusing as heck. I tried to downsize, but somehow ended up choosing the same size again. So I reached out to customer service and was told they'd fix it. But when I shipped my exchange items back, the size still hadn't been updated. I kept bugging them to change it, but they just kept saying they'd do it when I shipped it back again. Like, come on, man. I already paid twice what I should have for this stuff. I'm not gonna keep shelling out more money just because you can't get your act together. So now I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit and a bad taste in my mouth. Not cool, Rosewe. Not cool.

RoseWe.com Rosewe Review: Disappointing Experience with Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give Rosewe a try and ordered three items from their website. I was so excited to receive them before my trip to Miami, so I paid extra for expedited shipping. The website promised that I would receive my items between April 1-8, 2022, which was perfect timing for my trip.

However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received an email from Rosewe on April 5. They informed me that due to their Mother's Day sale, my items would not arrive on April 8 as promised. Instead, I would have to wait until April 11 to receive them. The problem is, I would already be in Miami by then.

I was really upset that no one offered to refund my $15 expedited shipping costs. I mean, what's the point of paying extra for shipping if they can't even deliver on time? I was so frustrated that I decided to cancel my order altogether.

To make matters worse, Rosewe's excuse for the delay was ridiculous. Mother's Day is in May, so what does that have to do with my items that were supposed to be delivered in April? It's clear that they were just full of crap and didn't care about their customers.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Rosewe. Their lack of customer service and inability to deliver on their promises has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

RoseWe.com Disappointing Experience with Rosewe: Lack of Communication and Updates on Order

I placed an order on Rosewe (rosewe.com) on December 11th and the latest tracking update I received was on December 13th. I have been in contact with their representatives four times now, and each time they tell me to wait a few more days for my order to arrive. I have been patiently waiting, but unfortunately, I have not received anything yet.

During my last chat with one of their representatives, I asked how much longer I should wait, and they replied that they are just online representatives and can only report to the shipping company. They assured me that they would get back to me as soon as possible. However, since then, I have not heard from anyone, and this is becoming increasingly frustrating for me.

I am starting to regret ordering from this company, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication and updates regarding my order. I gave them a one-star rating because the system would not allow me to submit my review without giving any stars.

Overall, my experience with Rosewe has been disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

RoseWe.com Rosewe Review: A Frustrating Return Process and Suspicious Ratings

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Rosewe. I mean, I ain't never gonna order from them again. Just yesterday, I tried to return an item for a refund and let me tell you, it was a real pain in the butt. First off, there wasn't even a return slip in the package I got. Like, what the heck, Rosewe? How am I supposed to return something without a return slip? And then, when I finally figured out how to start the return process on their website, there were like a million steps to go through. And let me tell you, their system ain't the best. I selected "Refund" when it asked me if I wanted to exchange or refund, but then I got an email asking me the same dang thing. Like, come on, Rosewe, get your act together!

Honestly, I think Rosewe makes it so difficult to return things because they don't really want customers returning stuff. And I gotta say, I don't think those "3 stars" they got on their website are from real customers. I reckon they probably hired some folks to rate them, like a lot of companies do.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Rosewe to anyone. If you're looking for some new clothes, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

RoseWe.com Stay Away from Rosewe: Terrible Quality and Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Rosewe. I mean, I ordered some clothes from them and they were just straight up garbage. Like, I wouldn't even wear them to a costume party. And when I tried to get a refund, it was like pulling teeth. I had to go back and forth with them for a whole month just to get my money back. And even then, I'm not sure if I actually got it or not.

The worst part is that this company is based in China, so it's not like you can just go down to their office and demand your money back. They just keep stringing you along with these messages that make it seem like they're going to refund you, but then nothing ever happens. It's like they're just trying to wear you down so you'll give up and go away.

I even sent them pictures of the clothes I returned and the delivery confirmation, but it didn't seem to make a difference. They just kept saying they needed more information or that they were still processing my request. It was so frustrating.

Honestly, I would recommend that you stay far away from Rosewe. Save your money for a site that actually has real customer service and clothes that are worth wearing. Because this stuff is just straight up cheap and poorly made. It looks like something a middle schooler would make in home ec. Trust me, you don't want to waste your time or money on this site.

RoseWe.com Mixed feelings about Rosewe: Great for curvy girls, but disappointing customer service

Rosewe is a great place to shop for curvy girls like me. They have a wide range of options that make me feel beautiful and confident. I have spent over $500 on their merchandise this year alone, and I have been very happy with my purchases.

However, I did have a problem with my orders over the holidays. I did not receive all of my packages, which was disappointing. But, thanks to my points and quality customer loyalty, I was offered a complimentary necklace. Unfortunately, I never received the necklace, even after discussing the issue with multiple agents.

This has been a frustrating experience for me. I don't understand why they would offer a product and not send it. I have even forwarded pictures and copies of receipts to try and resolve the issue, but it remains unresolved. The customer service agent even sent me a snapshot of items I did not order (blue and green shirts with a necklace), which was confusing and unhelpful.

Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service at Rosewe. This experience has made me consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as I really do love their merchandise.

RoseWe.com Disappointing Quality and High Return Costs: My Experience with Rosewe

So, I decided to give Rosewe a try and ordered three dresses. However, it took a really long time for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was disappointed to find that two of the dresses were of really poor quality. I mean, I could have gotten better dresses at Poundland! So, I decided to return them.

But, the cost of returning the dresses was really high. I mean, they charged me ?25 just to return them! I thought it was okay though, because the company had promised to refund the full cost once they received the dresses. But, it took them two whole weeks to even acknowledge that they had received the dresses. And, when they finally did, they only refunded me for the two dresses and completely forgot about the postage cost!

