I have also been billed for this. They told me it was something I asked for on an online survey I took...I don't recall ever asking for this, and have never used it. I have called twice and been told my AT&T acct would be credited. As of now (4 months after the first call) it has NOT been done. I talked to AT&T and they won't remove the billing. I am furious over this. I don't think ANY company should be allowed to add any kind of a charge to any ones acct. that is not Approved by the person responsible for the acct. Perhaps a class action suite against not only Rocket Comm., but also AT&T is called for!
