Greetings. I never submit a complaint like this, but the date above shows that this is the Last Straw for me.

- About Chat Filters: Censored numbers.
During my time in Roblox games, I noticed the numbers were filtered in the chat. Although some people don't see it filtered, others do. Usually they have to add "music" before typing the numbers. As a result, this made it difficult to tell whether they're able read the numbers or not.

- About Decal Rejection: No specific details for being rejected.
Some decals I uploaded have been rejected with only "Inappropriate" as the reason, no other details were given. The latest one had "Hate Speech is not permitted in Roblox" as additional reason, but I do not see any hate speech, or even intended to put it, anywhere in the decals.

Most of my decals were split into two sides due to some of the games uses square posters, and I will always put "Right" or "Left" in the title to let people know that they're two parts of the picture. If either of them was refused, the other part of the picture will be useless.

The ones that do got warning after being rejected only said "Inappropriate" without any more details written. This made me unable to find out why they're rejected, and to avoid getting another warning.

I will provide some of the full pictures of those rejected by Roblox, and the latest one that gave me a 7 day ban for, I assume a misunderstanding.

Resolution:
- Explanation for numbers being filtered in the chat
- More or specific details for decals being rejected
- Removal of 7 Day Ban (Due to no hate speech intentions for the decal)

My daughters account has been hacked for the second time and i am not happy and very annoyed with this website, Is Roblox security so weak that users can have their account hacked all the time.
Surely an organisation like Roblox that has users from all over the world would ensure users can use their accounts safely and securely.

I have spend a considerable amount of Money buying vouchers for my daughter to us on her account.
As you are aware someone IP address does not change and my daughter has been using her IPad to access her account. Apple are very good at securing their products that's why they are so popular
i am wondering if Roblox hacks their own system to stop players from progressing too far
The last time this happened Roblox did not even try and resolve the problems.
This time i am not having over £200 lost because of Roblox incompetence .

Despite submitting ample proof of ownership, Roblox customer support has been completely uncooperative. Someone hacked my grandson's user name and password thus blocking his effort to log in. Roblox will not reset his password. A great deal of money was spent purchasing games for him but that is lost. Users need to proceed with extreme caution before using this site/app. I recommend avoiding it completely. There are plenty of other things for kids to do.

There are eclipsing cops and criminals the cops clip into jewelry store to arrest me on your game and whenever I'm a cop they clip into buildings and shoot you that's not all there's speed hackers that speed run that's another thing that tics me off because it's hard to get them that's all I have oh and ban those hacks from roblox please I'm tired of it

On the 2nd of January I received an email stating that my account would have to be reactivited and that it would be suspended if I did not follow the rules. My son who is 9 and autistic was very upset to find he could not play ROBLOX and then he found out why which left him very confused. It was very tricky for me to explain. According to your email a supposedly in appropriate word had been used. My son was on the chat and the other people on the chat system were talking about were to buy games. My son replied and had used the Name Cex. I say name as he is correct as in the UK there are a very popular brand of trade in stores that deals with console games and dvds and is called CEX.
How do you explain to a 9 year old that the account has been temporarily suspended because he used the word CEX. I had to tell him it was because of brands and copyright issues. I do appreciate that you are have these warnings and security protocols to keep our kids safe. Although i think you should do your research before handing out warnings. I'm sure if you google CeX uk the evidence is the first thing to pop up.

These people started by double charging my credit card. then, they started to just charge it for fun. So far, they've made $82.90 worth of unauthorized charges against my account. If you look at their website, there is no way to tell when the purchases were made. I contacted them, and was pretty much told to get bent. So now, I had to pay my bank so that future theft from them will be stopped, and I have to dispute several different transactions and get a new debit card. All because this "company" thinks it's okay to steal.

Yesterday 1/11/18, I could not play on my account even though I had already downloaded Roblox. It kept telling me to download but I had already. I even downloaded over and over to no avail. Now I think I might stop playing Roblox. My user is kitemanju please try to fix this immediately. I really like roblox, don't ruin it for me. This glitch should not be happening. Fix this as soon as possible or the two hundred dollars I was planning on spending on roblox is going somewhere else.