I was so angry when they told me that I had to bear the cost of returning the dresses. I mean, ?25 may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but it definitely is to me. I feel like they completely disregarded my consumer rights and I have made it clear to them that I will never be purchasing anything from them again!

RoseWe.com Disappointing Purchase and Poor Customer Service from Rosewe

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase from Rosewe. The fit was all wrong, and the material felt super cheap. I mean, I ordered the size that should have fit me according to their size chart, but no dice. And now, I've been trying to return it for over a week and get my money back, but they're not having it. Apparently, they changed the item to clearance after I bought it, and now they won't honor their own policy. Like, what gives? This change shouldn't even apply to my item, but they're just ignoring the facts and giving me the runaround. Their customer service is seriously lacking, which honestly matches the quality of their products. It seems like they're purposely trying to avoid processing refunds and returns, because get this - the item they marked on clearance actually had an increase in price! Like, what kind of shady business is that? It feels like they're just trying to scam people out of their hard-earned cash.

RoseWe.com Disappointing Experience with Rosewe: Poor Quality and Sizing Issues

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Rosewe. I mean, I should have known better, but the prices were just too good to pass up. I was looking for some dresses for a rehearsal dinner and wedding that's coming up in less than a month, and I didn't want to spend a fortune. So I took a chance and ordered 4 dresses from Rosewe.

Let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The dresses took about 6 weeks to arrive, which was already a bad sign. When I finally got them, I was so excited to try them on. But when I did, I was so disappointed. None of them fit me properly, even though I ordered my usual size. And the quality was just terrible. I mean, I could tell right away that they were poorly made.

I tried to salvage the situation by seeing if I could consign them and get some of my money back. But based on the reviews I just read, it doesn't seem like that's going to be an easy task. So now I'm stuck with 4 dresses that I'll never wear, and I wasted a bunch of money.

Honestly, I would not recommend Rosewe to anyone. Save yourself the headache and just shop somewhere else. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

RoseWe.com Lace Panel 3/4 Sleeve Round Neck Solid Dress

They posted this to me and it didn't fit me and i posted it back to them on 23rd feb 22, and i have post office receipt of shipping.

They have said they haven't received it and that i have to contact my shipping company.

My shipping company said its not a tracked parcel so they can't track its wearabout.

So where does that leave me out of pocket €50 yet i have proof i posted it to them.

Desired outcome: Refund or at least something back as its me who is out of pocket

RoseWe.com Bathing suit

I returned 2 bathing suits back 2019 and I have yet to receive a refund the order invoice was [protected] the payment was taken off my credit card on 12th of september 2019 of $72.60 and I wish to have my refund as I send the suits back oct 15th 2019
Please explained to be why I haven't received my refund as of yet over a year I have waited

RoseWe.com Items not received, request for refund

I placed and paid $236.61 for four (4) items in December 2019. In January I received two (2) items which were damaged, I returned the items and paid for return shipping. On February 20th, I received a partial refund less their shipping in the amount of $73.86 for those two items.

I have sent numerous emails, after emails requesting a refund in the amount of $162.75 for the balance of the items I have not received. To date, I still have not received my refund.

I have ordered 2 dresses early November I was told it will be delivered 25,latest 3rd of December. Until now I have not receive my order. I am travelling without the dresses the reason I ordered for the two is to wear them on my holiday, really sad and disappointed

I need to tell you how unhappy I am with Rose We clothing products for women
I have order several times using different sizes hoping to get smething that fits.

I am a size large but the item which I received did not have a size tag in it could only fit a child.
I then order 2 other items which were size XXL thinking they may fit and again the items came with no size label or tag on them but they seem to fit someone who could wear a zero.
I have tried to return them but to no avail because they were flash sale items so perRoseWe, they could not be returned so I feel like ROSEWE has ripped me off and there is no customer service phone nummber,

So I was just scammed and have lost out on my money, how can you have people pay extra for you all to just keep the money and never send the merchandise. Contacting better business bureau. I order a dress I thought would be cute to wear on my wedding day before or after the wedding and paid for 3-5 shipping. Processing is 1-3 days and again shipping is 3-5 ordered on 2/4/20 you do the math it should have been here.

RoseWe.com return issue

I ordered and received a dress from Rosewe. Once the dress arrived, I noticed that the imprinting on the dress was blurry and faded. I reached out to Rosewe to return the item. Rosewe expects me to pay for return shipping on a faulty item. I have been trying for days to get Rosewe to pay for return shipping. No luck. They have lost a customer. I wont deal with a company that wont accept responsibility for errors on their end.

Items have been returned, they arrived on 3/27/19 to the company. I received an email
from Jessica stating that she could help to exchange my order. My RMA#[protected].
The email was received 3/19/19 @ 16:30:37pm. I have not heard no response about my order. I needed my dresses XXL and I had two of the same dresses, the blue chiffon, I only wanted one and and exchange the second blue chiffon, for the pink maxi. If not give me a full refund. RoseWe.com clothes order

My husband bought some clothes from rosewe for me for Christmas. They never came. Mid January he started emailing the company asking where the order was. They never replied. After several emails and no response he filed a compliant through PayPal, and we finally got a refund at the end of January. Rosewe has a policy on their website that if the clothes arrive 15 days later than promised they're 50% off, and later than 30 days is 100% off. So I emailed asking for my order at 100% discount, like their policy states, and got lots of nonsense emails, then finally they told me I was crazy.
It doesn't seem crazy to me to want a company to uphold their policy. Do not buy clothes here!
