rocksolidkitchens / parts missing - appauling customer service
My kitchen was delivered in March 2009 - doors were of a poor quality - handles, taps and doors were missing. I have complained on several occassions and still haven't received my missing / poor quality items. The company won't answer the phone and when they do I am being told that the items are on a boat from China. The kitchen is half finished and I wish that I had never heard of this company. Trading Standards are now involved.
