Robert Larson Autohaus Vw / poor service
I leased a 2009 vw passat in 11/09. I am very dispeased with the car salesman's service. The dealear that leased the car was Matthew Smith.
His service was very poor which has left a very bad taste with my future dealings with Robert Larson Autohaus. This is my third lease from them, and it will be my last.
I had to take time off from work to return the car because it was never detailed, glue left on the car from shipping. Also, Mr. Smith never gave me the courtesy of a follow up call to ever see how things were going. The service person who detailed my car, could not beleive that a salesperson would allow a brand new car to leave the lot in that condition.
I also feel that I have been ripped off. When I purchased the car there were may incentives available, which I did not receive, but I do beleive that Mr. Smith kept the incentives for himself, after further researching.
