Bought a second hand Rolex Watch from this company - described as excellent condition. Had no cause to disagree as the company appears to get decent feedback. However bought the watch put it away without looking too closely at it - When I did get round to looking at it a few months later I noticed the bezel was worn on the right hand side.
Phoned up DANE who was surprised I took so long to complain ( I collect watches I don't wear them all) His reaction was either give it back to me to sell it on commission or I'll try and find a bezel. Still waiting its now a year come January since I bought the watch. My advice - be very careful with this bloke in Glasgow we would call him a wide boy
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
