RMS Technologies / Rude behavior
I have two Phillips DVD players, Model DVP 642K and Model DVP 3040, which I had given to the service center at RMS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. # 949, 39th Cross, 24th Main 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560041 on the 8th of July 2008. I was told that within two days, I would be given an estimate. I waited for the stipulated two days time and then gave them a buzz to find out that it was not done at all and the lady who spoke to me, somebody called Deepa, needs lessons in Customer Service and etiquette. She again told me that somebody will be calling in a day. After this, I was told that positively by saturday I should have the estimate. Come Monday morning, I still do not have the estimate. I got to know that they are looking at my set only now (When they had opened one set right in front of me on 8th when I gave it to them. The service is pathetic and makes you wonder if the real reason for the delay is not the excuses that they dole out. They need to be more customer friendly.
