I have worked for this company for one year. In that year I have seen the flagrant breaking of state laws. They lie to the clients about products being safe, organic, and never disclosing how the chemicals actually work. Comments of which are untrue and considered deceptive by the TDA. The products are known to have killed small pets on several occasions and the liquid pesticides burn when they come into contact with the skin. The chemicals are not organic but are chrysanthemum based. Matt Sherill advises the salesmen to flat out lie about everything in order to sell contracts. Pesticides are made to kill bugs are to some extent poisonous but far from being totally safe. Matt Sherill also instructs technicians to do treatments in the rain which according to the TDA is against the law. What kind of treatment does the client actually receive when the chemicals wash away in the rain? The smarter clients do not want services when it rains but to some it doesn't matter. It is the responsibility of the company to be aware of the kind of quality treatments they provide, the effects of the chemicals they put into the environment for its protection and never should perform any kind of treatments in the rain. Sales person contacted me at my house. Said they could spray for and eliminate my second story wasp problem. Said they would spray second story eaves. Had me sign a year long contract with an early termination fee. When the technician arived a month later to do the work he informed me that spraying second story eaves is against the law and a violation of the EPA regulations. I asked for the contract to be cancelled an not to be charged the early termination fee because their sales person lied to me, but they refused. The early termiation fee was $150.
