My mother went though this company for flowers on my birthday. All day long I waited home forgoing things I needed to do on my birthday for these flowers to be delivered. Every time my mother would call they would hang up on her or transfer to an automated voice mail. The flowers were apparently delivered after 7pm! When I had already left for my birthday dinner. They left them not with my office or to be redelivered but with a neighbor who is away for the weekend now. When I called today they did not want to deal with my complaint and as of this time I still have not received a call from the owners. I do not know if Our Flower Arrangements went though Rose Lane Florist in Kansas City MO but either way I have never received my flowers my mother bought for my birthday. These people have no feelings for their customer's emotions. Its such a great day for me and my mom wanted to give me flowers because of not hurting her I made up my mind not to leave the house and receive the flowers by my self. But just because of them I was not able to do want I wanted, are they unaware of the fact that they are suppose to deliver the flowers early morning and not late evening.
