RockBottomGolf Misinformation regarding returns

After placing an order on the Rock Bottom site in late November, I received the item in December.
On February1st, by email, I contacted Rock Bottom Golf. I sent my order number along with the information that I was seeking a return of an item that had been listed in their on their website as a 90-day return.

I received a return email from Rock Bottom Golf that was very short but explained that they had looked into my concern and that their open box policy is only under a 30-day return and that there was nothing they could do about it other than, if I would like, I could return it as a used item and receive a store credit.

My response to them was that I was asking that they adhere to their ad, where the club I had ordered in the open boxed category listed a 90-day return guarantee. I assured them that the item that I purchased was marked 90 days new open box.

Again, I received a return email saying thank you for alerting me, then mentioned several items in the open box category that we're still on the website which were not supposed to be there as they were incorrectly marked as a 90-day performance guarantee. In this email, he also mentioned he would be reporting this to his listing team to correct. Again, there was no offer made that would improve the return of my item.

My response was that the website has very misleading information that I received when I purchased the item. For them to say that they had, by their own admission, mislabeled items in the open box category was not the fault of the customer.
This was the company's mistake by mistaking the product, and the customer should not be blamed for their mistake!

Desired outcome: I would like Rock Bottom Golf to adhere to the 90-day guarantee under which I ordered this club, which was listed as open boxed new 90 day return.

RockBottomGolf NIKON Coolshot Si20 rangefinder

I bought the above product but it failed to function to acquire the target and provide accurate yardage. I know this to be true because I compared the yardage with my GPS and another player who had a different brand rangefinder . After two golf outings I decided to contact Rock Bottom to get a solution. They refused to accept the defective unit and instructed me to contact the manufacturer. I had incurred additional cost for buying a defective product. So, lesson learned I will never buy anything from this vendor again.

Desired outcome: They should a least pay for the shipping of the unit to NIKON.

RockBottomGolf Scam practice

I have ordered something from www.rockbottomgolf.com and next day saw a big discount!
I contacted customer service and asked them to refund me the price difference but they refused and said it was not possible.
So I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund.
They cancelled my order and few days later I received a refund. Everything seemed ok until I found out they refunded me only the discount price! I contacted them right away and they claimed there was nothing wrong and they did everything right! I told them that I bought the item for the old price and they said they'll check it and promised to contact me back later. They never called me back and they still owe me!

I purchased a Callaway golf bag and then a couple days after I received it I saw it was on sale for $50 cheaper. I had a hard time getting anybody to respond to my emails but when somebody finally did they told me they only have a price guarantee for one week which is ridiculous I was expecting to get some store credit at least. I don’t feel like I will purchase from them ever again!

RockBottomGolf My card was declined twice

My wife placed the order www.rockbottomgolf.com, but when she paid, she indicated my card information. The seller didn’t accept my card and cancelled the order. I called them today and asked why he has cancelled the order, but he told that the card was invalid. It was lie. He told to try again, but the card was denied again. It was strange and I wonder if other people have faced the same difficulties as I did.

RockBottomGolf Bad services and problems with the delivery

I placed large order on the website www.rockbottomgolf.com. I bought equipment and clothes for golf, and the seller delivered it very quickly. When I opened the package, it turned out that the size and colour weren’t the same as I ordered. I contacted the customer services and told to change it. They agreed and I returned the package. Now the seller states that he hasn’t received my order. Therefore, he refuses to return money or change the order. They are scammers. Don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience.

RockBottomGolf Did not forward gift certificate as promised

I sent 6 hybrids to RBG through their trade in program. They claimed only to receive 4. Each club was to bring a $26 gift cert. Although each club was labeled with my name they could not locate them. It's my word against theirs. They did communicate with me, however only to say they can't help. Beware of this program. I'm suspicious. They apparently partner with Dallas Golf on this program and tried to push blame to them. I am a multiple returning customer, they should have done more like give me the $52 credit they promised.

I placed an order and received all my items but a glove. They sent me a $20 gift card with a note that the glove was not available, but when I try using the gift card I get a message that I cannot apply the gift card to the items in my cart. So now they have my money for the glove and I have a worthless gift card.

RockBottomGolf - Counterfeit golf clubs

I purchased a "Callaway" wood from RBG a about a year ago. A month or so ago, the shaft broke. I tried to contact RBG but of course they are of no help. Via email, they told me that they would need the sales receipt, original packing slip, etc. Who keeps the original packing slip? Fortunately, a friend of mine who is a golf pro at my local club told me...