The recent changes. They focus too much on "safety" while [censor] it up for others massively. The fitler while already generally disliked was made even stricter, interrupting regular chat even more.
The thumbnail change (which roblox claims to do it for "safety) is [censor] and again it interrupts normal activities, people who looking for older games (or developers who don't bother to buy bc) are now blocked with the"nice"logos and cannot see what they are looking for; my preschool brother can barely navigate games (he likes obbies; hence you come across older games) and now plays roblox less thanks to this"safety"update.
Their decisionmaking skills aren't the best either, for instance with the comment removal update (which they claim to be a"glitch") they could've added recaptcha and made some simple HTML tricks to block copy&paste, which stops most kids but they simply removed the whole thing... comments are a basic part of commentary and should be a thing.
So that's my rant, and roblox keeps shooting itself in the legs; pissing off the userbase with stupid 'solutions'.

this game is designed to rip parents off as children always want the loot boxes you put in the gAME you are worse than ea as at least they stopped there money grab but you my god all parents should get together to contact their politicians to have these gambling games eradicated. i will be contacting mine and like wise parents to make a partition you really should be ashamed of yourselves i know now why you disabled the forums ...

Don't let your children play this game. It's overwhelmed with jerks and pervs.
And it's also full of children who have run away from their parents' attention and use abusive language here and there when chatting with each other.
Of course, nobody controls it.
Moreover, this website propagandizes violence, guns and shooting as something really interesting.
No, I definitely don't want my son to play this cruel game and talk to those people.

I really don't like their website and they way it affects children. I'm sure most of those children have problems with grades because this is not their top-priority.
what can they learn from this site? How to kill people? How to enjoy it? It's terrible, don't you think? Roblox is dangerous for your children's mind. It's very addictive and brings nothing but disappointing.
This website will never make your life better, will never help you reach your goals because it's not about it.
Please, kids, don't visit their website.

I typed in all the passwords I know and It won't let me log in. What is my password. If u don't help me I want my money back. And I want it, it was birthday money and you made me waste it. I hate u guy so help ME! And yes I am young but your job is to help people so help me or I will want my money back if you don't help me. So please please please help me.

Hello ROBLOX, how are you doing? Hope you are doing fine. Can you do me a big favor? About a couple weeks ago I bought a Boombox 3.0 for 350 Robux. I could never use it because most of the games I played never allowed your own gear. I was really sad when I couldn’t use my boombox. So I deleted the item. So I basically lost 350 Robux for nothing. Anyways, my favor is if I can get 350 Robux for the item I just deleted. It would make my day if you do. Thank you for listening.

You guys are way over charging for hats on this game. $55 for a hat? Really? You guys should be embarrassed charging kids that amount and should be reported. Talk about a scam. For someone that works hard, this ripoff company has no idea. Not even reasonable at all for some of these prices. At least make it a little affordable and a price that makes sense. I can buy a real hat for cheaper.

I am quite certain this complaint won't be resolved, but I'd like to get it out anyway. Long story short, the customer service is abysmal and you shouldn't expect much help.

In my situation, ROBLOX did a sudden password reset of all accounts and I had issues with resetting my password due to the associated email being deleted. I emailed them with the offer of verifying my ownership of the account through proof of purchases, and they replied with an automated response. It was quite obviously automated, as they told me to "reset your password with your email" despite the email being deleted. It's pretty much equivalent to stealing since multiple purchases were made on there, yet I don't get to enjoy the benefit of them.

If their customer service won't treat an issue as simple as mine with some level of decency, there's no way they're going to give anyone else the time of the day. I pity anyone who has a severe billing issue with ROBLOX.

I did not verify this purchase and only bought a one off Roblox product for my son. I actually would not have spotted this had I not made the purchase through paypal. This has to be the most ridiculous company I have ever experienced. Parents please do not allow your child to use there games . My 7 year old made unauthorized charges. And roblox have been giving me the hardest time to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not allow your children to use this system I repeat do not allow your child to use this system

On 08/12/2017 my 8 year old granddaughter made unauthorized purchases in the amount of $211.95 on my debit card accidentally ! She had no idea what she was doing she has never done anything like this ! I respectively am requesting a refund as this was our rent money which makes our situation desperate! ! PLEASE TURN YOUR TRADES OFF UNLESS YOU'RE GOING TO TRADE WITH SOMEONE YOU KNOW. My Account has been exploited by someone bypassing my trade requests (It was Enabled at the time) and force accepting all my Limiteds Hats and ROBUX in two trade sessions, I was unaware of this until I realized that all my ROBUX and Hats were missing, I didn't know where to start so I checked my trade inbounds and realized two sessions I've never accepted, neither did I even know the person who I was doing the session with. As I checked the session, I had seen all my Limited Hats that went missing along with my 3, 000 ROBUX stolen by someone.

I got scammed by a community board, and the Roblox customer service did absolutely NOTHING to help me. Instead of contacting the developer themselves, they kept telling me to message him, but he doesn't respond. After I told them I will write a review for their lack of support, they stopped messaging me back. To top it all of this was going on for 2 months. All for 150 robux, which is equivalent to $2 dollars. They couldn't give me back $2 dollars that I have been scammed?! Terrible support.
