RoseWe.com spent too much money on nothing. stay away as well.

Wow, guys, you use cheap materials for your stuff and you are not even embarrassed to ship it to your customers. I wouldn't say a word if you didn't take so much money for an absolute trash.
You should fix your quality before selling your items. I'm so disappointed I believed you and ordered several items that were terribly cheap and had a low quality. Spent money on nothing.
Please, run out of your business. What a shame!

RoseWe.com what a scam!!!

I want to know why you haven't confirmed my order yet, even though I placed my order one week ago? Why is my profile no longer available and when I was creating a new one, I used absolutely the same information with the same email address and it went through? What happened to your website or system?
You know, it looks like they just took my money for the items and simply deleted my profile. Can't contact you, nobody picks up the phone, no one replies to my emails. What's going on?
I'm waiting for someone from their customer service to respond.

RoseWe.com order

I placed an order on Aug 31st. For four items from Rosewe, totaling $123.05 which they received payment for!
I have yet to receive my order! Last Thursday I received an e-mail stating that the hooded collar striped button up blouse wouldn't be available! Really? Nothing about a refund! I will NEVER order from Rosewe again and will tell all my family and friends!

Also have never had the such a difficult time trying to get help in my life! Do they know about customer service?

I placed an order Aug. 31st. Order no. R1708311516539411
Total $123.05, which was paid for on that date!
I have yet to receive said order!
I have heard nothing from until yesterday an e-mail saying my order for

Hooded Collar Striped Button up blouse was not available!
Nothing about a refund or delivery for my other items!

Beyond disappointed! Will never again order from you again!

RoseWe.com clothing order off website, clothing not right size, inferior product

I ordered 4 blouses off web site, took a month to get them even tho charged my credit card right away... none of them were right size, ordered XL and would fit a very small person. Quality is terrible and none of blouses look like the picture on line. Now trying to figure out how to send them back for a refund, I figure I will be lucky to accomplish that. I want to return the blouses and get a full refund.

They are not reliable, I didn't find anything that would say they are. I don't wanna trust my money to unknown people who can't provide more information than they have now. I ordered once from them and what I got was 2 sizes smaller and looked very cheap. It's ok for washing the floor, not for everyday wearing. These dresses were thrown away. Silly me...

RoseWe.com order was cancelled by rosewe

I ordered and you cancelled it as apparently out of stock. I received no email to inform me and only discovered this when I went to track my order through your website. This outfit was for my brothers wedding and I now don't have time to find an alternative. You also credited my store account and as I now need to find another outfit quicker than your service can deliver, I want my money refunded directly back to my account ASAP.

RoseWe.com return clothing for refund

I ordered a women's top, order #R1707030074021130, priced at $30.47 and paid through PayPal from my Bank of America checking account #[protected]. It arrived directly from Shanghai, China. Upon receipt I found that the garment was too small and not the color I had expected.

Immediately I got on the internet and put in a claim "ticket" as requested. The message I got was that a representative would be "in touch" in one business day.

I have not received a call or email in regard to this matter and I am stymied as to how to next approach this complaint. Later attempts to reach them when asked for my email and password was not accepted.

RoseWe.com returned dress on june 10, 2017

A dress was returned on June 10, 2017 your company sent Wrong size, submitted a ticket to receive a RMA number to attach to product and the tracking number from the P.O. as your instructions required to receive a refund of $32.84, it is now July 12, 2017 and I have not heard back. This is being investigated by my credit card company as a SCAM! Never order from this Company!

RoseWe.com service

This company is a scam - do not order from it! There is no real customer service - they accept payment and then take WEEKS! to get it shipped to you claiming that they need to 'verify' your address - even though you enter the shipping address when you place the order. This is absurd! If you try to reach customer service you either get an email form to fill out - which goes NOWHERE - it actually bounces and gives you a reply that the email address you sent it to (even though you filled out an online form) is not valid to receive emails - or you get a 'live chat' with an extremely rude person that speaks the worst English I've ever seen. I ordered something June 12 and it is now July 5 and still have received no shipping info, no order shows up on my 'account' and of course they have my payment. This is truly a scam - do not trust them!

Hi my name is Kimberly Franklin I ordered some things last year around March for my birthday well one of my orders I didn't receive they shipped it to the wrong address well I submitted the right one but no one never sent it back I have contacted the company numerous times but I still haven't received my product and I payed for it I would really like something done about this

RoseWe.com shipment date may 5/payment debited may 5/no order rec'd as of may 31.

