My wife and i are disabled and depend on our internet service for almost everything in our lives . No w that everything is becoming paperless. We had our internet go down for 10 days and had 16 tickets and 22 phones calls and still not sure the problem is fixed. This has put me in the hospital . We were not able to order our prescriptions again being paperless, we were not able to pay on some bills that came in again paperless, also having holu and other wireless tv programs we had to pay for every month we lost money on. This problem has acutally put us in debt. We are disabled and on ss. And now have late payments on several of our bills and now have an emergency bill for the hospital visit that we can not pay..Why did it take so long to get service back on (help), we begged and pleaded with your people for help. Basically told we are at your mercy and now being sick and disabled have bills we can not pay. This needs to be fixed on how you treat our customers elderly or not.
