Apparently I was the one that un-knowling furnished this man a hide-out for the past 5 months. I financed a home for him and his entourage in March of 09. Received 1st payment 2 weeks late, and haven't received any since Aug 15th is 3 months passed due. No contact, can't reach the people on phone. I am out of state, and am un-able to travel there at the time being. I am the legal owner of the property (Tarrant County Tax Assesor)Address of the home is -- 11528 Dark Leaf Ct. E. Ft. My name is Joalie breaux. I was just told about my name coming up on this site. In 2009 I met and dated rob marker from match.com. The moment I was aware he did not pay... And I mean the MOMENT I was aware he did not make a payment on 1158 dark leaf in azle p, as mentioned above, I PAID FOR THE HOME AND LAND IN CASH. again. The only thing I was a part of in that dealing was being with rob marker at the time he looked at the property. BUT, I PAID IN FULL WITH CASH THE MOMENT I FOUND OUT ROB WAS NOT PAYING ON IT. I found the property from a friend for Rob. Rob left that property immediately. I have not seen or heard from rob since 2009. That is the type of person I am. Accountable. Thank you for you're consideration and time in reading my post

Rob has LOTS OF BUSINESS NAMES.

If you have a complaint against Rob marker, contact:
1) Brazoria county: [protected]: Brazoria county Sheriff's office. Ask for a detective in "white collar" or ask for the detective investigating the Rob Marker.
2) Travis county: Meg Brooks, ADA- [protected]. Ms. Brooks needs a little more convincing that Rob Marker is a career criminal. Please contact her and tell her your story about Rob - I'd like her prosecute Rob, but she needs more evidence.
3) Bell County DA: Bill Currey, [protected]. Theft by check. Rob didn't apply the payments that he was given for materials to the building. Owners are stuck with material liens even though they PAID IN FULLL.
4) Wesley W. Chambers, [protected], private attorney - I believe seeking damages against Rob. DFW area.

I have a local Travis county ADA that has my complaint against Rob. I'm seeking copies of additional complaints to "encourage" Travis county to issue a warrant. I am not the only one in the area that he has straight up defrauded...

I need to let you know that we have been talking to the Brazoria county pd and the mid cities and fort worth pd, along with the FBI. They are looking for Rob, and plan on prosecuting him with "theft and intent to deceive". What they are looking at is a felony and punishable up to 15 years in prison for each offense! Joalie, he has completely used and robbed my mother an I of over $100K! Because they know that you were aware of the situation, due to your emails to me, you are also being implicated in this. I need for you to have rob contact me or my attorney and buy back my lake lot and my mother's 2 lots. At that point we would no longer be able to implicate him in this case because we would no longer be a party to this case. If he chooses not to do this, I will have no choice but to go forward and to cooperate with all the authorities involved. I hope that you will pass this along to him, and I also hope that you know there is a lot more known about him than what he has lead you to believe and the authorities are on to him. They are looking to me to be able to go forward and press these charges, I just want my money back. Please let me know what you are willing to do, I am meeting with an agent from the FBI on Monday at 9 am.