This is by far the worst dealings I've had with any company I've ordered from.
My payment has been received and debited from my bank account May 5th.
It will be June 1 tomorrow and there has been NO update on my order since May 5th, when I received a shipping confirmation via email.
I wish so bad I would have researched Rosewe in the scam/fraud list because there were many customers who wrote in about paying a lot of money and either never receiving OR garments were sized to fit a child.
This is no way to do business and never have I experienced online ordering that takes this long - I could have walked to China and back by now!
I would prefer a complete refund and you can expect me to REFUSE order when/IF it ever comes.

RoseWe.com ridiculous experience

I bought a top from www.rosewe.com website and had the worst experience.
First of all I paid extra money for fast shipping and was supposed to receive my item within a week, but it took way longer than that. 4 weeks later my top finally arrived and I was very disappointed when I realized that size was incorrect. I contacted Rosewe and they offered a replacement.
Few more weeks passed and I received another package. When I opened it and saw what was inside I couldn't decide what was better in that situation for me to do - laugh or cry.
They sent me the same small size but different top!
I will never buy from them again, they are truly unprofessional.

I ordered a swimsuit on April 8, 2017 and still have not received my order.
I've submitted numerous tickets to this corrupt company.
When I type in my order number the website says it's the wrong order number.
I told PayPal I never received the item and now I don't want it.
I called the company today in China, and they told me to close/remove my dispute with PayPal and they would refund me. I told the lady I didn't think that's how it's supposed to work. Then she hung up on me. Wow!

RoseWe.com company just stopped corresponding with me after I said I need to return product

I went through their ticket process and the online chat person said I would receive a return authorization number. That was a week ago and when I look up my ticket number it keeps saying "processing". I only have 30 days to return so i'm getting worried. I keep adding replies to my ticket like..."pls send me a
Return number" but that doesn't help..
Swimsuits I ordered were about 2 sizes smaller than what they are supposed to be. Not women's sized. More like young teen.
There is absolutely no phone number for customer service. Wish I wouldn't have ordered from them. Have feeling they are going to keep my money. Sad and mad.

I ordered 6 items of clothing; all supposed to be UK18/20! NOt one of them fits! They are like a size 14UK

Since 13/4 I have been trying to return and all correspondence is saying that they will give me 20% refund to avoid shipping back. I refused this, and now offering 30% which I am refusing again.

I just want to return and get a full refund!
I didn't know they were in China and it said ion website ships in 48 hours! My order took almost a month to get to me.

The dresses received would fit maybe uk 14/16 if they had a small chest
After me messaging them several times under ticket number t4697925724 they offered me a 20% refund and keep the dresses as expensive to return to china.
Why should I have to pay for the postage to china - rosewe sent me the wrong sized dresses!
I have no choice but to return the dresses to rosewe in china for a full refund even though on the packagain there is a uk distribution centre!

RoseWe.com paid for expedited shipping, product arrived over a month later and wrong size

I placed an order RR1702020721091976 with the company and paid for 3 day shipping. After 3 weeks, I wrote to them to find out where the order was, only to be told that it was being made in China and they would notify me of shipping. Yet when placing the order, they indicated no such thing, and I had paid extra to have expedited shipping. When the order finally arrived, the item was WAY smaller than the size, and the style not as shown. When I complained, they wanted me to pay full shipping back to China, and would only offer to refund 60%. Given they do not even have a return policy advertized, the whole experience from placing an order and paying for 3 day shipping, was a rip off. They should not be allowed to practice business in the USA.

RoseWe.com they claim "easy returns"... this is far from the truth

I ordered sweaters for my girlfriend. I knew I might me off a little, so I used the website's sizing chart. The sizing chart worked for the Bust and Waist, but the sleeves where extremely short. The sleeves on the model in the ad were well-past the waist. My girlfriend is normally a "S" in US sizes. The top fit fine, except the sleeves were way too short. Nothing like the long sleeves in the picture with the model. I would think the sleeves are always going to be proportionally going to be the same, no matter what size someone chooses!...longer than the waist!...that's the style of this sweater!

I ordered two sweaters. Small and medium. I figured on could go to my girlfriend and one could go to my sister. I used sizing charts for the waist and bust. They fit ok in those areas, but the sleeves were way too short. The style of the outfit is to have the sleeves longer than the waist. I wanted to do a retun. They keep sending me in endless circles. I keep doing what they want, yet they have an endless loop that starts you back at the beginning of the return process. Do not buy here unless you plan to keep the item no matter what, and you don't care about the money you will lose. There are too many nice online sources to buy your clothes...don't risk buying here. Returns are not "Easy" as they claim.

Forget your mailing address and I am not taking a picture. First it will cost me more than the dress cost to send it back. What did you spend a whole $1 making it? It is supposed to be one color but it is two, and they don't match. It has a big hole in the front and there is no way to hide it. I would like my money back but from your reviews online I guess you won't be doing that will you? I am so hurt that I have been scammed.
