Rocky Mountain Resort Management - Unacceptable Customer Service

My husband and I had a VERY disappointing experience with this company just last week, when we stayed at a condo managed by this company. The advertisement was deceptive, the room never reached above 68 degrees, they tried to charge us extra fees upon check out that were never agreed upon. Then RMRM sent several verbally abusive e-mails to us and told us they "don't want our type in their properties" and that we "are not worth the effort" among other insulting comments. I will never do business with them again and hope this helps other people avoid a huge headache by urging they go else where for their vacation needs! Directly from the management company itself, "PRAYING FOR REPAY 100 FOLD! PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE ME WANT TO NEVER HELP ANYONE AGAIN. NEXT TIME I HOPE YOU ARE SIMPLY SENT HOME - I SAVED YOUR VACATION - PAY BACK! DONT EVER CONTACT US AGAIN OR ASK TO STAY WITH US - we do not want your type in our properties EVER AGAIN. May the Lord repay you for this 100 FOLD - I will be praying he does DAILY! Jeffrey T. DePaola, Rocky Mountain Resort Management"

They pulled a bait & switch. Used abusive language, made outright racist comments to my wife when we tried to get a refund.
