Robinsons Supermarket review: Unfair regulations regarding 2016 december x'mas rafflle 4

I purchased php 9, 047.60 worth of groceries on nov 28, 2016 at robinsons supermarket, circle c branch, congressional ave, qc.

In order to qualify for the x'mas raffle, customer must also present the robinsons rewards card.

Unfortunately, I did not bring my rr card with me at that time. So on dec 7, 2016, 8 days after my purchase, I brought my receipt with me and rr card to enter the raffle draw. Note that the raffle date is to be held on jan 17, 2017.

Supermarket management informed me that I cannot join the raffle anymore because I did not have my rr card at the time of purchase. Also, it had already been "a long time" since I purchased those goods.

This is not fair! My purchase would have entitled me to nine (9) raffle tickets and they are disqualifying me just because I did not have my rr card with me?

Can dti philippines do something about this unfair practice?

Even raffles at A-AP ( one very lucky winner of 2 major and 1 minor prizes is an affiliate) and school homecomings (big contributors) are rigged.

At Robinson supermarker, fresh produce prices are acceptable for the high income and high net worth people. And prices for other products almost 5-10% higher than other popular supermarkets.
The bigger and stronger plastic bags of other supermarkets you bring to save the compulsory 2 pesos per bag cost, are discarded without your knowledge and replaced with the Robinson plastic bags that are smaller and so prone to fail if fully loaded.

Bought a bag of rice from robinson's grocery in Z square banawe. The bag is store brand robinson's jasmine rice. Upon cooking the rice is ordinary rice, not jasmine. I, as customer is irked by these fraudulent acts. Who and which gov't agency checks these malpractices? Who issues licenses for brands? This is a waste of time. However, if customer does not complain then they will just go on and continue fooling their own fellowmen.

You bought rice that was sprayed with chemical "jasmine" fragrance that is also sold in the supermarket. Many restaurants do the same to charge more for the rice.
