Robert Arron Minor Owner of Texas International Resources of Dallas, Texas review: oil and gas well drilling fraud 16

Robert Arron Minor Owner of Texas International Resources of Dallas, Texas is a liar and has misled, misappropriated, embezzled and/or scammed 15 of his clients out of $1, 500, 000 using the bogus R. A. Knight JV Well and the R.L. minor well, both never completed!

Don Shimmon, Brian Nelson Howe, Sr, and Vickie McFerren, and other minor associates, have all played their part in swindling us!

Robert Minor raised $7, 000, 000 to drill a $2, 500, 000 well that has not been completed! He has now made a $5, 000, 000 cash call to complete the well!
He and his "staff", including his mother and an aunt have targeted the elderly and military veterans for the sole purpose of stealing their money!

Robert is telling everyone he has some "Big Deal" that has been coming for the last 5 years, which will save the project but, in the meantime, send him $5, 000, 000!
What kind of "big deal maker" would buy a well that is currently shut down and has not been completed?
