Roger / Mio tv is always out of services, poor connection

Singtel, im really disappointed on your Mio Tv, the signal keep lost and even no power connected to the box, try to called your hotline 1688 and it not easy to get though the operator to talk to, asking full of question, waited for long times and when the operator took over the phone he/she asking the same question again, i knew that is for security reason, but then in the first place you should cut short on the keying system, straight away we can contact to the services or people that are more experience to solved the problem and not to ask the same question again and again... after he/she transfer the line to another department...i have been reporting the same issue for at least 4times within month and it not being solved ...can some higher management call me back? [protected] after 3pm in the afternoon
