I ordered from them October 16. I wanted to return the items but they won't give me an address to do that. You can only email them. Seems they have a problem with Customs. So I have no way to return even though it says No Hassle 45 day return. They stopped answering my emails too. So I can't return and no money refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Bad company!

Exactly two months passed before getting a response to an order made. Several requests/inquiries were made to the email provided on the website (of course no phone number) regarding status. The web service was quick to process payment, but refused to respond until a second attempt to cancel the order. Suddenly I was getting informed the product was miraculously going to be shipped same day. I again explicitly requested the order be cancelled and money returned, only to receive email stating the product was "now shipped" and commentary indicating getting the product through customs could be a challenge and costly. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! The web provider totally disregarded my request despite claims on their page that "It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase ". I am not happy with any of this and would like my money back! - NEVER AGAIN and recommend all other consumers to AVOID purchasing anything - bad business!

Their website is really a good-looking one, but that's the only one positive thing about them.
My experience with this company was awful and I hope you will never buy anything from Roawe.
So I ordered a dress for my birthday party. I have read their TOS and policies, didn't find anything suspicious and placed my order.
My dress never arrived. They have no phone number on the website, just one stupid email no one checks. I am out of my money now because of these [censored]s. Don't know how to get my money back. I have no doubts I will never get my dress.
This is the worst company ever! I too was fooled by the pictures. I ordered five items and they came months later...the material was so cheap and the sizing was very weird! I have about 30 emails back and forth trying to return everything and get a refund, but they keep trying to tell me to keep the products and I will get a $20 refund. I spent $100 on this crap! After email 15 I finally settled on $40 (only because I just wanted to be done with this) and that was back in October, it is now February, and I still have not seen any money... they keep telling me they sent me a check or they put it back to my credit card and I have nothing! I am so mad that I was sucked in by that stupid site! Please be ware! It is a scam! And you will not be able to get in contact with anybody... Except by one sentence nonsense emails where nothing ever gets resolved!
DON"T BUY FROM ROAWE.COM - you will regret it! Like many others I was pulled in by the cleaver pictures and seemingly low costs. Roawe.com was quick to process the order payment, but two months later never shipped the product. After several messages to the Customer Service email - (no phone number - go figure!) I finally got a response once I demanded my money back (twice mind you). Their response is "we are getting the product ready to ship". Minutes later after I responded - "not interested please cancel" with "the product is now shipped" and oh by the way - have fun getting the package through customs.
I am livid - the season is over, I don't want the product or anything to do with this so called "service"! Their claim that "It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase" (returns & exchanges) is a total lie!
