The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I purchsed 3 shirts fromt his business...they sent me the worng size. Through there web email (only way they contact you) they told me to send them back and they will return the correct size. it is now February. They will not respond to me. I have a tracking number. My items were received at the place of business. They kept my shirts and my money. Bogus business.

Please do not buy from this company it is a scam. They will send wrong sizes of clothing and when you return them and follow their very stringent return policies you will never hear from them again nor will you ever see your money back, You can E-mail them all you want, you will not get a response, try calling their customer support line but they will only take your orders and they don't have a name or number of anyone that can help you, and when you try and get a phone number for their headquarters in Flower Mound Texas you will find out that it doesn't exist. So be warned THEY ARE 100% BOGUS!

I couldn't agree more, I only wish I read this earlier. I just ordered and they said no stock and it will never come, so I asked for a refund, They don't wanna refund and didn't reply anymore, they just steal the money, unbelievable

I have had more problems with this company.

Purchase One: I bought a few shirts for my husband for Christmas knowing I would send back the ones that didn't fit. Shame on me for not checking the return policy because it's very restrictive (7 days, no sale items, 15% restocking fee).

Purchase Two: My husband liked four pairs of jeans (all full price), of which I could buy NONE, because they didn't have his size 34. Now fearful this company is going out of business, I got three tee shirts, and sent one back that didn't fit. They didn't acknowledge the return for two weeks. So I called, no answer, left a message, emailed through their website. Another week passed, I called everyday, with no answer and no call back. Finally I got through to someone who had no idea what was going on, didn't get my email, and found my shirt "sitting on the counter." She had to call me back so she could research the issue. So a day later they sent me a new credit...

Purchase Three: With my remaining credit, I was thankful they got a new shipment of jeans in, went to buy them for my husband, but my credit doesn't work. Called the companany (for five days), left a message, wrote an email -- no response. I'm now in week two, I just talked to someone on the phone, he wanted to research my issue for 10-15 minutes and call me back. But no, he didn't apologize, no he doesn't have a manager I can speak with (he's one of the managers), and no he didn't really understand that I am not really willing to wait by my phone for him to call back. Now 30 minutes later, and no call back.

Try soliscompany.com I've never bought anything from them, but they can't be any worse than Rock Rebel, and they have a ton more stock.
