Hello I'm a resident of Port Douglas & acquainted with Robert Kingsley Brown. I have recently been directed to the complaints board site
where I am shocked to read of the Brown family's crooked past. I feel very sorry for all these poor people and hope the following information may help in some way.

Their current business is run from this address & has several sites on Google, Trip Adviser & Facebook.

Unfortunately the letter addressed to the Complaints Board concerning the online tax business TRA has appeared in the Google listing under Frangipani Bed & Breakfast. This business address was given with the intention of helping people to effectively recover their losses. But another unrelated business also with the name Frangipani & also located in Port Douglas may have inadvertently been affected. For this reason the people representing P Douglas wish to remove the post by deeming the matter resolved. They wish to express their sincere apologies to the second business & hope that in the six months the post was accessable, this business didn't suffer. They hope the people to whom this letter was addressed, whose furious letters appear on the Complaints Board 'have' benefitted.
