Roaso / not in stock items

I bought something from this website and when I made my order my dress was in stock. I paid for it and even received a confirmation message. I did not receive a tracking number so several days later I contacted Roaso and then I found out that my dress was not it stock. They said I'll get a refund but it seems like they forgot about their promise. Over two months already passed and still no sign of my money. I lost my money $30 because of them!
