My name is theresa myrick and I purchased 3 christmas murals on or about 10/08/2018. the order # was l1810082222118463. all murals s/b 79"x 71'. this mural which is merry christmas bell wall décor tapestry have on it in large letters..."put your text here". I would like to return this one and in the place where it says place your text here, I would like to say. and happy new year! please send me a return label or tell me how to return this mural and get the correct one that is 79" x 71"with"and happy new year" on the mural.

Rose Wholesale Rip off

I feel like they ripped me off and are ok with that.
My order never arrived. I placed it 4 months ago and never got any information about it.
Reading other reviews I found out that the RW always sends tracking info and confirmation email, but my case is probably an exclusion.
I tried to call them and ask what was the matter, but they are unavailable each time I call. Again, judging by other reviews, their customer service is bad, but it works. I was unlucky enough...
So I am out of money, got no order, being ignored. Wonderful combo.

Rose Wholesale Horrible experience

I ordered a lot of items, I think it was my biggest order whatsoever. So I placed it in the beginning of September and chose an express shipping and delivery. As you understand the items should have arrived within a week, but they haven't. I got them yesterday, one month later.
But that's not all. Speaking of the clothes quality. It's terrible. Cheap and oversized, even though I was using their charts for choosing.
I'm very disappointed. I've read many good reviews and fell for that, and now I understand that those reviews were fake and had nothing to do with the real situation.

Rose Wholesale Probably a scam

Please do not fell for this scam, Rosewholesale is a terrible site!
I bought $200 worth items from them and did not receive anything! When I ordered I thought that Rosewholesale was real, because their site looked very professional. I did not read the reviews so I had no idea that place was a scam.
I made my order and received a confirmation message. Three weeks later I decided to contact Rosewholesale about my order. It was taking way to long and I got suspicious.
They did not reply and that was a red flag! I lost $200 because of them, order never came and I doubt that it ever will.
Simply avoid this site. I made a little research and I think that Rosewholesale is related to RoseGal (which is a 100% scam).

Rose Wholesale Payment transaction and product quality

I ordered about $85 worth of shirts and pants, when I received them they were way too small for me to wear. I know my size and figured this stuff was coming from asia and maybe people are smaller over there, I still am looking for someone smaller to give this stuff to. I paid them using paypal, when I checked paypal a couple days later it showed me getting charged from something called "ivan" yes four letters, ivan! I disputed it with paypal and then realized the next day it was rosewholesale. I contacted paypal told them and they put the charge thru. About 2 weeks ago I made another order put it on paypal, saw the debit transaction show up under a completely different name. And then a credit for the same amount. So I sent them an email, about 5 days later they gave me a vague explanation that said I never paid for my first transaction of $85 in which I have proof from paypal that I did pay them. Now they will only accept cashiers checks from me. There are too many other discount places to use.

Rose Wholesale I want a refund!

I have ordered three dresses from Rosewholesale and I was so excited about my purchase since all the dresses I have bought looked really beautiful. When they finally showed up I was terrified. My dresses looked awful, material was absolutely rubbish, there were loose threads and it smelled nasty! I immediately contacted Rosewholesale customer service and asked for a refund. They asked me to send pictures which I did, but they said there was nothing wrong so they cannot give me a refund! They are the very unprofessional and not trustworthy, please don't give them your hard earned money!

Rose Wholesale What a joke company!

I've ordered some items from Rosewholesale and received them in reasonable time. The items I received were really cute and quality was great, but everything was too small. When I made my order I verified that each sizing criteria matched my measurements. So I have no idea how that happened. Anyways, I contacted them and they said that I supposed to have a password. What password? Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for my refund, and was told that without a password it is impossible.

Rose Wholesale Bad customer service

I made an order in mid February and paid extra for faster shipping. It is now March and I received nothing yet. When I contacted customer service and asked about the status of my order I found out that it doesn't even shipped yet! My order is still processing! I really hope when my items do arrive, they're not poor quality and sizes are correct. I contacted Rosewholesale customer care several times and they told me to be patient. I was super excited when I found their site and now I'm extremely disappointed. Never again!

Rose Wholesale Missing items

I've ordered several items from this website and when my package arrived I was very disappointed because two items were missing! The worst part was that I did not receive two items but they took my money for the total bill. I contacted Rosewholesale customer service and asked what was going on. But unfortunately I never received a response. I will never order from this website again! Items I did receive were of a poor quality and looked rubbish! Well, lesson learned, never again!

I was charged for some 5 or 6 previous orders, and I have not seen anything come to me. Where are my orders? This has been months, and I spent well over 300.00 on items that never have arrived. Please correct this situation by sending my orders, if you are on the 'up and up'. I would hate having to say that I had been "Scammed". Please, be honest and send the clothing items that I ordered. Rose Wholesale Cheaply made stuff

I've purchased several items from Rosewholesale and items I received were horrible and cheaply made. Some items were defective and sizes were way off, nothing fit! When I contacted their support team they refuse to correct any of their errors or take responsibility for defective products. I asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back and never explained the reason. Then they just stopped responding to my emails. Working with them convinced me that there is no human intelligence there. I'm extremely disgusted with this company!

