Robert Dyas Hayden heritage 4 slice toaster

purshased on june 22nd 2023 Hayden184244hritage 1630w 4 slice toaster product code 218520 £52.99. ORDER NO.[protected].Taken out of use as this was tripping out my consumer unit i consider this as a fire hazard.I have contacted previously customer services about this the gentleman wanted a video of the toaster tripping out the consumer unit (give me strength) not what you would expect from Robert Dyas

Desired outcome: Replace or refund price of toaster please.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner on line from this Company on 16th July 2010 .Order was immediately confirmed by e mail & payment taken . estimated delivery date given as 22nd July but 'vac' didn't arrive . Robert Dyas Stay far away from Robert Dyas

I order the above product on the 8th of Jan and they took payment on the 9th. I heard nothing from them and it was only when I chased them for a expected delivery date that I was informed the product in question was out of stock and they could not indicate when they would be able to fulfill the order. As they were unable to provide me with a estimated delivery date they offer me a refund. Which I accepted. This refund was offered to me on 25th Jan. However despite chasing them on numerous occasions on the telephone and via email I have still to receive any refund todays date is the 19th Feb.
