Roman Shade! Pvc Blinds / PRODUCTS BACK ON SHELVES AFTER SOME ONE AS RETURN IT!
After making $115.00 worth of purchases at K-Mart. We returned home, a 35 mile trip one way, we found that one of the Roman Blinds we had purchased there did not contain hardware and had broken pull string. We immediately made the 35 mile trip back to the Richmond store to make the exchange. Upon arrival, nobody was at the customer service desk for no less than 15 minutes before the store manger lifted a finger from one of the checkout iles. We continued to wait for another 5-10 minutes before approached. We made our exchange and proceeded to checkout with an additional purchase when the electricity failed. We were unable to make purchase and left store. The next day when we continued putting up blinds we were shocked again to find that a pcv blind was also missing hardware. These blinds were repackaged by KMart employees who must have know that items were missing and broken as they were returned a just put back on shelf. We are now out our time, gas, mileage and completely frustrated with KMart.
