RoboCut / Bad service
I ordered (ORDER #[protected]) a haircutting device from RoboCut on the 03 July 2008. I still have not received my parcel. I've been e-mailing them eversince and uptill now I've not received ANY correspondence back from them. They are ignoring all my e-mails and I've not received even one (1) reply from them. All I am asking from them (RoboCut)is an answer to whether my parcel was actually send and if it was send and got lost, whether they will be sending it again. According to my knowledge, they should have insurance on all parcels which means that they should resend the parcel on their expense (claiming from insurance). I am very frustrated with the fact that they just IGNORE all my mails and that i do not get any answers from them.
