After registering for the program and after additional research of the program, I elected to cancel. The cancellation was not achieved; however, the $57.61 was promptly charged against the card given during the initial registration process. Upon seeing the charge, I immediately called to ask for cancellation and refund. To the best of my knowledge, the person to whom I spoke processed the cancellation (integrity of clerical staff) as she indicated she would. during the same conversation she refused to grant the refund (credit back to my card) and gave me this E-mail address. Additionally, she told me to refer to reference number 8061724.
P lease expedite the processing of the refund. I will monitor my account so as to make note of the entry.