Rose Wholesale Scam!

Rose Wholesale is nothing but scam! I've purchased few shirts from this website as gifts fro my friends. I received no order confirmation email and no tracking number. But they immediately charged my credit card! Several weeks passed and nothing arrived so I called them. I tried to contact them by phone a few times to check the status of my order but no one ever picked up the phone. After reading all the reviews I think that this company is obviously a scam. I have contacted my bank and reported Rosewholesale to BBB. Action will be taken against Rose Wholesale very soon.

Rose Wholesale don't buy from this company!

Rosewholesale is not a reputable company! Save your money and stay away from this place! I even paid the highest shipping cost to expedite, but its still took them over two months to deliver my order. And the worst part was that several items were missing! I received only part of the order! I was very disappointed. When I contacted customer service they provided no help and were absolutely useless. When I tried to open a ticket on their site, it wouldn't go through. Very slow delivery and horrible service. Never again I will order anything from this place!

Rose Wholesale Worst shopping experience!

I made my order about a month ago. I received the package in reasonable time, but some items were missing. Things I did receive were lovely and I'm really happy about my purchase. But I have no idea where the other 2 items are. Contacted Rosewholesale customer service multiple times and no one ever helped me. I just want to know when will I receive the missing items. I really need help here! I have been patiently waiting.

Rose Wholesale The worst website ever!

When I made an order I ordered large size clothes because I knew things were coming from China. But they had these really cute designs and nice prices, so I decided to give it a try. When my things arrived everything was extremely small and did not fit at all. Quality was also horrible, the material was cheap and see through. No words can describe how disappointed and disgusted I was. Of course I tried to get a refund, but just wasted my time and receive no response. Rosewholesale is the worst website ever!

Rose Wholesale Absolutely ridiculous company!

I purchased a cute looking dress from RoseWholesale and was so excited. When I clicked the "confirm purchase" button I immediately received a payment confirmation email. They said it would be delivered within 5-10 business days. A month later my dress never arrived. I went to their website, but could not find a phone number, so I sent them a message asking about the status of my order. They said that I would receive my dress until the middle of March because they were out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous company! Avoid this website at all costs!

Rose Wholesale Things I received were horrible!

I ordered three dresses from RoseWholesale which looked really cute on their website. The prices were really cheap, so I didn't really expect to receive high quality items. I also knew about the sizing issues, so I ordered a couple of sizes bigger. When my order finally arrived, I was shocked! Things I received were horrible. Like I said before I never expected something super awesome, but I also never expected to receive garbage! The workmanship and the fabrics were disgusting! There is no point in returning them since shipping would cost a fortune and there is not much chance of getting a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Rose Wholesale Do not order anything from this website!

I purchased six items (two dresses, one coat, necklace and two shirts) from RoseWholesale website. I paid over $150 and some extra money for customs. My items arrived only 14 days later an when I opened the package I realized that one item was missing. I was also very disappointed with the quality, material was poor, everything looked cheap, the cut was absolutely terrible. Well, I'm not mad or something, I just wanted to try this website. I guess it was my fault that I ordered so many things at once. Please, avoid this website at all costs.

Rose Wholesale Worst company

I have ordered from them in the past with no problems. Recently I decided to order something again and this was my worst online shopping experience ever. Fist of all, their pictures posted on their website are probably fake and stolen, because things they sell look nothing like things thy advertise. Also they have serious problems with sizes. When I received my items, everything was super tiny. It is an absolute waste of time to contact them, they don't honor any warranty or refunds. I would never order from RoseWholesale again! I advise everyone to stay away from this website.

Rose Wholesale Do not buy from these people.

I purchased three dresses from RoseWholesale website. The pictures on the site certainly do no match what they really sell. They claim they sell top quality clothing, but what I received was an absolute garbage. These people are a scam artists, they take peoples money and deliver horrible ugly things. I immediately contacted customer service and demanded a refund, but as I expected, there was no reply. I will never again from them! I have tried to contact them many times, but I just wasted my time.

Rose Wholesale Beware!

When I ordered a dress from Rosewholesale I was so excited to get it. It was so lovely and cute, I ordered it and wanted to wear it on a special event. After I paid I was told that the delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. It was about a month ago and I received nothing yet. I went to their website, but could not find a phone number, so I emailed them and asked for a refund. Their rep said that I would receive my dress until April. He said that the dress I ordered was out of stock, so I have to wait. There is no information about it on their website! My event already passed, and I bought myself another dress long time ago. All I want is my money back! Will never ever order from them again!
