Tim O'Hara (Sales Manager) of O'Gara Coach is EXTREMELY RUDE! He gave us the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. Sure, he is the biggest schmoozer when he is selling you an exotic car anywhere between $250, 000 to $1.8 Million.
Well, we just bought a $350, 000 Lamborghini Murcielago from him. No Problem! We got cappuccinos and was charmed off our feet by Tim O'Hara and his sales team. However, two weeks later, after having numerous problems with the car (which turned out to be a lemon), then Tim O'Hara's personality changes. From the nice, charming host of O'Gara Coach, who cheerfully picks up the phone you call him to inquire of new cars available for sale, he suddenly turned into an elusive hermit who skillfully evades all your calls. He has a trusty receptionist screen all the calls. She says that he is with a client. Then, he is on a long call, etc. Finally, after leaving a dozen messages and not even a one-second call from him or his assistant letting us know that "Yes, we are busy, but we are working on taking care of the problem". No, none of that. After spending close to a million dollars in 2 years, Tim O'Hara of O'Gara Coach does not feel that needs to extend us the courtesy of a return call. So, we had no choice but to show up with no appointment. Guess what he does, he is on the phone, hollers at us with: CAN'T YOU SEE I'M ON THE PHONE?! GET OUT OF MY OFFICE AND CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU! Wow! We have never, ever been treated like that by anyone, much less by a manager of a business who just gladly took a Million Dollars from us. Amazing! Well, Tim O'Hara did not want to deal with the fact that he just sold us a lemon. The car had problems that recurred even after being sent to their shop for repairs twice, each time for a week. So, here we are, paying the expensive lease, thinking that we are going to have a fun time with the car. But, no... we are at the shop every week for the same problems. You would think that it's one of those stupid little problems like rattling noises, or the AC not working. No, this problem was bad. First, we are inhaling gasoline smell inside the car, so we always had to roll the windows down. Then, the car jerks whenever you make a left or right turn. Twice in one day, we almost got rear-ended and one time, we almost got hit on the side by a speeding car because our car started jerking inside of going. Well, Mr. O'hara of O'Gara Coach, we love exotic cars but we don't want to die while driving your lemon. So, we have retained the help of a Lemon Law Lawyer who will be contacting you shortly. We would love to talk to you on the phone, but you don't return our calls. Also, we don't want to come visit you and get humiliated when you yell at us as if we were your janitors. Because Mr. O'hara, the last time we checked, we just gave you a Million Dollars and we think that you owe us just a little bit of respect. Also, we feel that the owner of O'Gara Coach, Tom O'Gara would like to know how his precious clients are being treated by his most trusted employee, which is you. Now, how do you think Mr. O'Gara would feel when he finds out that you don't treat his clients the way you would want to be treated? We wish you luck...

This complaint is completely false and unfounded. The purported injured party is hiding behind a screen name, and we have no record of such a purchase in this time frame.
